The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful,management seems like they are on top of their work. My move in experience with Emily was seamless and eased a lot of the overhead stress that comes with a move. In addition, I had packages delivered improperly by UPS and Emily continued to be a great help and showed empathy towards the situation and instilled confidence that she wouldn’t let this happen again for not just myself but other residents as well. She was transparent about pricing and fees from the start and remained in open communication about any and all changes. She even accommodated to an earlier move in date when my partner and I had our wires crossed. There community holds to their rules and guidelines that are fair in my opinion. I believe any distaste for this community would be a reflection of personal preferences and not an indication of the whole. I’m happy to be a resident.

I've had few issues and told the front office and most of them were taken care of but now I have bug (bees) issue in my apartment and I'm not sure where it's coming in from but when I get home from work, I see dead bees in my 2nd room and sometimes in my living room. I told the people at the office but no one came to check on it yet.

Living at Volare provides a level of comfort I have not often experienced in my life, and I've lived everywhere else - twice! Management takes a keen interest in maintaining the property for maximum enjoyment and protection of residents’ rights and privileges. Having said that, they are admittedly not perfect, because few people are, including me, but they make a concerted, honest effort to do right by the residents. That counts. A lot.

Overall good experiences minus the car beak ins and lack of cameras put up over the year I've been here. Also the appliances in the minor pool would be nice to use if they werent broken. Other than that love it.

Volare is the best apartment home community in Las Vegas. There are a variety of homes here from efficiency apartments to three bedroom homes with a two car garage. The community is extremely well maintained and the amenities are numerous, including the best fitness facility of any community I have lived in. The location near I-15 makes it superb for getting to any part of Las Vegas easily. The community is also extremely pet friendly and the pet owners are very respectful. The best part... the staff is incredible. They organize community events for the residents including movie nights, Taco Truck Tuesday and a blood drive done right in the community center. Everyone on the staff is very professional, competent and friendly. They listen to residents problems and do everything in their power to make us happy. I am very pleased to be a member of this community and I wouldn't live anywhere else in Las Vegas.

I think Volare has new management and so far experience has not been great. I was late on rent one day. They made me pay $85 late fee and then posted $75 legal fee on top of it. I wish they cleaned hallways as fast as they come up with extra fees - its embarassing to bring friends over. Also maybe learn how to fix issue with noisy neighbors as efficient as charging me TWO fees. Painted the place however my balcony is not fully painted since extra railing was installed after painting job completed. While they were painting the door my mezuzah was painted.

Needs vast amount of improvements to the maintenance of this apartment. Sloppy, rushed paint job, poorly installed carpets and leased to us very dirty. Hot water is inconsistent and maintenance is too understaffed to care. Old and broken appliances they are unwilling to replace. Noisy upstairs neighbors constantly running and doing laundry from 6am to midnight, hearing loud exhaust fan & dryer buzzer constantly. Amenities and parking were “misinformed” to us. Secure parking gates constantly open. Leasing staff are nice and friendly, but both communicated they are inexperienced in property management. Corporate should invest in training staff better.

Such a quiet community and once maintenance knew I needed my kitchen faucet needed repairing the maintenance team came in next day to fix it. It's now working like a charm. Very quiet and a beautiful community. They just had resident appreciation week and set up a TV for watching ball games. What a nice touch... I just love it here!

I really enjoy living here. Everything about the apartment feels new, clean, and very comfortable. The neighbors and property staff are all very nice. The maintenance team is quick to respond to requests. Over the years, I've lived at a few other apartment homes, and this is the best by far. Also, shopping, restaurants, and highway are close by. I'm always happy to recommend Volare to others.

I moved to Volare from a subpar complex managed by westland. My old place had constant plumbing problems etc. Having said that, my experience at Volare has been much much better. I haven't had any major issues with my apartment besides light bulbs naturally going out. The few times I have had to put in work orders maintenance was quick to repair. As for the office staff..in the beginning some of the girls were very condescending, but the new girls as of late are much nicer and more patient. I have a dog who loves going to the big grassy park area by the pool and volleyball court. I'm glad they have that area instead of just concrete and sidewalks. The one flaw I can think about is the lack of security staff on site. Sometimes I see random people at night roaming the parking lots who definitely don't live here. Overall my experience with Volare has been a positive one. I just wish rent didn't increase significantly but I guess that's what most places are doing now...
