The Vistas live up to their Nomenclature!! A LAID BACK Resort Community for Seniors on the Northshore of LI. Great POOL.Clubhouse, Garden Club, Activities make living here a Dream!!
I am extremely upset at the ridiculous rent increase of $500 plus the now added cost of water/sewers/trash. Most of us here are seniors on a fixed income. I happen to be here because my house burned down and we are finally in the process of rebuilding. It has been a nightmare. I really don't want to move but an additional $500 is really hard.
No problems Vistas lawn service is excellent Entire area is kept in excellent condition.

Quiet, friendly community in a great location next to many conveniences
The management team and the maintenance team are excellent. The Vistas of Port Jefferson is well maintained. The snow removal is always done up to your door and between the cars. I’m am so happy that 3 years ago we decided to move here.

This is such a a great, quiet place to live. It's close to EVERYTHING and the maintenance and staff are outstanding. As if that wasn't good. As a bonus, there are multiple onsite events every single week.
The Vista is a beautiful community it looks like a little town.
I've been living at the vistas for 4 years now. Like most people I moved here after living in a home. I wasn't quite sure how I would adjust to apartment living. I feel totally safe here. It's a Wonderful community and I've made so many good friends.

From management to maintenance the staff exceeds expectations.
Came here after a divorce and some personal issues, the Vistas "took me in" and has made sure my stay here is perfect. They have a wonderful club house, pool table, dining facilities for guests to visit, etc. Very nice population of residents, we have parties, and stay active. The Pool is fantastic, maybe it should stay open a little longer and have evening hours when open, but that is the only comment which is a little slightly negative, I am sure there are liability issues given our population which prevents that from happening.
I am very happy at The Vistas. The staff is extremely professional and responsive, the residents are friendly and welcoming, and the grounds are well maintained. I would gladly recommend this community to anyone considering a move.
The Vistas is a lovely place to live. It's kept neat and attractive. Maintenance issues are addressed immediately. Management is pleasant and always helpful. I count my lucky stars the day I moved in. Residents are friendly and helpful.
I love living here at the Vistas of Port Jefferson Station. The staff are wonderful and the area is so convenient to stores. The apts. are pretty and the community is great.
What you see on the web site is what it really looks like . Friendly community of residents and Gray Star is always trying to bring more activities to the residents .

This is a great place to live it’s a little expensive but you get what you pay for The entire staff is amazing
It has been a pleasure living here this us my first experience in apartment living. The community is safe and neighbors and management truly care about the tenants.

Don't come here, unless it's short-term. The rent hikes are ridiculous. The quality of the construction is poor.

Terrence, Sean & Joe in maintenance are equally professional, dedicated & kind, offering exceptional assistance promptly. They also thoughtfully & patiently answer our maintenance questions. The apartments are new, lovely & modern, the clubhouse & landscaping are beautiful & well kept & our neighbors are friendly. There is also a variety of fun activities every month & there is even a charming monthly newsletter. This may be a rental community, but the caring & dedicated staff here are so wonderful, they make it feel like home.
Apartments are immaculate, managing office responds promptly with questions, concerns or issues. Feel safe and secure. And property is well lit and clean.
