Property Ratings at Vues on Gordon
Honest review of Vue's On Gordon Street from a previous tenant. The rooftop that they advertise is not what it seems, the tv and fireplace are just for looks and do not actually work. The apartments are extremely small, the common areas are not big enough for 2 or 3 people to share. You cannot fit a kitchen table. The kitchen can really only fit 1 person at a time. The garage parking is a major plus, but be aware if you have guest over there is no guest parking and street parking is tricky. However, the location is great as it is in walking distance to many bars and shops. The price is just way to high for what there is to offer. Overall 2/5 stars
Toured this apartment building today and fell in love with it . They did a great job on the interiors in comparison to the other newer buildings in the area.
We love living here. Just moved in about a month and so happy we decided to move here rather than one of the other larger communities in the area. Management is great especially Davelle . Everyone form the management company is extremely professional. I would recommend this building to anyone who wants a smaller newer community and wants to be in the center of everything
