I lived here for three years my air conditioner broke every other week and they never fully fixed it they kept going up on the rent with nothing in return .my carpet was nasty they wouldn’t even clean it once a year for me. Management kept changing and got worse with each time they called us a luxury apartment but there is nothing luxurious about it they never use the movie theater although they advertise it the gym remain closed after Covid they spent money upgrading the paint outside and the pool, meanwhile they couldn’t fix something as simple as my air conditioning. Would never recommend this property!
This apartment is good, but is now even better with the new management. They are improving all aspects of this community. They answer any questions promptly by email and do all they can to assist you. They are keeping the parking deck and hallways clean and well kept. Everything here is within walking distance; the gym, the bank, grocery store, nail salon, hair salon, restaurants. I drive but if you don't this is a perfect location for you. No one can enter the building or elevators without their key card or calling someone to let them up. I am so thankful for the new management because they are making it even better!

My husband and I recently moved and have enjoyed our stay. Staff has been helpful and I'm anticipating the arrival of their new package locker system. Our work orders have been fixed very quickly and the guys are AWESOME. We're haven't gotten a chance to meet many of the neighbors yet but the ones we've met have been a pleasure. You CANNOT beat the location either. I walk to Kroger daily!

The new owners and management are not good.I've lived here for close to 5 yeras and it is not as good as it was when I moved here.The halls are dirty.I've seen soda bottles,candy wrappers,etc,stay in halls for WEEKS.Residents are inconsiderate.Dogs are left on balconies are are constantly barking from early morning until the night.Avoid moving here.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! These apartments aren't luxury at all. When I first moved in the toilets had this black ring around it that I couldn't even scrub off , and what I did managed to get off was horrible. There's a marijuana aroma, it's overpriced, and at times very difficult to receive packages. Gates are propped open and people follow you in and staff doesn't do anything about it. The property staff doesn't address any of your complaints, so don't bother sending them forward for resolve. The noise there is insane! The noise from the highway is a constant. It's like you're living in the middle of the highway with your windows open 24/7. The above unit occupant had a child I assumed was a 600 pound sumo wrestler running from one end of the apartment to the next until I saw she was a 3 year old allowed to run and jump from wall to wall. They have roaches because they don't pickup the trash when their suppose to. The refrigerator is constantly not freezing the food. The dishwasher is horrible and doesnt work. They say they walk the grounds but they couldn't have. My mother and I have walked passed pizza laying on the floor in front of an apartment for 3 DAYS!!! My son had told me he saw residents throw garbage from the top deck to the garbage disposal. I didn't believe it until I saw it one day with my own eyes. There's nothing luxury about these apartments except the sign and the money you pay. The fire alarm would go off constantly at 2am in the morning. People let their dogs poop anywhere. Kids are sitting on the roof of the apartments. Please find a truly luxury apartment elsewhere because these are not it. Management doesn't have to worry about responding because all these issues were already told to you on several occasions.

