So many great things to say about Vitality on 63rd. From the living space, the grounds, the amenities, the staff at the office and the maintenance crew. My interaction with Erica and his team from day 1 has been nothing but excellent. Great communication and customer service are a staple from the management and maintenance teams. I would definitely live here again.
The building is fantastic! The grounds are always beautifully maintained, clean, great amenities and very quite. It is nice to come home and have it feel like a retreat away from the craziness of the day. Maintenance team is wonderful. Erica, the manager is very knowledgeable about the property and wanted to make sure we were truly happy with our move.
Just moved in this weekend to what has been my dream apartment building for a while now! The amenities and grounds are the main thing that drew my eye to these apartments-they're gorgeous, and top notch. The gated aspect is another really nice thing for me since I'm safety conscious.
I've been living at Vitality on 63rd for almost a three weeks now and could not be more proud to call it home. Staff is outstanding, friendly, kind, of service, and always greet me with a smile! The maintenance team is exceptional. They're professional, reliable, proactive, and the heart and soul of what makes the Vitality on 63rd experience so incredible. Amenities are always kept pristine, landscaping is beautiful, neighbors are friendly, and I couldn't be more pleased to be part of the Vitality on 63rd!

I am living here. Oleg is super helpful. He answered all of our questions with a fun personality. Apartment is very beautiful, with a great view . The amenities are really nice & the pathway is convenient for easy access to public transport, restaurants, shopping. This place is also doggy friendly which is super cute . If you're thinking of moving here, then this is the right place.
I've lived at Vitality on 63rd for one month. The manager Erica is absolutely incredible, she go above and beyond with customer service. The maintenance team Oleg and Alex are also very professional, they usually fix any issues with in 24 hours. I feel extremely safe living here. All the amenities including the gym is outstanding. We have lived at these apartments for a little over a month now and it has been great. The building is so well kept. If you have an issue maintenance responds very quickly and does a great job. The office staff is always there to help with a smile. I would highly recommend you check it out if you are looking to live in nice people area.

I wanted to make sure I said something special about these apartments with good location, right price. During these hard times its amazes me how people can still run a business, let alone still have amazing customer services throughout the office and even the maintenance.
The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are very well kept and clean. Walking through the community feels like walking through a resort. The building and surrounding community is also very safe. I never felt worried even when going out alone in the evening. These apartments are also very central to stores, restaurants, and major freeways making it convenient to go anywhere.
I would like to thank Erica for her outstanding customer service. It was carmax quality. No hassle, no frills from start to finish. The building appartments are spectacular. This place is so spacious and quiet, it is a dream come true thanks to Erica. If you want the best safe and no rush service go see Vitality on 63rd.
We just moved in and the experience has been perfect so far. It was easy to find and pick an apartment remotely and the office staff was very helpful. The grounds are kept very tidy and our apartment was clean and ready to go. A special thank you to Alex from maintenance.
This is an incredible place to live! My husband and I lived there for almost a month and man I wish we didn't have to move! It was incredible! The service is amazing from the doorman to Erica the manager, everything is perfect! The views are incredible. The amenities are out of this world. Walking distance to everything! I honestly would live here in a heartbeat again if you could buy one! Vitality on 63rd amazing for what you get! Loved it!
