The move-in process was very easy and I have not had any issues with my apartment since moving in. The staff in the office has been very helpful with any questions I have had. The apartment itself is beautiful, and for the most part the complex is quiet. Have had no issues with any of the neighbors, everyone that I have come into contact with has always been very friendly. However, I have had numerous maintenance requests for leaking in living room, bedroom and bedroom closet that have not been resolved. Property manager does not have the courtesy to call back with any kind of updates. Office staff to my knowledge has always relayed messages to the property manager, so I can't say that the girls in the office are not helpful.

With that being said, you are scheduled to have your roof repaired. Unfortunately, due to the lock down for the COVID-19 virus, the roofers have been delayed per state mandate. As you can understand, this is something out of our control and is for the safety of everyone involved. Maintenance has treated the moisture related issue and that problem should be resolved. It's a decent apartment complex. However for the amount that residents pay in rent and amenities they need to be kept up. The pool grills are constantly running out of propane. The treadmills in the gym have not worked since I moved here. The tvs in the gym don't work or if they do they don't have them on for people who workout after office hours. The valet trash pickup people don't pick up all the trash they leave bags in bins etc. I wouldnt recommend this place until they start taking care of the property better. These are all minor fixes however I fell they do not care. Corporate doesn't care either. WE NEED WORKING TREADMILLS IN THE GYM!! Or new ones ...Geez

Have only lived here a month and it’s horrible. The staff could care less about requests made. Every time I called for maintenance they said someone would come that day and no one came until after 3 attempts. The “fitness center” is run down and the equipment doesn’t work. Full of dust and have told them multiple times about the issue over the past month but no one cares. Please look anywhere else for a place to live on the street. This place just doesn’t care after they get you here. Pools would be great if they kept them clean.

I moved here in May of 2018 from an apartment complex called Villas Central Park (the best apartment living experience I've ever had). I am so pissed that I left my previous apartments for these horrid apartments. The noise is unreal, at 12am-4am any day of the week there are bikers who Rev up their engines loudly throughout the complex. Our power goes out everytime we turn on our dryer every single day, we then have to wait 30-45 minutes for maintenance to fix it with outside breakers. We've been here for three weeks and have yet to receive our mailbox keys all the while our mail is being sent back to senders. Before you can explain the issues you have with management you are cut off and it's immediately your fault. Our neighbors smoke weed inside their apartments and it comes through your vents and so your own apartment smells like weed. Our baby is due in 3 months time and I'm afraid we will have to go to court to break our lease because I do not want my child breathing in second hand Marijuana or disturbed by the obnoxious engine revving. Do not rent here if you can avoid it. I recommend a place 10 minutes away called Villas Central Park, where the staff is professional, dependable, and it's clean and the people who live there take care of their community and respect their neighbors.

Be prepared to pay more and more each time your lease is up for renewal. New management is unfriendly and unresponsive. Maintenance has really changed and is extremely slow.

the complexe is clean but the management is poor... gates are always broken,they take too long to fixe.Planes noises make it hard sometimes to sleep...It's overpriced

The perfect location, it's centrally located between Dallas and Fort Worth. Less than 10 minutes from DFW and about 22 minutes to Love Field. Great shopping and restaurants within a 10-20 minute drive. Near AT&T (Cowboy) Stadium, Ranger Field and Six Flags. The size of the one bedroom I chose is just right, plenty of storage, great walk-in closet, good size kitchen and pantry with plenty of counter space and a nice size balcony. The only thing I would like to see change is the attention to detail. I would have given the complex 5 stars if the attention to detail was there. If you've had to fix something more than once, just replace it. The grounds a fairly well kept (but some tenants aren't as into neat as I am) and the staff is great! We have regular events that are diverse and thoughtfully planned (wine tastings, dominoes, brunch, live music, etc. . .). It's a great community with great people!

I have enjoyed living at St. Laurent. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating, the location is great, I feel safe and my kids love the swimming pools! The apartment itself is great, too. I love the open floor plan and the finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. The only thing I would change is the light colored carpet (beige and toddlers don't mix!) Overall, it's a great place to live!

Located right off 360 and south of DFW, St Laurent is conveniently located within 10 mins of DFW airport to the north and Arlington to the south (Ranger's ballpark, AT&T Stadium, Six Flags, etc). The complex sits under the departure path of DFW which some people may find disconcerting. Being in the aviation industry myself, my family and I enjoy sitting on the porch and watching the planes fly over. If you are looking for low noise, this might not be the best option for you. there is convenient access to Hwy 360, which is great for your commute. The pools, of which there are three, are open year-round. This is especially nice after living in some apartments in TX where you have to wait til May to use the pool. There is a charcoal grill available for use, as well as a limited gym located underneath the clubhouse. If you play golf, Riverside Golf club is across the street and has some really good deals for the driving range. ($40 a month for unlimited range balls) Maintenance responds quickly if you have any issues. They have monthly community events (game nights, brunches, etc) There are several Grand Prairie Police officers that live in the complex, which makes me feel a little more secure, even though it is already located in a safe area.

I moved in January of 2013 and was fairly excited. Since I am a teacher I was given a discount on rent and a free covered parking spot - which helped because plenty of areas in this apartment have little to no non reserved parking. Since living here for two years, under my renewal I lost my parking spot, I've spent at least 8 days during the summer without air conditioning due to slow service and old air conditioners, I've had to walk the length of the complex because I could not park near my apartment (which can seem unsafe to walk at night), the gates have been broken(left open or shut so you can't leave), the valet trash people have broken my trash bag and left me the mess, and the apartment refused to upgrade my appliances even though all other apartments have the upgraded appliances already. After two years, I am ready to move somewhere with better parking, amenities and customer service from the front office.

We have lived here for 4 years and have loved it, except for the last 6 months. The leasing staff completely changed. Not only are we talked down to, we have had substantial maintenance issues (ex. water leaking through ceiling) that have not been addressed. We used to be able to make one call and have things taken care of. Now we have made calls, left voice mails, and talked to the staff in person multiple times with no resolution in sight. When talking with the staff, we are treated with such poor customer service it is truly jaw dropping. We miss the staff that knew us by name and cared whether we were faced with problems. It's sad that such a great apartment has turned so bad in such a short period of time. Very bad decision to hire such ill trained staff. We will NOT be renewing our contract.
