East Arlington provides residents with affordability and a convenient location. This neighborhood has a low cost of living with affordable rentals in a variety of styles including rowhouses and apartments. This predominately residential area is near several greenspaces including Druid Hill Park, a popular park that is home to the Maryland Zoo. Great for renters who don’t want to be too far from campus, East Arlington is near several institutions including John Hopkins University, Loyola University Maryland, Coppin State University, and the University of Maryland-Baltimore. Although there are a few businesses in the neighborhood, for a wider variety of amenities residents must go outside of East Arlington. Been here for three months and it’s been amazing so far. Maintence team is excellent when it comes to completing request. Property staff is very nice when it comes to addressing any issues. Really feels like home. Will definitely recommend.

Thank you for the great review of Wabash Manor! We are glad to know how much you enjoy living here and that you'd recommend our community to others.
*WARNING UPSTAIRS APARTMENTS HAVE NO CARPET* All four apartments in my building don't have carpet, I can hear every step they make plus some. I've been here a year so far but might have to break my lease for my second year because of the obnoxious noise I'm subjecting to daily. The walls aren't just thin if you decide to stay in a downstairs apartment and the people upstairs are dragging furniture and letting their baby bang and throw things on the floor. Sometimes they let him run back and forth for 4-5 hours. So after you work all day and come home you can't enjoy what your paying for. I spend my days listening to the people upstairs living and enjoying their apartment while making my life hell.

I have lived here at wabash manor for 7 months. The are is beautiful, safe and quiet. The grounds are always clean and the grass is kept nice every week. The maintenance staff are very respectful, they come asap when needed and they get the job done. The office staff are also great! They nake sure we feel comfortable in our home. I like that they have community involved activities that the residents can participate in and also win prizes. Thr gym that they have recently built is very convenient. This is a great community that I would recommend to family and friends!
Grounds are well manicured. Private access codes required to enter. New exercise room.
I have been a resident at this property for two and a half years now, and I am more than pleased with the excellent customer service, attention to detail, and timely responses by both the administrative and maintenance staff. The administrative staff, whether it is the beginning of the day, or two minutes before closing, have always taken the time to assist me in any situation. I love that Wabash Manor keeps the community involved and “in the know.” They have this amazing email that comes out every Friday that gives you information on the events that are going on around town. I love that you guys appreciate your tenants by having free special events that honor us. I remember the Christmas door decorating contest, which I did take part in, as well as delectable Valentine’s Day treats that were available to all tenants. Mrs. Lajuane has been a great addition to your team; she has made changes I never thought were possible, and makes living here something I would consider long-term. The maintenance staff here is impeccable. I had had very few problems since I have lived here, but when I do need to call on them, they do not hesitate to come right over. They are always friendly, courteous, and they get the job done. Every morning I wake up, I can always bet on the seeing the guys outside cleaning up before they start their day. I have never lived at an apartment complex that has taken so much pride in appearance, customer service, efficiency and diligence. I get some many compliments from friends about how beautiful the community is so I just wanted to say thank you for taking just as much pride in your community as I take in my home.
