I've been living at Vive Luxury Apartments for a little over a year, and it's already on its third property management group. Unfortunately, the place is going downhill fast. The grass hasn’t been mowed in weeks, which is a huge issue, especially if you have a small dog. The hallways are a mess and on top of that, I've been waiting over three months for basic repairs in my unit with no progress. This place is far from "luxury" anymore. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

I have lived at Vive for 3 years. Each year is worse than the year prior. I have to thoroughly check my rent payment each month as there is always something wrong. One month my base rent was wrong, the next month I had a random $150 charge, and this month it was another random $50 charge. I call every time and have to have them make adjustments. :( I feel like Management means well but they make empty promises and only are willing to help if you confront them face to face (meaning resolve the issue in person). This has been true for me when I have needed adjustments made to my rent payment, maintenance requests, and general property questions. I hope this helps someone.

Don’t let this nice building fool y’all, this management is trash and unprofessional. When I moved in to this apartment I was happy until they gave me the key , the unit I wanted they gave it to someone else didn’t tell me . They even told me they would checked on me to see how I like the unit but they didn’t and told me I could switch the unit anytime. There’s mold everywhere in this place, the floor get slippery when you cooking and now they telling me I gotta pay a fee $500 to switch the unit After filed a complaint for mold they did not help in fact they charged me for it . If you want to move to this place they won’t tell you that but you can’t turn off the AC even if you get cold the mold started before I turned off the AC I just don’t get why this place is expensive when they brought cheap stuff to build this building. Think twice before move in to this apartment.

Beautiful property and the new landscaping was a pleasant unexpected to come home to!! And of course, the location, hands down can't be beat!!

We've been here for almost 2 weeks. We highly recommend Vive! We have a beautiful spacious apartment, it is a quiet community, great location, friendly tenants, great amenities, the staff are all helpful, professional, attentive, friendly; I could go on. We're looking forward to our stay here.

If you are a DOG owner this is a great place for you ... However if you are looking for a A plus, Quite, Upscale Apartment experience Lease in a different community

They ensure that the residents here are well taken care of. The workers who maintain the grounds work very hard to keep this place looking beautiful. This is a A community and would invite anyone looking for a family oriented, friendly, and relaxing atmosphere in an area that has everything... this is the spot, here in Fort Myers.

Its a really quiet environment to live in and be in peace

This is the first apartment Ive lived in for over 20 years. It is a pleasure to learn of all the new upgrades and the quality of the units.

Th is place is better than you could ever imagine. The price is great for what you get as the pool and community area is just like a resort. The neighbors are friendly and very welcoming. The location is everything you are off the main road which gives more privacy but only seconds away from so many great places. Since living here I have been able to see a family of deer which is an amazing experience every time. If you even have a slim thought about moving here Im telling you that you will love it and it will be the best decision ever as it has been for myself

We looked at many apartments around Fort Myers but Encore Vive really stuck out to us. We just loved the beautiful modern inside and the well-kept landscaping. The staff were very genuine and willing to answer questions. I couldnt have asked for a better experience!

This is such a wonderful place to live. The amenities are great and the Smart technology is awesome. The staff is very pleasant and also very accommodating. Shops and restaurants are located very close by for convenience. Definitely 5 stars.
