I have been here for a year now. The apartment was very clean when I moved in, with no signs of former pets or smoking. This is very important to me. The apartments are not updated like many other complexes, but the rent is lower and the units are still very well maintained. I have had a few noise issues, but not any worse than anywhere else I’ve lived. I thoroughly enjoy my patio. There are also some non-smoking buildings if you want to be as far away from smoke as possible. I’m sure there are nicer apartment complexes with updated kitchens and stuff, but I like the value here for the price. It has been a good place to be while having to stay home so much in 2020.

I wish I could give a negative 5 stars. The office manager, Claire is a heartless person along with her also rude and condescending office side-kicks. They care nothing for their residents, only about the money. The trash receptacles are always overflowing and disgusting. These apartments are outdated and overpriced. There are much better apartments in Spring Hill. I have someone very close to me that has lived here for years that has been treated like garbage here. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else. You’ll thank me. Shame on you people; more like corrupt robots.

First I want to start out and say the staff is amazing here awesome.Second I would like to say thank u for being kind to me.My Apartment was very nice.They helped me every time I ask.There apartments are very comfortable and very little noise.I will be honest I do not have one complaint when I was there.If I every needed another apartment I would definitely go back.Again thanks to all the staff I promise the are very friendly and amazing people very very happy.The maintenance guys are great too always there in no time.The ladies that work her are special to me.
all the space one needs. very nicely appointed and decorated. maintance top notch and as immediate as possible. great staff who are welcoming, friendly and helpful. couldn't have asked for a better place to live.
Staff attentive and friendly. The compressor quit in our fridge Friday evening. Once call to maintenance and we had a new fridge within the hour (on a Friday night)! Could not be happier living here
My daughter and I have lived in Walden Creek going on 2 years and love it. We did have some hiccups in the beginning with maintenance, but the current team has done a fabulous job with damage control. We feel very safe here and have no hesitancy on taking our dog for walks in the late evening. The pool, play area, gym, and fitness center are all well maintained and great place to relax with friends and family. There is also plenty of shopping, restaurants, and movie theaters close by. I would highly recommend Walden Creek to anyone looking for a nice apartment to rent as we have been quite happy here!
We moved here in December, 2015. We love it here. Office staff and maintenance staff is super. Always willing to help. The apartments are nice and roomy. We love how quite they are and the veiw outside our balcony.
Well let's see have been debating this for awhile now have just been pushed too much. When I moved in 8 years ago this was not a bad place to live. Mgmt will: Arbitrarily enforce rental covenants : want to hang a flag? No way you can't hang anything off the balcony. Reason stated: will damage balcony, the particular flag in question had been up for about 2 years. If you want to hang a 20lb satellite or decorative lights on the flimsy railing that seems to be ok though. There seems to be a lot of hypocrisy on what is and is not enforced. They say it's to keep the complex looking beautiful, so I guess that means wind burnt, dirty white siding is beautiful. Rent will increase I am in my 4th straight year of rent increase, every time this renews there are a bevy of unnecessary additional covenants for such a simple transaction. Require proof of insurance: personally I feel this is an invasion of privacy and totally pointless since a policy is pro rated. You could sign up for a policy, take the cert in as proof, cancel the policy that afternoon and receive the prorated premium back. I would never be without liability insurance, but honestly it is none of their business and pointless due to the pro rated nature. The air conditioning is a joke. The units in these apts are high efficiency. They are very loud and cannot keep the apt lower than 74 degrees. In summertime they will never shut off more than 5 minutes and will just drone on and on and on until you would rather just sit in the sweltering heat than deal with the head shattering migraine they induce. When I first moved in maintenance would pop in maybe 3 times a year, the past 10 months of 2015 they have popped in more than a dozen. I don't know if they are just looking for infractions or what, but it is excessive. Like every other apartment I've lived in walls & floor transmit some sound depending on the neighbors you have it may be better or worse, I've had both flavors. Pray your neighbors do not have a yipping small dog, it will be everyone's problem. I am not sure if this culture originates from a corporate office (gross builders) or from the local office onsite, but I always come away feeling like this place is revolted by its customers, rather than letting them make this place a home and enjoying the uniqueness that can evolve in safe little commuter towns like spring hill. I am a 30 something, quiet, professional that is sick of dealing with these issues.

We just moved into our first apartment as a family. We have a 8 month old son! The area and surrounding area is very pricy to Live in so we struggle with our bills but it's a clean safe environment for our son to grow in. Even though we barely afford it, it's a place we can call home. We are hoping to not struggle so much as times get tight and we can almost not afford rent sometimes.. I work a lot and so does my fiancé.. We both miss time with our son and as a couple to make sure he has a roof over his head. This would be the most amazing chance in our lives to help us get ahead!
We lived in our apartment almost for three years now and we love it. It is almost 1100 sqft. so we have great space to work with. The atmosphere here is peaceful and the office staff are great! We are like two minutes from the interstate and 15 minutes from Franklin. Our grocery store is also within walking distance so very convenient. As far as apartments go we found a gem!
Nice area, and I feel safe here. This complex is very close to the interstate and to plenty of shopping. Plenty of parking space. Super friendly office staff. The pool is kind of small. There's a workout facility, but it could use some updates. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond to requests. Apartment is big with high ceilings and lots of closet space. Most of the neighbors I've met are nice. Biggest issues have been with the complex's trash compactor breaking down occasionally (ew), and some unwanted noise (upstairs neighbor, and kids running up and down the stairwells...the steps are kind of loud).
Moving to Tennessee from N.J. I did not know what to expect in apartment living. Walden Creek Spring Hill has surpassed all my expectations. The Management Staff is welcoming and very helpful. The maintenance Staff also. The apartment was ready on time clean and in move in condition. The appliances new or nearly new also clean and highly functional.. The grounds are kept beautifully and the extras like the gym, pool, walking path, recreation room even the office suit available for use by residence it top notch. The community of renters is also kind and welcoming. The location is excellent all your shopping needs are with in a 7 min radius. I highly recommend this facility... ..
Apartments are large for the price and the staff is extremely helpful.
My mom has lived her since they first opened in June 2006, and she has always had great service and responses from the office staff and maintenance people. My dad passed away in 2009, and they could not have been kinder at that time also. She is 88, and we have always felt like she has been in a safe environment. Thank you, Michelle and staff, for always keeping everything in great order!
