Everything is fine so far, I would say that I'd prefer more natural light in my room, and not only in the living area. Also the gym is a little small and needs more equipments.
The facilities, and apartments are some of the nicest and cleanest I’ve ever experienced. The staff are also amazing and extremely nice, and based on all interactions I’ve had with other residents, the same goes for most of the people that live here too.
My experience at Vue32 has been wonderful! The coffee station is always stocked and has great options (its great to not spend money at starbucks!!!). Also the building is well so clean, smells so good and is well maintained!! Loving it here
The management team and staff are super friendly and helpful. It's a nice environment to live in from the moment you walk up and enter the building. We're very happy with our experiences here.
The staff members are incredibly kind and are also very easy to work with. The apartment is in a great location and has all the amenities you would need.
Great for me. I have seen near 10 apartments in university city, considering all the situations including price, location, decoration, service, safety, sanitary and living experience, I finally pick this one. I am not saying this apt has them all great, but after generally consideration, I think it is a really great choice for college students.
So far everything has been fantastic. The staff are friendly, my move-in went smoothly, and the facilities are fantastic. I wish that the gym was a little more outfitted, but besides that everything is fantastic!
I have truly enjoyed my time here. Being new to Philadelphia, I was initially apprehensive about the move. However, the warm and welcoming environment of Vue32 played a significant role in helping us adapt to the city. The apartment's comfort, cleanliness, and safety have been exceptional, and I have greatly appreciated the friendly neighbors and outstanding maintenance services. The view from the rooftop is truly amazing, too. I have no regrets about living here; I'd love to recommend it to others. Thank you to the maintenance team, management team(Rachael and Alyce), and Vue 32!
It's been great. I love the neighborhood. Alyse and Rachel are super nice and helpful. The moving process has been very smooth for me. Looking forward to make new friends in the community.
The leasing team is friendly and communications went smoothly between us regarding all sorts of things not just about leasing but also things like package receptions. The building is modern and the common areas (clubroom and mailroom) are clean and well-maintained. The maintenance team is certainly the best in this area—they take care of all issues such as dryer/washer, plumbing and electricity, etc. They act fast and professionally!
Apartment is everything I asked for and more. Great prices, room, amenities, and staff. Would recommend anyone in the Drexel and UPenn area.
Good sides: 1. The package system is awesome here. Not went through any package loss for a whole year. 2. Love the free coffee bar 3. Stunning rooftop lounge for city view appreciation/ hanging out Shortcomings: 1. The building entrance is on 2nd level. You have to use stairs to get there. 2. Half of units are south-facing.
Amazing apartment. Perfect maintenance, perfect location, safe neighbor, walking distance to the nice places and university. Had wonderful time living here.

It is close to my university. the staff are welcoming and the maintenance is good and quick. I would feel sad if I left the place when I finish my study.
The handymen are very helpful and response quickly. I usually get my work order done within a few hours after submit. Public areas are also tidy and organized.
The new management that came in has really changed the building for the better! All of the common spaces are clean and have new furniture. Problems are solved quickly and i never feel like a bother.
Love it here! :) I've gone through a lot of different apartments/realty companies in the past and I feel like these are the first people who aren't trying to scam me or offer me something then pull back on it. Great apartment. No bug issues. Very few problems so far. Only critique is that the elevators can sometimes be a pain (one sometimes get reserved for cleaning so they can run a bit slow on those days). Otherwise, staff are super friendly and I'm so glad I moved here.
The new bozzuto team was okay because they did not help me with the noise level during midnights coming from my neighbors above my apartment. They asked me to call 911 instead of doing anything as they indicated that they did not want to take any responsibility regarding the noise level.
I moved in a few weeks ago and have had a great experience so far. Vue32 is perfectly situated for anyone affiliated with Drexel or Penn. The apartment's impeccable cleanliness, staff's exceptional assistance, and maintenance team's quick responsiveness have made settling in a breeze. I toured several other apartments in the area and I am beyond pleased with my choice! View of Center City can't be beat!
Overall, Incredible neighborhood, friendly manager and neighbors. Location: The location of Vue32 is excellent. It's been incredibly convenient for my daily commute, and the proximity to local restaurants, parks, and shopping centers has made my life much easier. Amenities: The amenities offered at Vue32 are top-notch. The gym is well-equipped, the pool is fantastic, and the common areas are inviting and maintained impeccably. The rooftop deck with its breathtaking views is the cherry on top. Apartment Features: My apartment is modern and spacious with updated appliances and fixtures. I particularly love the floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in lots of natural light. The fast and reliable Wi-Fi has also made working from home a breeze.
I think my new apartment is good. I have a very smooth move-in. The staff is kind and everything in my unit is clean. We also have a mail room and mail box, which means your packages will be safe.
The perfect place to live as a graduate student. The amenities are nice, maintenance is kept up, and the staff is always friendly and helpful, especially Alyce.
Living at Vue32 is a great pleasure. Not only is it in a prime location but the friendly staff, great amenities, and fantastic views make it worth the price. I've been living here for a couple months already and have had no complaints. Would recommend for anyone looking in the University City area.
Vue32 has great building and safe location. The new management company improved the service. Great apartment to live in philly. I would recommend it.
Too much erroneous fire alarm. Mailing can be improved. Overall great, staff is nice and willing to help, everything is clean and organized.

I lived in Vue 32 for one year and overall had a great experience, particularly when it comes to the hardworking staff. and management on site. While we lived there all employees were available, courteous, responsive and professional. We felt safe and the very rare maintenance issue was always dealt with expeditiously. I would have given 5 stars except after we moved out the management no longer were responsive to emails. It seemed as if we were charged for 3 weeks of electricity after we were no longer under lease. I say seems because after several weeks and several unanswered emails I never received a response for clarification. We are just accepting that it's just part of the price you pay renting with a Bozzuto property.
