Property Ratings at Vistas on the Park
Despite getting new management, the community is absolutely terrible and constantly covered in trash. Not only did the leasing office not notify me about renewing when my lease was up, they've started towing cars over miscommunications on the parking passes. There's constantly cigarette buds and trash strewn across the property and the pool was closed for most of the summer with no clear communication when it would reopen. Don't forget the roaches that never leave even after paying them to spray for insects! My dishwasher was also broken for over two months and claimed to not have record of my maintenance request until I demanded something be fixed. Save your money and the headache by not leasing here.
This place is a joke just like the management. Got a week left on my lease and still haven't even gotten a renewal lease and when asking about it they have no idea what the status is on it. I guess they made the decision for me and not to renew. Like I said avoid Vistas on the Park they are nothing but a head ache
This property is great! I love living here, staff are amazing and always fixed any problem I have in my apt.
I love my apartment. The stainless steel appliances and all wood floors are gorgeous. All my guest that come over are also amazed. The leasing staff is friendly and helpful through it all and made my new transition so easy and smooth and I also love the fact that when I have packages delivered and I'm not home the leasing office will store for me until I pick them up and I forget sometimes but the leasing office will send me a friendly reminder (LOVE THIS) …. I can go on and on but I have to go back to work - IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW APARTMENT I RECOMMEND 100%
I only lived here for 8 months but I loved it while I was there. Elena from the leasing office was always very nice and helped me with whatever I needed. Great community.
These were our first apartments. Overall it's a quiet neighborhood with decent neighbors. I was sad signing the 60 day notice until later that day they called and said since we didn't give them a 60 day notice and only a 50 day notice in writing we would have to pay a 298.39 proration amount even though we VERBALLY told them multiple times when they asked about us renewing. But since we didn't have it in "writing" they'll charge us like they didn't know we were moving out. We're good tenants that pay our rent on time and keep to ourselves. Yet they had the audacity to ask did we just want to move to a 2 bedroom and stay if we don't want to pay the proration amount. I will not be recommending these apartments to any of my friends due to terrible management
Just tired of the fact that when you tell them things about what's going on when they aren't here they act like its our fact or don't do anything about it these kids are destroying the apartments already
