Staff members in leasing office are quite unfriendly & unwelcoming / elevators need to be cleaned other than that everything is great. Gym equipment is new and very clean. Pool is lovely & the free coffee / tea / espresso is one of my favorite parts !

I have tried multiple times to reach out when I have a problem and get the same line “we will talk to management” then I never hear back and the problem really doesn’t get fixed or if it does it is not fixed in a timely manner. I have had so many issues since moving in here and it honestly is insane given the price we pay for these units.

Overall, my experience living here has been sub par. It’s gone in waves of being a likeable place to live to absolutely hating it. The quality of the buildings is poor and constantly things are failing that they are having to fix. Management tries there best at hosting events but that just started lately. If you want to live somewhere that is maintained just enough, this is for you but there is better out there

I moved in back in April 2024. I love the view I have sitting on the balcony. The complex for the most part is peaceful…… As for cleanliness, the apartment complex can use some work. The elevator should be kept clean at all times especially if you are showing the property to potential tenants. In addition, the basement and the hallways could be kept cleaner and rid of bugs. There are so many moths, crickets and grasshoppers that should be kept under control. I can’t walk to my apt without moths, crickets and grasshoppers flying everywhere. I also would like to point out that the rule of the property if you sign up for valet trash is to put your trash can in doors once empty however some tenants do not abide by this rule. The staff in particular Jana and Vanessa are great and helpful. Overall I feel the complex was cleaner and more presentable when I first moved in compared to 3 months in and could use some work on cleanliness and more importantly minimizing the bugs.

Very nice, new community. We’ve only been here a few days and the team has been very responsive to a few concerns we needed addressed promptly which has been reassuring. I would have given 5 stars except for the concerns we encountered in the first few days.

Its amazing! Just wish there was walkways down to the pool and also some covers for the vehicles. But other than that, the complex and view are awesome!

The apartment and surrounding area is nice. Flaws in the apartment due to it being a new build but the staff is very welcoming, the amenities are very nice. The view is just gorgeous.

These apartments have a beautiful view and great amenities included. Parking is difficult to find sometimes if you arrive home late and dumpsters get filled very quickly. Office, pool area and gym are very nice and kept clean.

Great view on the balcony areas, love the gym; patio anr grilling area is always quiet not crowded. Pet Park is also included and its equipped with trash bags??

A pushed back and quiet apartment complex with elevator. There is an amazing Circle K down the street with anything you might need, about 8 mins from all the fast food restaurants. Direct access on to 1604. The staff are wonderful, caring and understanding. They host events such as wine down Wednesday and Saturday brunches. Gorgeous pool, and fire place, along with grills and basically a personal gym!

I Just move in, and they have amazing staff with great follow-up. The property has beautiful views and world class facilities, great work out area and pool
