Resting along the Salt River, Tempe’s major claim to fame is the main campus of Arizona State University. More than fifty thousand students attend classes here, and the university’s impact on the local culture cannot be overstated. In addition to being the city’s largest employer, ASU serves as the cultural hub for Tempe, hosting guest speakers, art and history exhibits, concerts, and other events that draw students and non-students alike. In addition to ASU Sun Devil sports, Tempe is also home to the spring training facilities for the Los Angeles Angels and the Legoland Discovery Center Arizona. Most of the nightlife and entertainment options in town are clustered near the ASU campus on the north side of town, with the areas further south mostly occupied by quiet suburban neighborhoods.
Along with the impressive campus of ASU, Tempe house beautiful green spaces.

We're so sorry you feel that way. We take immense pride in our five-star community, so we can't help but feel disappointed by your negative feedback. Though we strongly disagree with the picture you've painted of our staff, we'd love nothing more than to discuss any outstanding concerns that you have. Please don't hesitate to contact our main office.
Me and my Beautiful Wife love to fact that we are so close to the literail station. We have instant acess to the Cities like Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa etc... If there is an event like a game, concert, party, etc... Me and my beutiful partner are there to have some fun! We dont have to worry about getting a DUI after leaving happy hour spot, because we are so close to the light rail. The security in this area is very good. We feel safe and secured at this blessed place! With real love from Brook and Kat!

Hi there! We are so glad to see that you have such a great impression of our community! Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts, and as always, if there is anything we can further assist you with, please feel free to reach out to us!
I lived at Vue Nineteen 01 for 4 years. The convenience of location is great. I was able to get to almost anything I needed within minutes. If there was ever a problem with my apartment I called and it was fixed quickly. I've seen the complaints of roaches and did not experience them. When I moved in I was told that there was a company that comes out to spray apartments weekly so I requested them a few times to be sure there was no problem with bugs. The apartments are not large but they are great for 1 or 2 people. The staff is nice and always helpful. Utilities are included so that is a plus.
The only good thing about this place is that the utilities are included. Between the multitude of roaches, super thin walls to where your neighbors can hear your conversations (and obviously vice versa), and the management’s inability to do anything to make this place livable and bearable, please - I beg you, try somewhere else. I’ve submitted multiple requests to multiple members of management requesting assistance to get pest control and maintenance involved with various issues and was met with ignored emails and calls being sent to voicemail. It’s really like pulling teeth to get anyone to work around here. Spend your money where someone cares.
When I first called for info on the Apt and details of the property, I received all the info I needed from a kindly spoken person in the front office, Martinique. Moving from the Midwest and not being able to check out properties as soon as I wanted, I felt comfortable choosing Vue Nineteen as the right place from the pictures I saw on the website and the affordable rent. All utilities are included which made it more convenient and the community is very relaxed. Kind residents and no issues with anyone, very friendly. The building manager is one of the nicest guys, the ladies at the front office are very sweet and will work with you with whatever you need and work orders are always done within a day or so. Def one of my favorite places I've stayed.

I lived near the front office/maintenance closet and every morning woke up to the sound of power tools. Complaints made the noise worse. Half my stuff (light sensors, etc) was broken and never fixed by maintenance either throughout my entire lease. This place wants to take your money and run with it. Waste!!!
I have lived here for years, and love it! Management is super responsive, attentive to your every need!!
I just moved here from Cleveland Ohio I haven’t even been at this apartment for a whole month and I can’t stand it. Even though it’s just me it’s small. It’s perfect if its just you and you’re not really ever going to be home and if you don’t mind having problems with the leasing office I guess it is a perfect place for you. I will NOT be renewing my lease, The best part about this apartment complex is that everything is included and honestly that’s the only reason while I’m here. On a more positive note im close to everything i don’t have to drive far to go to any stores.
This place is okay to live in if you are okay with people being assaulted and drug busts happening pretty frequently. The walls of the apartments clearly have nicotine in them because any time there is any kind of moisture, this digusting yellow residue seeps out of the walls. I was electrocuted by my stove. The maintenance people are pretty much the only good thing about this place. they are super sweet, but the office is in charge so odds are you won't get anything fixed.
Living here is cheap because utilities are included. This is a perfect first apartment or for a cheaper way of living. It is close to everything I need. I live on this property and while there are problems with water leaks, they try to keep the interruptions in services to a minimum. The property is well maintained. The maintenance staff are courteous and friendly. There is security on-site every night due to a problem with transient trespassing. The police station is right next door and they patrol the property every day and night. I feel very safe and comfortable here. I have only had to make one call to get any issue I have had resolved promptly.
DIGESTING! Run! I've been here for two months. First day move in tub was dirty, toilet seat had human feces covering the back ( took two weeks to replace it), roaches in the light fixtures, and an awful smell. Water and even air sometimes gets turned off, my window was shattered a month in and the list goes on, keep in mind I still have 10 months to go
Water is out at least once a week. They often face a gas leak and take weeks to fix that. Dryer is not being fixed for one month now, they are not concerned at all Temperature is falling down, their heaters are not working. won't recommend to anyone. pathetic service
great location for college students is near ASU all 1 bedrooms with utilities included onsite management is great so are maintanance crew have lived here 5 years and just renewed lease in March
This place is terrible roach and bedbug infested overrun by transients the office staff are great but the owners and management company that employ them are terrible the water has been off due to leaks 18 times this year nothing works right due to management company refusing to spend money
I recently moved to Arizona from California for school. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made moving nearly 900 miles a breeze. I did all the paperwork through email and my apartment was ready for me when I got here. They only have one bedrooms and the neighborhood isn't the best but it's a wonderful place nonetheless. The rent is super cheap and everything but internet is included. These are huge pluses when the temp outside gets so high. All day AC!
Good cheap apartments just don't expect quality or modern and bring fans water and air go off at least once a month.
Before you decide to rent here make sure to ask to be shown a unit besides the staged one that they have decorated etc. Pros: all utilities included, decent rent amt for what you get, next to light rail station and police station and shopping. Lease renewal bonus. Usually quiet neighbors. Cons: air conditioner is only run during the summer because its a swamp cooler, management is at least weekly turning off the water to fix underground leaks;therefore no a.c. when its 105 outside. Rent gets raised at least $10-$30 a year. Maintenance fixes problems when they want to. Vandalism in the the laundry rooms because management usually doesn't lock the doors when they are supposed to. If you get packages delivered and they get dropped off at the front office they don't bother to ever notify you so you have to track them down. Demo apt carpet was nice, actual carpet in the apt I rented was old nasty brown carpet. Cable outlets and wall outlets on one side of apt dont work so make sure you check that out before you lease. Three floors all stairs thank god I live on the 1st floor.
Once or twice a month, the AC cooling system and water get shut off due to hot water leaks underground, but usually i'm at work before it gets shut off and after it gets turned back on. I really like it here. They have nice amenities, the office ladies are really sweet (which is important because I don't really like interacting with others), the grass and trees are nicely maintained and green, and I don't generally have problems inside my personal apartment.
If you are on a budget and need to move quickly here is your place. Utlities are included you only need to get internet and cable yourself. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Its a nice one bedroom with a small kitchen to make all your favorites!! Perfect starter place or college home away from home. 10 minutes from ASU!! Fear the Fork! No pity for the kitty!
I like he the whole area the apartments are very nice I hope to move in next month
THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL THEY EXPLAIN EVERY THING IN DETAIL
