Me and a buddy requested a 3/2 apartment and we were put on a waitlist and they said it would take a couple months. It’s been three months and there’s been no contact whatsoever and then all of a sudden out of the blue we get an email saying that the apartment that we waitlisted was not gonna be available on time. Waste of time!!!!
The utilites for a one bedroom. Power when i leave the A/C running half the day and my phone chargers plugged in I usually pay $50 to $60 a month, but the lights are usually off. Water and sewer is always above $60 additional on top of the rent. If they tell you differently, it is a lie. Also there is a $6 transaction fee that must be paid with each bill. Might not mean much, but this is an additional change. Sewer and water is based on the usage of the bedrooms. Meaning all 1 bedrooms split the bill regardless of how many occupants. For example if a 1 bedroom is occupied by 2 parents and a baby and another 1 bedroom is rented by one individual, each apartment pays the same even though one apartment uses way more water than the other. I don't use $60 in water a month. I barely use half, but I must pay the same as those with multiple occupants in a 1 bedroom apartment. This is the downside.

While we appreciate your review and are sorry you are dissatisfied with the cost of utilities, we would like to correct some of the information you’ve presented. You have correctly stated water is split by bedroom at our community. However, occupancy is factored into the cost, and a home with multiple occupants pays more than a home with a single occupant. After reviewing our records from January to June of this year, there were no water bills over $47, including the service fee, which is a charge the utility company adds. We are always happy to speak with residents and offer clarification regarding utility costs, billing methods, and associated fees. If you would like to discuss these matters further, please contact the office at your earliest convenience so we may work to improve your experience.
I would definitely not recommend this place to live. They have no concern & consideration for the residents. Staff demonstrate terrible customer service.

My apartment was not ready on the actual move in date prior new management until almost 3 weeks later the new staff is just ok no sense of urgency ,my apartment complex was on fire last month before my renewal lease was up and the staff showed no interest in placing us in new units or keeping us updated just told us to call around basically no sympathy, the water bills are high and they charge late fees when they deposit your check late. The new staff does not follow up with you on anything the apts are just spacious thats it.

We apologize if your perception is that we have not exhausted every effort to ensure our affected residents have received housing options and relief services. We provided housing options at our community along with an extensive list of communities in our area with available units to those we could not rehome on-site. Residents were also provided caseworkers through The American Red Cross to ensure quick access to available aid and services. We have worked diligently to provide assistance and would be glad to speak with you if you feel you have not received adequate information. If you have questions about fees or billing issues, we would be happy to address those as well. If it’s your only choice, go ahead and come here. We’ve had issues with the staff not knowing how to operate the new online system and charging us late fees and putting notices up when we’ve already paid. Sort of frustrating to have to deal with. Also, the construction workers leave our door unlocked and use our wash clothes and leave them disgusting and laying around! Super unprofessional and not at all okay to do. Had construction workers entering our apartment without notice, got the notice the day after they busted my window open while I was asleep! I don’t appreciate how the construction is being handled. On top of those things there’s is a serious bug issue here that I hope the new management will take seriously. Been here for a few years and no matter how clean I keep my space or how much poison I put down, there’s always roaches.

I have been living here for 6 months and it is a great place to live. Its quiet and peaceful. The ladies up front are amazing and very cooperative. They have fixed all my issues in a very timely manner.

Staff is awful. Very unprofessional and uneducated. Misspell words in "legal documents". Do nothing about complaints weather its the neighbors or maintenance in the apartment. They never answer the phones. I've called then walked right in and saw one lady watching movies on her computer. I even saw on lady look at the phone when it rang and place it down. They talk about peoples PERSONAL business in front of anyone. I saw one person social security card when I went to pay my rent. The apartment is ok. Ants and rat problems. Pool was closed alot. High water bills!!! Many of my neighbors are still mad about how high the water bills are. One maintenance guy walks around with a gun. Would not recomend. Keep looking!!!
