Property Ratings at Vue 180
I cannot recommend living here. You pay so much for not a whole lot. Exercise area is acceptable but the equipment needs maintenance. The party lounge (which is on the 1st floor and farthest from the levee) is nice but not for the $100 reservation fee. But have fun inviting people over because the "guest parking" is constantly filled by the same cars making it a hassle to have anyone over. The trash shoot has been closed since June of 2021 and there has been no progress on fixing it. The elevators constantly need to be fixed. The lobby, hallways, and elevators constantly smell. Flies are a huge issue in the summer. The $100 covered parking is awful and doesn't protect against any elements or provide any safety, and the $75 uncovered parking isn't much better. Not to mention how much we had to fight to get one of our cars moved because it constantly had water freeze all over it that came from the roof. Our room was nice-ish but if you looked closely it definitely was a rush clean up. Paint could've been done better by a 4 year old, everything still needed cleaning, the carpet had staples sticking up out of it, light bulbs we're out, among other issues. I would HIGHLY suggest looking at other options in Newport because you'll pay the "luxury" price here but you certainly won't get it.
Depending on which side you’re on, the view can be amazing! The interiors of the apartments are also quite nice. Additionally, the community at the time of writing is super friendly! However, unfortunately, since the building was taken over by Flaherty and Collins, things have not been smooth. We have had to resend forms numerous times due to them being forgotten. They even lost our lease! Maintenance requests take over a week even after following up by email to receive any kind of response. They refuse to fix the trash compactor, and they say there’s recycling, but the bin outside continues to fill without being emptied. Living here is fine, but don’t expect management to help you once you’re a resident.
I lived here for 5 years it used to be really nice but now is HORRIBLE! Management is the worst especially Bobbi in the office she is hard to deal with. Would not recommend this place to anyone! Stay away

The new management has made our lives here at Vue 180 just great. They are quick in action,always friendly, and would check in my pet while away from home. (the previous management were all opposite!) Can't complain the location too :)
Recently re-located to the Newport area and VUE 180 managers have really helped make me feel at home! They have been super supportive and welcoming! They actually get to know their residents and help in any way possible! Very responsive and involved in making VUE 180 a really great place to live :) The location is AWESOME and the building/property is always clean. I love the security system that is in place and the parking garage! Super great place to live 5 out of 5 stars from us!! Thanks for all you do! #WHODEY
5 min to Cincinnati by foot or car. So many things to do in the area! Breathtaking views of the Cincinnati skyline. Cheap electric. Beautiful apartment! Super pet friendly! Worth every penny!
Vue is the best. Views are lovely. Management is great, especially the new girls. Made a huge difference in a short amount of time.

You won’t be disappointed. I’ve lived here for awhile now and wouldn’t consider moving. There’s been a lot of improvement lately. Especially with the new workers They are all very friendly, professional and good at what they do. Makes me happy when I’m outside on my deck watching the boats go by on the river. Total peace.

View 180 is a beautiful building with a breathtaking view of downtown Cincinnati across the river. The staff goes to great lengths to create an atmosphere of community.
Good views! During baseball season, you can to sit on your porch and watch the fireworks from the Reds stadium after each game. Beautiful apartments.
I love my apartment! Honestly, im spoiled. Erika and Sarah take such good care of me, and all of us! They have made such significant improvement in all aspects of Vue. Come for the views, stay for the people. You won’t be disappointed.
I love that I have a quiet place to come home to after a long day at work. The building is relaxing and I have awesome neighbors. The location is great, I can walk or take the shuttle to events in the city. The staff is friendly and always willing to help in any way. The clubroom is perfect for social gathering whether it be with neighbors or personal friends.
The past 2 years have been the best apartment living by far for me. Neighbors are awesome, building is quiet, and management is friendly. Location is convenient to everything by car or on foot. No wild parties, fights, or waking up in the middle of the night to disturbances. Great experience!
Great place, except you can hear EVERYTHING your upstairs neighbors do. It's bothersome when trying to sleep and you hear the opening/closing of doors or someone pounding their feet while walking. Also, management does a terrible job of sponsoring events for the residents, even though they keep making promises. There also has been an issue with solicitors entering the building, as well as a police raid in which drugs and money were found in one of the apartments. Other than that, I love it here! Honestly.
Vue 180 has been the best choice I've made in a while. The manager is always a text away and never says no when I need something. He offers to put my deliveries inside my door, has coffee and doughnuts for everyone every morning and truly wants you to enjoy living here. The building is located within walking distance to the levee and surrounding bars and restaurants. A short drive to downtown Cincinnati without having to touch a highway. The walls are thick, I haven't heard a neighbor since I've moved in. The residents range from older retired couples to young professionals. There are even a handful of local athletes living here. The gym has all the equipment you need and the clubhouse has a deck overlooking the river complete with a pool table and poker table. The rent is less than any place comparable in downtown Cincinnati and with parking, cable and internet included is a better deal.
