I’ve lived here for over a year now. The community is well kept up with and very clean. Office staff is super friendly and always willing to help me when I need assistance or visiting the clubhouse.

I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS APARTMENTS TO ANYONE. First: My unit is full of ROACHES!!!! is infested, they already did the extreme treatment and it doesn’t work! MONICA, the manager, is so RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, I’ve sent her emails with pictures of my unit infested with roaches and she NEVER REPLIES, I ALMOST EAT A ROACH THAT WAS IN MY LEMONADE!!!!! I had to talk to corporate and that was the only way to get my apartment treated. Michelle and Amanda are so NICE AND LOVELY, but unfortunately they cannot make any decision. Second: the carpet is OOOOOLD! I got allergies and all they did was to get it cleaned, every time I vaccum my carpet I get tons of dust and fur, again I emailed Monica.... She said the carpet was fine. Third: they allow people to park cars that they don’t use or park, there are at least 3 cars parked right outside my unit FOR OVER TWO MONTHS!!!! Again very “efficiently” MONICA said she couldn’t do anything and she doesn’t have to give us any explanation. I’ve been here for 4 months and those have been the most exhausting and stressful days in my life.
If you want have a noisy neighbors, if you want a management who does nothing to stop your noisy neighbors after midnight, if you want a management that tells you to call fire Marshall when you complain neighbors who does bbq party on balcony, don’t think twice just move in!
been living here for 3 months.. the apartment had typical wear an tear my biggest complaint was the leak from the faucet in the kitchen i had them come fix it. and they said they did. i have the paper that says they did. but not even a few hours later there was water building up under the kitchen sink again.. so yea they still got to fix that, but thats the only major problem.. pool is nice. gym is sub par. but i go to a real gym so thats not an issue.. for the rest of the apts. i mean it looks nice, great price range no problems with neighbors yet, sometimes i can hear people walking or stomping but its not a problem.. not too shabby.. free coffee in the office and a computer lab.. cant really complain.. a great location 5 minutes away from 410, 281, 35 hope this helps you make a decision.
worst services ever not very nice workers in the office
I love my apartments, however I wish there were more control over pool parties. We only have one pool for the complex and when the residence have pool party other residents have no where to lay out or swim. maintenance has been great, no major problems with auto or apartment break ins . Covered parking needs to be numbered and lights changed. Overall Great Place to Live
