Extremely poor management. Most of the good reviews are management themselves and they also write comments below every negative comment trying to turn the situation around rather then accepting responsibility and actually addressing issues. Management is more focused on squeezing extra dollars out of residents rather than actually maintaining the building or keeping the area safe. Too many options in the area to live in such a poorly managed building.

TLDR: Don’t live here. The guest parking is terrible here. If you have more than a few friends or a family that would like to come visit, I recommend living somewhere else. The residents often park in the guest parking even though it’s prohibited and management/security does nothing about it. Additionally, the amenities are often broken. The jacuzzis have been non-functional for the last four months. Also, you can’t have more than four guests with you in the amenities. They have cameras that monitor you and charge you several hundred dollars if you have more than 4 guests. It’s honestly kind of creepy. They use the security system to control the residents more than to keep them safe. It’s giving “Big Brother.” Basically, the amenities are heavily advertised, often broken and highly regulated so you can’t use them freely.

Moved in 2022 and everything was great. Reliable front office staff but we did have the occasional breakins, broken windows and broken equipment. Today is just a nightmare. It’s gone really bad and I don’t feel safe staying here anymore with my family

Hey everyone, I've been a resident for this complex for over a year and had a recent experience where I feel I should inform people. My vehicle was towed today even though I was in compliance with the front office, reliant parking and had my stickers being shown correctly displayed in my dashboard. In order to receive my vehicle back, the amount was $542. After speaking with the leasing office, they informed me its not their fault and I was out of compliance. The vehicles are behind two gates which you need a visible permit to enter the garage in order to enter the facility. I would not recommend this place where they see residents with the correct stickers being shown and still tow them without cause. Cheers, MWA

We also must abide by the rules and regulations set by the community. Unfortunately, your vehicle was not displaying the permits as shown in the picture we gave you. It is the role of management to monitor the community which includes ensuring parking rules are being followed. Decent place to live, except the entry gates are always malfunctioning, with the most recent malfunction lasting already almost 3 weeks with no sign of being fixed anytime soon. The hot tub has been broken for a long time as well. Most importantly, the gym which appears to be well furnished, is actually lacking in heavier weights, making weightlifting and workouts extremely limited. Initially, we justified the high lease price thinking we were saving money on a gym membership, but we still need to sign up for gym memberships because the Vita gym is too limiting. We asked the front desk about getting heavier weights when we moved in almost a year ago and they said they were working on it, but no update or changes yet....

I moved to Vita Apartments 10 months ago and have been very happy living here thus far. Management has been genuinely cordial and accommodating throughout leasing process, addressing most of our concerns, the resident events are honestly the best, this has allowed me to meet my neighbors and make new friends. The apartment complex itself exudes classiness with the newest amenities and modern apartment features. Parking is easy with a 7-story garage down the hall, and the building feels quite secure with the courtesy patrol and access control system. It is true that Vita is located next to the 22 and the 5 freeways. However, I can barely hear the noise through the soundproof windows. The benefit of living next to the freeways is being centrally located, with all of orange within reach.