The management is horrible. They fix the issues, but get an attitude when they take too long. According to them corporate is super strict when corporate is not living here. We have had roaches since we moved into the new complex. I was told the issue would be resolved in two weeks, yet they are still there and jut as embarrassing. We deserve a refund or something for all of the money we pay. Save your money and your time. You can get better customer service and a better value for your money.It is too expensive to deal with all of the problems. All of the people giving a 5 star rating has not had to report an issue or deal with the attitude to for requesting fairness.
The gates are always broken....so much for safety. Halls smell like weed. Old air conditioning units which leak through ceilings. Mold in apartments. Too run down to cost so much. Go elsewhere with your money.
My husband and I recently moved to Montage Embry Hills Apartments. So far we are really happy ! The apartment space is so nice and big. The kitchen and bathroom already had all the equipment, and everything is fresh and new! The people who work here are very polite and professional. They helped us a lot with figuring out the best option for us with the apartment. We defiantly recommend this place to our friends and family!
Recently moved into apt, and commute to Buckhead is a short 20 min. Apt is clean with all the modern appliances. Still wish that there was a fast internet option like Fiber available. Walking distance to Kroger is a plus, but access to 85 and 285 make getting around the city very convenient. Staff was very quick to respond to a few issues in the apartment.
GREAT PACKAGE PICK-UP: The Montage Embry Hills APARTMENT HOMES staff makes picking up packages from their office convenient. Sometimes they are able to inform you that you received a package.
Very convenient location and access to grocery store, post office, various restaurants and banks. I've renewed my 3rd lease, basically, because it is so convenient to everything.... downtown Atlanta, Perimeter Mall, Stone Mountain, etc. I've lived there long enough to see the property change hands at least 2 times and the staff change over at least 3 times. When I moved into the property was maintained well and issues were resolved pretty quickly, then .... the property was purchased by The Bridge Properties and soon thereafter the office staff changed and the property began to deteriorate It also appeared that there was more interest in a high occupancy rate than doing background checks on some of the tenants. I began to notice a different type of resident. A new Property Manager has been hired and just in a short 2 1\2 months, there is a noticeable difference in the cleanliness of the property. My only 2 concerns at this point are the lighting in the garage, but that may be as a result of the previous property manager not attending to the property, getting all of the exterior doors in the garage and the gates fixed so that we have a real gated community. I don't feel like I'm getting what I paid for if any and everybody can just walk in through one of the breached areas. I also hope that the new property manager restores the evening\night\weekend security, and not someone just sitting in their vehicle. I'm looking forward to coming back to give the complex an excellent rating.
I will not be renewing my lease it's not an awful apartment complex it's just something's I can't deal with when paying an arm and a leg for rent. The people above me are super noisy. I complained a few times to the leasing office nothing was done. If moving here I would be sure to lease on the highest floor. The parking garage could be a little more tidy in my opinion. A lot of trash left behind were people were to lazy to take there take out bags to the garbage. There are really huge water bugs in my unit. I called the leasing office three weeks straight no one has came to spray at all. So I went out and purchased my own bug spray. Imagine buying your own spray when you pay for pest control monthly. From time to time you can smell weed in the hallways. I have no issues with my neighbors just the people above me. Overall pretty quiet complex like I said it's not horrible. I don't appreciate the customer service and being ignored when I request for certain things to be done.
Last month, 2 cars were left in the parking garage without their rims. Last weekend, 21 more cars were broken into (yes, you read that correctly). Again, these were parked inside the parking garage. We initially moved into this apartment — after doing a lot of research – because of the stellar reviews. This apartment was the only one we found on Google that was rated 4 stars . A few months in, we're starting to question our decision. We have not had too many issues: broken appliances here and there, smell of weed from the neighbors pretty consistently, and one package stolen from the door, but I can safely say we will not be renewing our lease. We'll head further outside the perimeter. I hope this review helps you make a more educated decision then we were able to.
The location of the complex is not bad. Located walking distance to Kroger, Post Office, Pool-hall, banks, restaurants and much more including major highways. The apartment itself could be rated 3 to 4 stars consisting of most common amenities desired by most occupants. The parking deck is great but they have no parking outside the deck. Signal is pretty good throughout the complex. Both dish and cable are available. Things don't get fixed right away but tell me a place where it does. Crime is low or unheard of. A SWAT team member lives at the facility. He is a courtesy officer. Other officers and soldiers are here as well. My only concern is the staff. If you find somebody available during normal business hours, you might not get the best info about the facility...i'm guessing you understand what im saying. Other than that, you'll enjoy!
I have been living here at Montage for 5yrs. Overall it a nice place to stay. I've seen multiple different managements come and go but for the most part I haven't any problems. At one point it seem like they were just letting anybody move here. Theres easy access to everywhere and a grocery store walking distance from the apts. Im moving soon just because the rent has increased entirely to high.
I love my apartments location, staff however not a fan of the security issues that I have experienced and is a concern.
