Property Ratings at Vista Ventana Apartments
moved out a few months ago. Apartments are not in the best condition at all and the water will be shut off often with maybe an hour’s notice at most pretty often. When some other tenant left the community water hose running on the grounds we all ended up getting charged and suffered for it, resulting in a $100+ water bill included in the rent for that month. While touring the apartment and seeing a huge hole in our utility closet we alerted the landlord and he told us it was fine, only to have the gas company come over and tell us we had been living with a GAS LEAK for who knows how long!!!!! Speaking of, The landlord is rarely onsite and never answers calls so we became very well acquainted with his voicemail, though when he does answer, he was pretty well spoken and understanding. Other management we spoke to via email was snappy, condescending and rude. Maintenance is okay, just don’t ever have any emergencies because they will take 3+ days to fix it. The grounds are tended to semi regularly but theres trash left by other residents on the ground pretty often. The saving grace is that 90% of your neighbors are nice/ helpful once you get to know them. The other 10% are the reasons for late night police calls and loud domestic disputes. They recently raised the rent and i know at least 4 other units that are moving out due to poor conditions, unjustifiable rent, and absent management. I’ll miss my neighbors, but thats about all i’ll miss. do better please.
Do not rent here , the laundries they never work The washers are always out of order some of the tenants have other tenants living with them , Police are always here at night time especially to the front building apartments that are facing the to the front building C apartment Don't be full by the pictures The apartments used to be pretty back then but after the new management everything went downhill do not rent here if you want your car vandalized and your electricity stolen
Property Manager at Vista Ventana Apartments, Responded To This Review
It seems you have had a bad experience and see a lot of things happening. Your car was vandalized, electricity stolen, and the washers are always out of order, with police there every night. That does sound alarming. Management is not aware of any of this so please contact us and let us know what has happened and when. We take reports like this seriously, but they have to be reported to management so we know what or whom to address. Your review is not giving us any information to work with. Please contact us. We will take action. Thank you.
Roaches, pool is always dirty, dog poop everywhere, management is rude. Stinks everywhere. 0 stars
Property Manager at Vista Ventana Apartments, Responded To This Review
Hello, please submit a maintenance request for pest control if you have roaches i your apartments. We will immediately have AAA Pest Control go out. The dog poop has been an issue but only because there are residents with unauthorized pets we have had trouble identifying. If you can help us, please send us information on who has the dogs and where they live. Our groundskeeper is always having to pick up after dogs that shouldn't be living there. We hope our office has not been rude to you. If they have let us know who was rude and when so can address it with the applicable staff member. Thank you.
The apartments are in bad condition, there is no maintenance service people to fix the situation in the apartments the apts are a rundown the washers don't work, rude neighbors especially in b and c building, the landlord won't do anything they won't fix anything either for the price of the rent is not worth it they used to be so beautiful but now Is a mess I do not recommend nobody living here if you're in the military find somewhere else to rent, police come and go very often
Vista Ventana apartments was a great choice in which to raise my family. Close to schools, shopping, and peaceful. The neighbors have become friends, the peace and quiet of the neighborhood makes life rich. While all the amenities are observed, it is the administrative crew led by a manager who is a pro and a maintenance crew who handles all apartment issues quickly. I would recommend Vista Ventana apartments to anyone seeking a great place to live. An excellent review should be standard to describe this complex.
I am nearing my 1 year anniversary at Vista Ventana and I can say I am pleased with my living situation. With outstanding rental rates (probably best in the city) it is located conveniently to a lot of major essentials, gas station/convenience store, grocery stores, restaurants, pubs/bars, the interstate (freeway) and is not to far from work for me. I look forward to another year or possibly more. Life has a funny way of working so who knows what may come up.
