Property Ratings at Vue at St. Andrews
Moved after 1 year there because ceiling creaked and snapped with every step upstairs tenant took. Got so bad sometimes had to leave before I lost it. To make it worse there were 2 guys living in the 1 bedroom above me who never stopped walking. Spent majority of my time in bedroom. Occasional loud bass music from apartment next to me. The pool didn't open until July. The property changed owners during my stay and there was at least 3-4 different managers during my time there. Paint was peeling off the tub the day I moved in . Seemed to be only 1 regular maintenance man and he is overworked. Made 3 verbal and 1 written request for a toilet wax ring and never did get it. A few weeks before I left I noticed during a hard blowing rain my living room carpet would be soaked . Only reason I didn't give 1 star is it could have been worse. All this and rent was increasing when I left. Was lucky to get a much nicer place nearby for less.
The maintenance person is never around to repair anything. I have been living here for 8 years, everytime I call for something to be fix either it takes months for it to be fixed or it never does get worked on. Buyer beware!
I am a Teachers Assistant at a Middle School in the local area of these apartments. I was looking for some apartments in the area to move into. I came across these and thought, I would stop by and inquire. The Leasing Manager Jessica is so sweet! Very helpful, kind and made the process go very smoothly for me. She was there to answer any questions that I had. And always was there and answered the phone, when I called with any questions or concerns that I had. The apartments are really nice inside and out! They have a nice playground for the kids to play in, and plenty of parking for you and your guest. I was able to meet the maintenance man that works there as well. He was very nice and helpful. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom is not only big and spacious, but a steal for the price! The apartment community is very quite and in a great location of St. Andrews also known as (Seven Oaks). It is literally 5 minutes by car from Saluda Shoals Park and only 8 minute drive from Columbiana Mall and restaurants. Plus other shopping (Target, Kohls, Walmart etc...) and movie theaters. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to move closer to this area!
Church hill apartments are great. The office staff and office manager (Jessica) are all amazing. You get very courteous, prompt service, anytime you have a question or need maintenance done. They are very up front with you regarding any and everything. The price is great for such a quiet and peaceful environment and it is located in a perfect location, near Harbison and surrounding areas. The apartments are updated and clean and they have a pool with grills and games in office, along with a business center, so that if you need a computer and don't own one, you can get your work done. These apartments are also very spacious, even the one bed one bath. The bedroom is double the size of bedrooms in other apartments I have seen. There is a small playground for young children. I have not met a single person, who has not waved and said hi. It is diverse all the way around. I could go on about how much more appealing these apartments are in comparison to others but I would just stop your search and go look at their model apartment.
I just moved in a few weeks ago and i already love being here. The people are extremely nice, friendly and welcoming. The Office staff is very nice and awesome to deal with. They made it very easy for me to move in. I would highly recommend this apartment complex over any other in town.
I have lived at Churchill for five years. I love the area, it's close to a lot of shopping stores and restaurants. l love the schools, which is Lexington/Richland 5 district. The neighborhood is quiet and I live in a three bedroom apartment that is very spacious. The office staff and maintenance are very friendly and they take care of anything you may need in a timely manner. The neighbors are respectful and friendly. Wouldn't trade for any other apartment in this area.
Hello I've lived at Churchill since 2011 love the apt the people that live here are very nice The maintenance man are really nice they come in they fix your problems the lady in the office her name is Jessica she is a great manager she's very outgoing nice lady she will help you with anything you need The apartments are very spacious very big I love it and I couldn't ask for a better apartment complex there's no crime we have a security officer that lives here we have on-call maintenance it's a nice place to live and there's no crime
My husband and I love this place. Its quiet, the neighbors are friendly, the staff is awesome. If you ever have a problem with anything they help you out. The activites that they plan are fun and a way to get to know your neighbors.
Been here for 15 years. This is the most quiet and serene apartment complex I've ever lived in and the staff is dedicated and as friendly as they come. Not looking to leave
I've been at Churchill for eight years, and just signed a lease for another year. I love the location and the service they provide when needed. It's very quite in the area i live in, neighbors are friendly and respectful, I've never had a issue with anyone since I moved in. The staff will go out there way to assist me with anything I need, or when I put in a service call.The changes that have taken place since i moved in has been to improve the area. .
The only way this place could be any better was if it were brand new. The floor plan is wonderful; large rooms offer a lot of space for comfort. We searched almost all apartments in the surrounding area and nothing compared for price and size. Neighbors respect each other and keep to themselves. This is probably because the management requires a full background check on all residents. The management is attentive to your needs and is there to listen even if you just had a bad day, friendly is the word. The onsite courtesy officer brings a level of comfort to the community. Access to get where you need to go is so simple. There are two main entrances and exits; one is off St. Andrews Rd the other is Bush River Rd. Get to USC, downtown Columbia, local shopping or food with the quick access to I-26 or I-20. We have laundry hookups in the apartment or a brand new laundry facility on site; there is a community pool too that was just refinished. Maintenance is experienced, timely, and friendly. Parking is fairly easy, no assigned spots but we use stickers for residents. If you do not have a sticker and are parked in the residents area they will tow you. Each year you renew your lease you even get free carpet cleaning. We have lived here 6 years and our only complaint is rent increases a little each year. There is even a family next door that has lived here 20 years. If this was not a nice place to live would anyone live here that long?
