Very friendly people easier portal then last company who ownsd and u can make payment without. Having to spend more money to get a cashiers check

Everyone is so nice and on top of everything. With all take overs there is an adjustment period but everyone is committed to making this a great place to live.

I’ve been really happy with my apartment! The space is well-maintained, and everything works as expected. The management team is responsive and friendly, always addressing any concerns quickly. The neighborhood feels safe and convenient, with easy access to any nearby features like parks, shops, and public transportation. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home. Highly recommend!

I like that vue @3600 is in a good location for shopping and restaurants and my living space is comfortable. Updated appliances pet friendly.

Rent is a little too high than anywhere else but I like the community since it’s not too crowded. Neighbor’s are quiet and had some few that are friendly. The community is close to everything, from the freeway and to different stores we need to get by. Overall I would say I could stay here longer if rent is not too high or rent won’t go up after my lease next year.

Peaceful and quiet community and the attentive leasing managers. I am happy with my experience at the Vue so far and would highly recommend the Vue at 3600 to friends and family members.

I’ve been here for 3-4 years now. Everyone is friendly and respectful. Some people go out their way to help others out of the kindness of their heart with stuff like groceries or taking the trash out.

I been staying at the vue for about 4years so far so good only thing the management was horrible. Looking forward to seeing what the new owners and management have to offer us. I’m very big on customer service

Living at vue 3600 is for me ,a nice decent place to live nice office personal and I see is going to be a better place new manage ment hope we get the same assistant and nice people to feel free to talk any issue thank you

I love living at Greystar property. Lived here over 8 years. Maintenance outstanding. Administrative staff always great. Work orders completed within 24-48 hrs. Hope to live here long time. Have referred friends to this property.

It's a lovely complex and a beautiful view of the Bay.

The grounds at VUE at 3600 are always extremely maintained. It’s such a joy to live here. The maintenance and admin staff are top notch. All maintenance requests are fulfilled within 24-48 hrs.

I love the Vue at 3600 , I feel so much safer. I can finally invite friends and family over and not feel ashamed about my apartment or my neighbors. I can finally keep track of my payments through the online portal and any communication I have with the leasing office is so comforting and I don’t feel intimidated or attacked or feel like they don’t care about my needs because THEY DO CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS NEEDS!!! And I recommend anyone to live here. Coming out of a bad experience with one apartment complex and moving into a better one has just been an eye opener and a wonderful experience so thank you Vue at 3600!!! For changing my life

My experience at the VUE at 3600 has been great office staff is always helpful if you have any problem that requires attention in your unit office staff will make a work order for Maintance staff and they will correct the issue the next day keep up the great work VUE at 3600 tenant

The Vue community is poorly maintained. The remodeled units have outdated appliances. The units are not worth the rent charged.

Beautiful community! Feels like home as soon as I drive onto the property. I really enjoy it here, I will 10/10 recommend any friends or family looking to move. Staff is amazing, they take care of things in a timely manner and they are great at communication with me. I love VUE!!

I'm a current resident at Vue at 3600. I've lived here for 7years. Vue at 3600 apartment is located in a very convenient area for shopping, dinning and public transportation, nested right off the freeway of 80, 30 minute from the city of San Francisco, 20min from San Rafael, 45 minute from Napa and1h from Sacramento. Its in a clean, safe and quit neighborhood of Richmond California. Great place to live, staff is friendly and welcoming.

My time here at the Vue at 3600 has been pleasant. The staff worked with me and we're reasonable with there deposit. The place was clean, new carpet, new appliances on my move in date. Every time I had a maintenance issue, I have been satisfied with the outcome. Good place to live, good community. So far so good. I am pleased and hope that I will be a resident for awhile.

VUE at 3600 is best place I have ever lived. Maintenance request is always completed within 12-24hrs. The property is always well maintained. Management staff is always friendly and awesome. Its extreme joy to live here. I hv been here over 5 years.

Thank goodness I moved to the Vue at 3600 before the pandemic, the management here has kept our complex safe, and been very helpful regarding my ongoing financial struggles. As a single mom who is a small business owner, it's great to know that I have good communication with my manager. I'm very happy with all the staff who work here, everyone is friendly and helpful.

Been a resident for 15 years, NEW carpets would be nice. Also, limited guest parking. Don't bother inviting family/friends, no parking available.

I've been a long-time resident since 2003 and been through several management teams but this one by far has been the most professional team ever.

Not only is it a commuters Delight to live here at Vue @3600, but the management team here is outstanding, and a pleasure to have one site!

I just moved into the Vue and am already loving it! There were a few things that needed fixing upon moving in and they were fixed the same day I requested maintenance. Also, the staff is super friendly and personable!

The Vue is a lovely place to live. The staff are always friendly and ready to help. Whenever I have a problem or question they help me right away. Management team is awesome !

Living at the Vue gives you great value for your money, you are in close proximity of the shopping mall, movie theaters, Banks, and restaurants. Also on site is a state-of-the-art gym along with a swimming pool, jacuzzis, and a laundromat.

Management and staff are very nice and welcoming i like how they come up with events to get the community together even though sadly i havent attend due to the timing of event and my work schedule. Its a quiet neighborhood and my neighbors are nice and friendly i love that theres in-home washer and dryer i dont have to go out for laundry specially with this COVID and love the storage amenity for a hoarder like myself

It's a joy to live here at The Vue, it has wonderful amenities and close to all stores, shops, and businesses.

The women running the property are amazing they do a phenomenal job! Also they dont have anything to do with my few discrepancies regarding my stay at Vue 3600. The rent is just too high I wish some it could be more reasonable.
