I am currently looking for an apartment for a client relocating from out of town. Stop by this property, and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a hello from everyone in the office. Keep up the good work, guys!!
The new management is the worst I’ve ever seen. After getting my car towed and money stolen out of my car just for going to the mailbox to pick up my package. The manager’s first thing she said was you shouldn’t of parked there… well tell me where else can I park after all the parking spots are taking and your picking up your mail at 11 at night and everything is dark with no security? But wait there’s more if you have more then one car you have to pay a fee if not you’ll get towed if you have friends that like to come over expect for them to be able to park 7 times in the parking lot after that it will get towed. Lights all thru the hallways are not working so safety is not one of their responsibility’s. They want to charge you for everything here. I pay for my trash to be picked up well they will pick it up when they feel like it. But if you don’t have your bin in by a certain time you’ll get a $25 infraction. Electricity keeps going out. My washer and drier has been working on and off for a year and still can’t fix it. Trash everywhere cars getting broken into rims getting stolen. My catalytic converter got stolen and I didn’t even get a response other than we are not liable for what happens to your car. You’ll regret moving here I swear.

They don’t understand their own contractual obligations and agreements.
Worst apartments I’ve ever lived at , definitely don’t recommend. Your car will get towed for anything , one of the maintenance guys literally creeped me out and I didn’t even feel comfortable going to the pool because he would always stare me down & then when I moved out he got my number somehow and texted me ??!!! Also they are trying to charge me months later afger my balance in my account said $0 for monthsss and they claimed they emailed me prior . Someone also tried breaking in to my apartments at 2am one day and they broke the back sliding door & one of the guys that worked there said he would fix it for free and now I have a $400 damage fee and they won’t even reply and tell me what it’s for!! And I’ve asked for regionals # at least 10 times and they won’t send it to me. It’s a whole joke

So happy to see a new manager Terrence here at Volterra. Since he has been here I see that the community is more clean, gates are working, grounds are trash free, any service request I have completed and a follow up call happens from the leasing staff. We also just had a resident event so got to meet some of my neighbors. That’s never happen before. These small changes make such a huge difference. Thank you Volterra staff for all you do.
RUN! I have quite a few issues with this complex. It is absolutely filthy at all times . Trash and loads of furniture piled up in the parking lots and breezeways. There’s dog poop everywhere in the grass and right by the staircases. Disgusting tenants and they complex sends out no notices about this. They let it happen. Pool is dirty. Inside of it, there’s grime at the bottom and things floating in it. Outside of the pool, people have left trash and crap and I guess the complex doesn’t want to clean it. Also, I just received a lease violation for having a 3 year old child play in my second floor apartment DURING THE DAY. I actually wanted and got approved for a 1st floor apartment , the complex committed to that then at the last minute switched it to a second floor bc of their lack of organization. The neighbor below can hear every step of one 32 lb child bc the apartments are cheap and poorly made. But guess who gets the blame for it? The resident. I’ve already contacted an attorney if this escalates into something else so just take this as a warning how they do their residents. I’ve only been here for 4 months and I’m already ready to go. The inside of the apartments are beautiful but that is THE ONLY benefit. The complex is raggedy.

The palm trees were damaged during the winter storm and we had to cut them back but they will grow again. I am so happy with my new apartment. The office manager Amy was a joy to work with during the process of getting everything done so we could move in. The heater was giving us a problem and your Service manage Dwayne came and was so friendly and respectful and fixed the issue within minutes. I was so embarrassed because I was turning on the air conditioner instead of the heater. I would recommend this property to anyone.
