Dallas is one of the largest cities in America, combining urban sophistication with an incomparable Texan personality. Dallas is an altogether unique blend of cultures, styles, and flavors, with more than one million people calling the city proper home.
Living in Dallas puts you right in the thick of it all, with endless options to customize your experience. Corporate professionals seeking to avoid long commutes may want to look for apartments in Downtown or Uptown, which are both home to major business centers as well as residential communities, affording many residents walkable access to work. Culture enthusiasts should consider apartments near the Dallas Arts District, which is home to the Nasher Sculpture Center, the Dallas Museum of Art, the Winspear Opera House, and more. Creatives may enjoy places like Old East Dallas and North Oak Cliff, where artistic pursuits abound.
Dallas offers some of the most diverse nightlife in Texas, from laid-back lounges to thumping night clubs.

Property Ratings at The Abbott
i've never had an experience like this while renting (and i've been renting for over 10 years...) i'm pretty easygoing, but man i am unhappy here and it started the day i got my keys. i've never moved into a place as filthy as my new apartment was. I HAD TO PERSONALLY DEEP CLEAN OLD FOOD BUILD UP OFF MY OVEN FROM THE LAST RESIDENT WITH A Q-TIP. I HAD TO UNCLOG THE SHOWER DRAIN OF HAIR FROM THE LAST RESIDENT. THERE WAS DRIED URINE ON THE TOILET SEAT. THERE IS STILL GREASE BUILD UP ON THE OVEN VENT. shall i go on? i called to complain and was told the "cleaning crew" wouldn't come back. the new management has been here for three months and have done absolutely nothing, so my patience with them is just about gone, and you'd be hard pressed to find a more patient person than me. the grounds are absolutely filthy. there is a total of one pet waste station that i've found since living here and it is full and overflowing, so of course people don't pick up after their pets. i have to take my dogs pet waste to an outdoor trashcan i bought for myself, since mgmt never provided my valet trash can (every other apartment with valet trash provides your outdoor can). speaking the valet trash service - they're terrible. they do not come 5 days a week and people on lower floors have animals get into their trash bags because they're left out all night. what are we paying $25 a month for? oh and speaking of trash - there is ONE dumpster location on the entire property and it is so full and overflowing the air smells putrid within 50 feet of it. it's disgusting. parking is rough, but that one i don't think is fair to blame on management, they just need more parking here. i just called the office to ask a question and felt like i was burdening them, i couldn't believe the way the phone call i just had went and it prompted me to finally openly complain. it's june and the pools are closed and green. i really wanted to love it here, but i'm counting down the days until i can move out.
I’ve been living here for over a year and several people have moved above me during the time that I’ve been living here. The ceiling always feels like it’s going to fall down on us. We hear literally everything. It’s creaks all day and the worse part is that they lease the 2nd & 3rd floor to families that have a little ones that run around all day. When you complain they don’t do anything about it, they tell you to call the police on them..which sucks because it’s an uncomfortable situation and the police have told me that it’s management that is suppose to take care of the situation. We pay too much money on the first floor for them to rent it to families with little ones. It’s unfair. It would be great if they rented the first floor to families that have little ones so they can run all day if they wanted too. Please think about your residents when leasing. Don’t just do it for the money. You want to make sure your residents are happy. Also, there is always kids out at all times of the day on their bikes without any parent supervision and they have even gotten hit by a car due to this. No one takes care of the situation. We have a new management at the moment and I think things have gotten worse since then. These apartments are going down hill fast. And yes, there is roaches. Don’t move here, you’ll regret it and you won’t have peace or rest when you feel like the ceiling is going to fall down any minute.
Always get the job done quick, good work!!!!!!!!!!
Our AC went out last week. Mike and Byron came over asap and fixed it. They have been doing a great job with any requests we have made. Nice to finally see some changes in the complex. Thanks and keep up the good work guys!
When I move in the apartment was not ready!! the childrens restroom NEVER work!! My stove did NOT work and I have to wait "5 Months" to be replace!! 5 months on till pets control come to my apartment!! YES I HAVE MORE ROACHES NOW!! They NEVER give me a key from the GYM and now the new manager say that it's something extra that they don't have to have. Yes!! But the use it to sell the complex!! Manager, does not seem to care. He said that we are in Texas and we all have bugs!! Maybe we lives like that and think it's normal" They has lied to me repeatedly about when things will be fixed on till Today JUNE 13, 2016 because I have to call the CITY on they . This apartment complex has pest problems all over!! Parking problems If you park next to another car you can get out your car!! Maintenance problems and it has the worst management company that I have ever seen!! And they don't want cancel my contract!! For now on I going to Video tape and photograph every problem!! They ask me for another chance?!! I already give them 5, FIVE!! Months and they didn't help me!! I said NO MORE!!
