I'm not a resident but my experience upon my application process was very pleasant! I forget her name, I think it was Aiesha but the young lady in the office was very respectful. Although, she was about to head out for her lunch break she waited for me to arrive. I told her I was coming from Raleigh and I'd arrive in 15 minutes. To my surprise the location wasn't where I thought and it took me about 30 minutes to arrive but she waited for me! The application process was a breeze and she helped me with any questions regarding the application. I didn't have my application fee but the young lady let me go run and get a money order, she waited in the office for me again! I hope she was able to go out and get her lunch. The atmosphere was very welcoming and warming. I cant wait to have the opportunity to reside at Wakefield Hills! Thank You for your help and hope to see you again in the near future! Thanks, Jamila Dennis
Wakefield Hills is one of the best apartment communities I have ever lived in because the staff care and listen to residents concerns and resolve issues in reasonable time. The buildings and grounds are more well maintained than many other complexes that I've lived in before moving here over two years ago in June of 2013.I hope to live here for many years to come.I also like the improvements that have been added here recently, such as upgrading the lighting and sinks to more energy efficient bulbs and water saving faucet washers. This is really a good place to live.
I HAVE LIVE IN WAKEFIELD HILLS APARTMENTS FOR 5 YEARS AND PLUS WITH MY MOTHER AND OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS. I JUST LOVE THE AREA WITH HAVE SEVERAL SHOPPING CENTERS EATING PLACES AND A MOVIE THEATER NEAR THE BUS LINE A GREAT SCHOOLS TO.
