Excellent Maintenance Team!
I’ve been at Wade for several years due to convenient proximity to work and restaurants/retail. The entire Team at Wade is great and personable, today I wanted to give a special shout out to the Maintenance Team. Exceptional response time, professionalism and knowledge. Anyone that has managed property, owned or rented, knows that stuff breaks! Rest assured that the Wade Team has your back and will get you back to your normal routine quickly. I truly appreciate them!!!

No parking / rats
This apartment complex is awful, especially the last 12 months. Lived here for over 2 years. Never any parking, rats roaming around the complex, dog poop everywhere you walk in the grass (they used to make people pick it up or they would have someone picking it up). They don't have any parking ever but the lease says you cannot leave cars that don't work but I have reported lots of cars that don't work and haven't moved in over a year some 2 years. They say pit bulls aren't allowed but people have them Despite bringing up the complaints nothing changes. When I first moved in, everything was great they took care of the property outside. Even my guest that come to visit me here tells me how awful it is with parking and dog poop everywhere

Great location and even better people
My neighbors are kind, the staff that lives/works here are great, and so is the location. Best little community I’ve had in an apartment in a long time. No complaints, maintenance is always prompt and trustworthy too.

best bang for your buck
i have been looking around frisco to weigh my options and i have to say this is about as good as it gets for the price. it’s quiet, the people are friendly and the location is perfect. i’ll definitely be renewing again.

Nice Apartments
Nice apartments for the price. I opted to have stainless steel in my apartment and I love it. I enjoy the gym it’s open 24 hours so it’s nice to go to after I get off work late at night. There are lights all over so it’s not super dark at night too.

Wonderful Community!
I have lived here for many years and have loved it. The staff is always helpful and fixes any issues right away. Any maintenance problems I have (which have been few and far between) are fixed quickly as well. I plan on staying for a while longer until I buy a house!

Lovely place to call home
I've lived here for many years and love Wade Crossing.I always love how quiet it is here. Its located really close to the mall and lots of restaurants. The office staff is very friendly and treats everyone well.

Highly recommend
Been at Wade crossing for year and have no issues. Quiet neighborhood. pet friendly. great location to everything. BRI (Bree) in the office is the most friendliest and helpful leading agent ever. The staff stay on top of things. Had patio ceiling cave in after a rain storm. It was fixed in 2 days.

Love it Here!
I have been living here for going on four years. This was my first apartment and has been a wonderful place to call home! The staff made us feel very comfortable with moving for the first time and answered all our questions. We plan on being here for a couple more years until we buy a house. If I had to do it all over again I would choose Wade Crossing! Love this complex!!!!

The apartment a bad experience for renters, home owners liabiltt requirements with added addendums include ant infestation that you notice on the entire floor space, water heater located in the laundry room stated a fire hazard, constant noise from. Used help throwing furniture from balconies from evictions and added move out charges they claim for damages Apartments are not updated without fresh paint or replaced carpet among move in not to mention unwanted staff entering the units while your gone without notifying a tennent leaving the smell of knine’s, damages of the smell of cigar smoke and ruined furnishings from their investigations. Be prepared for charges on your credit reports apparently not covered with there required deposits and Homeowners insurance they charge renters for that covers costs from normal wear and tear. Is this an apartment or a house? Get your own homeowners insurance!

Great welcome
I just moved in a month ago, I am new to frisco! Office staff made me feel at home by showing me all the nearby shopping and dinning. I am adjusting to the Texas heat with that our a/c went down. Maintenance was very professional and prompt! Overall a great place to call Home.

GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME!
The management team here is the absolute best! The only reason I gave them a 5 star rating is because that is the top of the scale available! The truth is from the manager, assistant manager, office personnel, and maintenance staff...a 10 star rating is more deserved! We have lived here for two years now and consider ourselves so lucky to have found this place. Anytime anything popped up that needed attention, they were quick and courteous to fix it. Very hard to ask for more than that! If you are looking for an apartment in this area, you can't go wrong choosing Wade Crossing.

Best. Period.
The leasing office folks are AMAZING. Always smiling and greeting you. John is the best and most personable person I've meet in an apartment front office. They've have several folks that have been there like 5 or 6 years! The bang for your buck is extremely high. 2 pools, they just updated the work out room, exercise classes, pool bathroom is great too. Grated community. Apartment itself is great value. I had a B1 2bed 1 bath. It was perfect for my situation. The property is extremely pet friendly. Doggie waste stations between just about every single building. And the folks there are pretty consistent with cleaning up after their own pets. Only negative I can think of is the single dumpster is in the front of the complex. But I mean come on that's not a negative.

Amazing community
I have been living here for 5 months and I absolutely love it, management and staff are wonderful. I was warmly welcomed by the staff. The apartment itself are very well maintained. Currently They are going through outside renovations. Very excited to see the finishing look.

Nice and pretty complex
Its a pretty quite complex, set in a good location! Only con is, I wish it had a bigger bathroom and more storage but other than that it's really nice!

We found a home during what seemed to be an upset was a blessing..
During an unexpected job transition with both my husband and I...A serious downturn in home pricing..A Mother who needed to find shelter during her retirement..And a dog grieving as he lost his Doxie friend after 8 years together.. We felt like a ship set sale in a hurricane... We had to sell a house decrease our cost move a Mother in and find a place for a pet...We turned to leasing and cant believe what happened next... From the first day the staff ,manager,maintenance made us feel taken care of and safe...We have our 3rd year coming up and have no plans to move from this lifestyle that afforded us a worry free life...Thank you..

My home
To begin with, I want to say that I have been living here since April 2012 and I have enjoyed it. I live in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, first floor apartment, which is convenient for me and my boys. I like the apartment because the rooms are well planned and the air-con/ heating works well, maintenance always takes care of issues immediately and people here are friendly. One thing that I would change would be the kitchen and bathroom floors, which are laminate, which is why I gave four stars instead of five. The location is great too! I would be most grateful if I could win a lifetime of free rent, or at least a year!

Hopefully Helpful Review
I have lived here for 7 years. Hopefully I can give you a helpful review that gives you some insight to these apartments. The pros are the location, Fisd schools (Shawnee trail elementary) , right next door to Collin college Preston campus. Quiet neighborhood. Prompt maintenance. Steady and stable management. The management seems to truly care about their residents, and having a good neighborhood. Pools and basketball court are usually in good working order and nice. Grounds are kept up. There is a laundry center and a nice game roo. With business center for residents. It is a cozy place. We feel safe here. Cons are although they do look nice and are kept up, the apartments themselves are older and are needing repairs alot (but with prompt maintenance its not a big problem) ...no dog park....no playground.... Parking is scarce at times, pricey as all apartments in Frisco are and prices not going down any time soon. Although they are on The lower end of frisco prices for apartments , and lastly no trash pick up, you have to bring trash to a dumpster located in corner of complex. Overall, the pros far outweigh the cons. We are happy here. I s a nice neighborhood and management has had our back when push comes to shove.

Home Sweet Home
I've been living here for over a decade now. It's a wonderful complex. They take care of our problems when they come, they're very attentive with their customers, the environment resembles that of a quiet Italian villa, and the amenities are legit. I've seen things change over the years, and things that went bad, they were quick to fix them. Great place to live, and even though it's next to the community college, it's still satisfyingly spacious and again, quiet!
