Property Ratings at Vivo Living Greenville
I have to say that for what they charge for these apartments the quality is extremely poor and lackluster. The location is great, but the majority of the tenants spend their time smoking by the door of the building causing the hallways to stink. Recently one of the tenants was smoking so much marijuana on a Saturday morning (inside of their apartment) that the hallway and my apartment smelled like I was the one smoking. I reported this to management and nothing has been done about it. When I spoke to the police they advised that it was the obligation of management to fix the problem or they would be in violation of their contract with the tenants. I’m not a high class individual, but the people that leave here make me want to move as much as the lack of management does.

The apartment is really quiet and all utilities are included in the bill. The apartments come with Wi-Fi and tvs which was really helpful for us on saving. The staff is so friendly and quick to keep the community updated. The apartment is clean inside and out and moving in was a breeze.
They went beyond to help me rent a apartment here. Jason and other staff took time to make sure that I had the home I wanted. Unfortunately I have to move yet again and they where very understanding. I never write reviews and I don’t think many people know about this place. So that’s why I’m writing this… It’s a perfect Safe place that is very affordable! Clean, friendly and not one thing negative I’ve seen. I am not sure why someone said it’s dangerous at night well that’s untrue I’m a women and would sit outside at night and never saw anyone it was quiet and I felt safe. I was actually upset I had to move once again and sad to tell the staff (that help me so much) I was moving. I will inform everyone I know about Vivo apartments These days rent is crazy high but this place is like a luxury apartment but extremely affordable and ALL utilities included!!! Thanks again ??????
