Property Ratings at Vue Tampa Student Housing
The staff are friendly and accommodating. They are professional in dealing with tenants. Even tired they give their best to accommodate request and inquiries. The place is very accessible to schools, church, market and recreational areas. I'm happy and blessed with the place.Gym and pool are always available. Request to fix things are easily accommodated, they have enough maintenance personnel who immediately respond. Communication by phone, emails or by visit for concerns, staff easily respond.
This place is a dump. Elevators don't work most of the time. Can't use the pool, the gate code is always messed up. The game room in club house has been closed for years. They tow your car even though they tell you you can park somewhere. Roaches on 3rd floor. Security drive in gates are wide open most of the time. People in office are rude & ignorant. Garbage is always overflowing, full of flies & stinks.

We are disappointed to see this perception of our community, as our team works hard to provide the best living experiences possible. While we understand you do not have a high opinion us at this time, we urge you to please contact us via phone or email when you can. We'd appreciate the opportunity to better address your concerns in more detail. Thank you, Vue Tampa Team
Vue is close enough to USF but also far enough away from the crowds! I love living at Vue and love the resident events and giveaways they always do :)

Thank you for your review! We appreciate the positive feedback and thank you for making Vue Tampa your home!
Horrible customer service, apartment was nasty when I moved in. The maintenance team is very unfriendly. I would definitely not trust them alone in my apartment. Pay a littler more money for something better and nicer.
The management is absolutely horrible and has gotten worse since switching names and everything. I had nothing but issues since the moment I moved in. From the girl having to remake my key 4 times to get it to finally work. To my room not having the furniture it was supposed to have. They are constantly trying to be more fancy and change things like the gate cards that I had to get 3 different ones because they said they were getting rid of the code. Management and even the company that owns the business do not care about what goes on inside the apartments. It is dirty and the elevator are broken 90% of the time. Parking fills up insanely fast at nights during the week and finding a visitor parking spot is hard anytime. The office is just trying to get commission on you signing so they show you the prettiest/biggest apartment. The actual apartments look ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the pictures.
If I could give this place a -5 I would. It's dirty, the management sucks and is overall not a friendly place for college students. This place is a headache the moment you get through the gate (that is, if they didn't change the passcode without telling you...)

Do not believe the pictures. If you move into the Northside the apartments are old and need to be renovated. Too many issues in the past year I've lived here!
I would give this apartment complex negative stars if it were possible. Clearly the other 5 stars reviews are fake reviews sent by the company to offset the negative but honest reviews from others that have lived here. I have NEVER dealt with a management team as incompetent and unprofessional as this one. If you have an issue (and you will), they will NOT help solve your issue and there surely will NOT do so in "a timely manner". I had an issue with my roommate threatening me. I tried to get in contact with management for 5 days about this issue fearing for my safety especially since i was never given a key to lock my door. I FINALLY got in contact with a manager and explained the reasons I was upset. The manager informed me they cannot get involved with roommate issues, fine. But I wanted to know why it took me stopping by the office multiple times and many emails to finally get in contact with someone about issues regarding my safety. I also explained that my main concern was that I was unable to lock my door. The manager asked me when I moved in. I told him it was almost a year ago. His response was "I was not working when you moved in". So, that was his excuse for me not being able to get a new lock my door? HELLO you work here now you should have been available (or just read your emails!) and have already replaced my lock given the situation. After that, he asked what I wanted him to do now. I simply said I just want an apology for how this was handled and how I had to go through all of this just to talk to someone. He rudely said, "I apologize". First of all, I shouldn't even have to ask for an apology for your lack of ability to do your job. As a professional, an apology should be your first step when trying to resolve in an issue. Not to mention, I am not the only one who has had issues with this manager. My other roommates and friends in this complex have also had issues. They don't get anything done. Those issues aside, you also shouldn't live here because even though it is cheaper than other properties it is over priced for what you get and still not worth the money. Don't be fooled by the "1.5 million dollars in renovation". They only thing they did was paint the exterior and renovate the office, which by the way, no resident cares about. We still have a TV in our living room from 1995.
I don't know if they have the office staff self rating this place, might make sense since they never answer the phones or provide actual help, but there are so many better places to rent for cheaper. Our ac has been broken for months and they get mad at us when we call and request maintenance? the assistant manager Brittney is so incredibly rude I'm surprised she has a job working with human beings. If it wasn't so expensive to break a lease with this dumpster I would be out of here immediate. Move to a clean, friendly apartment complex aka not University Linq
To say this place is old and out dated would be an understatement. My apartment when i moved in included a thermostat that barely worked, carpet that was burned and disgusting, outdated appliances that leaked everywhere and a tiny bedroom. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Since we moved in, dispite our complaints, our emails, phone messages, they have not fixed our a/c. We have been living with temperatures ranging between 82 to 86. It's been insane, abusive. The manager ( Brittney) has never answered any of my many messages. They don't care!! The common areas around building 2 are filthy and very dark at night. Very unsafe. Stay away from this place!
This place is absolutely horrible. The staff need to improve and don't seem to care at all. They tow your friends car even if they come for 5 minutes to just borrow a book for class. Loud music and noises at night until 4 am when your trying to study and get some homework done. Bugs in my apartment and did i mention the staff. THEY DON'T CARE......

The bedrooms are the size of closets, when you move in the carpets are clearly never swapped out, things are constantly breaking, and they people in the office are unsympathetic and unprofessional. Their parking is a major issue. There is such limited guests parking on property that on the weekends especially, if you have family or friends forget about it! they will tow anyone without notification and charge $230 for the car being impounded. The tow guy will circle the parking lot multiple times a day looking take money from someone. The only good thing about this place is the location if youre a USF student. You can hear conversations from people above at times and especially if theyre playing music or watching a movie. The bugs are disgusting!! I would give zero stars if I could!
Good staff, nice place to live while attending college.
While college court has pretty good prices rent and nice amenities, the management at this location is terrible. Once we get new managers they normally quit within a month of working, which leads to chaos at the apartments. It takes forever to gets problems fixed, for example my apartment had internet out and it took over a week for college court to even attempt to fix it. We have had similar issues with the dryer and AC. While they are easy fixes, to get these problems fixed I had to call the office every day as well as email management and it still took forever to fix the problem. Some good things~ if you go to USF the proximity to campus is great and barely has any traffic because you can avoid the busy 42nd and Bruce B Downs streets. Also, the setup is nice because renters each have their own rooms and bathrooms and you can decorate however you'd like.
I used to like living here, but now it has been taken over by another company. This company is extremely unorganized. They perform "inspections" every other week and it is extremely annoying especially if you have a pet. The only thing good about this place is that there are no bugs. I have lived here for almost two years and I have never seen a bug. It's not a horrible place to live, the staff is annoying and these "inspections" are ridiculous!
College court apartments are very fast in replying as well as working with your budget.
