Management is non responsive and unwilling to reach out tenants on urgent matters. Staff is constantly on lunch breaks and general manager is very rude. Apartments are overpriced for the area and the quality of the apartment is very poor.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We are very disappointed to know you weren't completely satisfied with your experience here at Vista Ridge. We try to give our residents the best experience possible and apologize if we fell short of your expectations. Thanks again and please have a great day.
Have lived here for over 2 years now in a 2 bedroom apartment, and although it is not perfect (nothing is) I am very pleased with living at Vista Ridge over the past 2 years. The staff goes above and beyond in many ways. From taking care of package deliveries, keeping up the beautiful grounds, or being "Johnny on the spot" with any issues in the apartments themselves, the staff does an excellent job. So what are the "Pro's and Con's": PRO--The staff (said this already, but it really needs to be mentioned again, the beautiful landscaping and grounds (also said earlier but needs to be mentioned again), the salt water pool, the gates (come with a remote, so no having to punch buttons to get in), the location (close to all the shopping and retail, the bathroom and bedroom sizes. the garages (I store stuff in my garage, but you can park car as well), covered parking (I pay for covered assigned parking---totally worth it to have an assigned place), CON---The living room and kitchens are a little small, ceilings (I am on the 1st floor) and can hear the neighbors steps if they step loud, but that is part of living in an apartment, not always enough parking (which is why I say get the covered parking or garage), because it is in the heart of the retail area there is not a lot of people that "live here", so limited on food delivery but "TUPELO 2 GO" is a great asset, and also getting a dominoes down the street, Have never had a bug problem in the 2 years, I have lived here, and never had an issue with any neighbors. Everyone seems to be working professionals with a few retired, like myself. .

Thank you so much for your review! We love hearing from our residents and truly appreciate your feedback!
The overall appearance of these apartments are nice, but the walls and floors are very very thin. There is also a bug and rodent issue that the office doesn't seem to try to make extra steps to stop. The monthly "visits" by the pest control guy don't help. It may actually help if he would spray inside the apartments. The walls and floors are so thin that my family can hear the conversations and every single foot step of our neighbors. There is also the issue that when one of our neighbors smokes in their bathroom (smoking is not supposed to be allowed in the apartments) the smoke comes into our apartment requiring us to keep the bathroom exhaust fans on at all times. If you are looking for a corporate/furnished apartment, I would look elsewhere. I had many problems trying to get my apartment set up. It took about 2 months before everything was really ready for me to live here. I would give the apartments a one-star rating, but the ladies in the office are nice and the maintenance crew does a good job. However for the cost of these apartments (a mortgage on a decent sized house), I expect a lot more.