I just moved to Vistas at Pinnacle Park I was a little skeptical about the old reviews. But the apartment looked awesome!! And the staff was very friendly and helpful. Made me feel at home. Thank you Vistas Pinnacle Park Team.
I would NEVER recommend anyone to Vistas at Pinnacle Park. We have put up with a leaking toilet, leaking kitchen sink, no storage because we were put in a handicap unit, a dishwasher that has never worked and a peeling bath tub. Not one of the listed things have been fixed, with the exception of the leaking toilet after complaining to the office and multiple service request. Not to forget ALWAYS having a hard time finding parking after a long day at work. The final straw and as to why I'm actually writing this review is because it wasn't enough having to put up with everything else NOW our electricity goes out at random times for random periods of times for almost 2 months. We have had to eat in the dark and take a shower or go to the restroom in the dark. As if that wasn't enough we have had to throw away food because the fridge has been out for too long, we cannot cook because the stove is out and not to forget WE HAVE NO A/C while the electricity is out. We told the office what was happening mid October, then had to tell them again at the beginning of November and have gone back to remind them once or twice a week since. The office is a joke! They never have answers to any questions except for the manager is here during the week. We have both gone to speak to the manager and have had HORRIBLE experiences, she could care less of the problems your having because "you're still living in it".
I have lived in these apartments and recently moved. Worst experience ever. Managements keeps changing and never any helpful with whom ever is present. Anytime a maintenance request is submitted it will take weeks to fix. Also if you do not arrive before 6pm, you will not find a parking spot. Apartment complex has not provided with a solution as to this issue and will tell you to go park somewhere else because your vehicle will get towed. AND there is a pest control issue. There will always be bugs and roaches no matter how many foggers and times you clean (keep in mind you pay for a pest control fee in your rent and still not fixed)Only good thing about this place is location. Do not rent here! Save your money, and go somewhere else.
I would NOT recommend anyone moving here, for the amount I pay for rent i would expect some what a nice living apartment unfortunately it is NOT. The parking is first come first serve you do not have an assigned parking at all i had times i had to sleep in my car to catch a parking, garage parking is $60 a month or a car port for $30 a month which they are always full, hardly any visitor parking and still have to register your car otherwise it will be towed and have to pay a $175 fee to get it out, paying for pest control monthly which they DO NOT come on a regular basis i have a huge roach infestation problem, embarrassing when you have roaches crawling in the ceiling and walls when you have company over or at night once you turn your light on they are scattered everywhere, took them a month to come fix my refrigerator i had a cooler to keep my children's food cool until the problem was fixed and at that the problem is still present at the moment, they NEVER answer there phone I have to take time off my job to go into the office personally and I just cant wait for my lease to come up for renewal because a HECK NO i will not renew my lease for what I pay monthly rent this apartment is not worth that at all, worst apartment complex ever, very disappointed!
We moved in two months ago and have really enjoyed it so far. The layout of the apartment and the SIZE of the rooms and closets are remarkable. The STAFF and FACILITY TEAM has been awesome to work with. They are so pleasant, even in we have concerns! They are on it to make our stay wonderful!
Per the terms of my lease agreement, I am required to give 60 days notice in writing before I intend to move out. Consider this my written notice. This is hands down the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in. I will give credit where it is due. Rosa, the former manager of the complex, would at the very least listen to any problems that we had and attempt to provide solutions. Alex, the new manager, does not seem to care. He has hung up on me twice. He has lied to me repeatedly about when things will be fixed. This apartment complex has pest problems, parking problems, maintenance problems and it has the worst management company that I have ever seen. Forget trying to call the corporate office. They do not have a direct line to a person, only a voicemail, and they do not return any calls. We have encountered tarantulas and scorpions inside our apartment, and after two weeks of waiting I was forced to post a video online of the scorpion in my apartment. Only then did they offer to do anything. This apartment complex has done more "inspections" than any other complex I've ever lived in. It seems that privacy isn't something that they value. If you are considering moving to this complex, please heed this warning. It is not worth it. At this point, I am counting the days until I move out on December 3, 2016.
the office staff are great and very helpful. i'm moving from San Diego to Dallas and they were a great help to me. they showed me a unit and i loved it, my application was run quickly so i can have my unit ready when i move there.
The apartment is very nice. Very safe. However I have had a roach infestation since the day I moved in that has not been resolved. Apparently my building (18) is the only one with this problem.
