I have Been here 8 months and have nothing negative to say all the staff have been nothing but supportive and helpful and this place is fantastic!

Still love it! Good team, maintenance acts fast, they respond to your concerns quickly, and the community is well-kept. What more could you ask for? Move in.

I have lived here since 2021 and I still enjoy it here. Most of the staff are nice and the maintenance team is amazingly friendly. It’s quiet here and my dogs are welcomed. What more can you ask for?

I’ve lived here for eight years and I’ve been satisfied with my experience so far! Parking can be frustrating at times but I started renting a garage back in April this year and I’ve been very pleased.

I’ve been here for a little over a month and I am very pleased with the Walden Legacy community. The move in process was easy and the management team was very helpful.

Basketball court needed but staff is fantastic and it’s always clean and nice I have no bad things to say about this place I’m about to resign my lease

We are really enjoying our time here! The community and staff are always so friendly and willing to help. Being in a gated community really puts our minds at ease as well.

For the most part, I have had a good experience living at Walden Legacy. I never hear the neighbors connected to me by shared walls. However, loud noises from outside are frequently an issue due to poor window insulation. I have multiple noisy neighbors below me that I can hear through my windows while they are out on their balconies. I have had wonderful experiences with the maintenance team. They are always quick to respond to any issues I have and have been kind and respectful when in my apartment working.

It’s been ok. Half the reason why I chose to live here is because it’s a gated community and it seems like the gates are often open for no reason which is a huge negative.

Walden Legacy is a great place to live. It's safe, convenient, clean, well maintained, and rules are enforced so that the community is a pleasant place to live. The pool is beautiful and features a calming fountain, the work out room is clean and kept in order, gated and parking passes means safety and no parking hassles, and it is conveniently located with no traffic hassles.

I’ve lived at Walden Legacy for 8 years and I still love where I live. All of the staff are kind, courteous, and friendly which is definitely a plus. The parking can be a problem but worst case scenario you have to walk a little further to get home, I rent a garage so I don’t have to deal with it anymore.

I have lived here for 3 years and I am pretty much happy here. Most of the people in the office are very nice. Maintenance is always nice and quick with their work. The community overall is nice. I will say they try to keep everything updated. It being a dog friendly place is an added bonus!

It's ok. I like that they added a light in front of my apartment building because I leave around 5:15 in the morning. The one thing I will say is that they take care of the community surroundings.

I am moving tomorrow, but not because I didn't love living here. I have moved to another state, but I would stay here if I could. The buildings and apartments are lovely. The grounds are well taken care of. The staff is very nice and willing to help. They have fun little activities that makes it feel like your own community. They are very friendly. Overall, I didn't have any bad experiences here. The apartment was move in ready when I moved in. It is gated so it feels very safe. It feels like the location is in a rural area which is nice, but then if you drive a few minutes down the road your in a nice big city. So, you get the best of both worlds. Cedar Bluff is a great area to live in too. I would highly recommend these apartments. The best thing about this place was the pool area. It was always kept clean and pristine. The waterfall is around all year long as is the pool filled. The gym is great. I loved it here!

The whole process from the initial tour to the signing of the lease was so smooth! They made it an easy and enjoyable experience! The units are a great size as well!

I enjoy everything Walden Legacy has to offer so far, and I think anyone would be happy with how respectful the staff is as well as how on top maintenance is anytime you have a problem

There is Never any parking when you get home after 6pm. The Showers back up and water doesn’t stay hot long enough to take a hot shower .the Vacuum at car wash is broken. But everything else is ok I guess

The office staff is top notch and easy to work with. Our resort style pool is second to none. The apartments are spacious with plenty of storage and closet space. Maintenance staff are professional and efficient. Awesome place to live.

I have been treated so well by the Walden Legacy leasing office. Any issue that I have had has been taken care of immediately. I would recommend living here to anyone.

Walden Legacy takes care of our community and the people of our community. It is conveniently located yet not in a congested traffic area. The admins make an effort to provide plenty of opportunities to meet others and socialize.

I am very pleased to be apart of this community. It is well kept and they are constantly doing projects for its upkeep. I wouldn’t trade living here for anything. Thank you, office staff.

I enjoy living here. Pretty quiet and most people are friendly. I love the fact that it is super dog friendly. The maintenance team is great! What little issues we have had in 3 years have always been resolved pretty quickly.

The community was great when we moved in. Rents have gone up significantly in the last 4 years and the level of service has gone down. Parking is difficult to find, more frequent trash pick up’s are needed.

Great service by staff , a smooth move-in experience and friendly neighbors. The dog park is a good bonus, too. It’s very quiet here with beautiful scenery…

Still wish they had a basketball court because I feel like it would bring a lot more of the residents together but otherwise no bad things to say

We absolutely love living here. Wonderful staff and very clean grounds. This complex is close to everything. We would def recommend Walden Legacy as a place to live!

Location is good but it is expensive and they go up quite a bit every year and no upgrades. If you want anything updated you have to pay for it.. like ceiling fans etc.. parking sucks so you need to be home early if you want a parking place. Very out of date apartments

Very helpful with all my issues I’ve had maintenance wise. Although it was kind of stressful having issues with only a few days here, it was swiftly taken care of.

My experience has been very positive. My husband and I are ready to buy a house, but the market is not. Walden Legacy feels more like a home than any other apartment I have ever lived in. Their maintenance staff is incredible!

We feel welcome and look forward to a good year here. The apartment is cozy and feels safe. It’s also quite convenient to several areas of Knoxville and Oak Ridge. Pool area is lovely and look forward to having a restful pool day!

I’ve been a resident here for a few years now, and the staff always goes above and beyond to help solve my problems while being so kind to boot. Parking could be better, but for that being my only issue, I’d say this is a wonderful place to live

Good neighborhood with a quiet environment. Quiet hours from 10pm-8am is iffy to me. Seems a bit excessive. Also, the parking situation is odd. Makes it so you don’t want to have visitors since it’s a hassle.

love the community atmosphere, and the 9 foot ceiling in my ground level apartment. The pool is out of this world. The workers in the front office are very easy to work with.

Leasing office is very nice and helpful. Great community with nice people. Great amenities and spacious apartments. I love living here so far!

The office staff go above and beyond !! They are amazing and very compassionate and honestly care for the residents . They also keep the grounds clean and tidy .

Overall a positive experience. We have had problems with parking (neighbors taking up multiple spots and lack of parking daily). We do not smoke but some days after work we come home to our apartment smelling strongly of smoke. A complaint has been made, but there is not much to be done about it.

Very quiet, nice pool, clean gym. Only complaint would be that there isn’t enough parking. People park here without a pass and nothing is really said.

We love it here so far! Everyone in the community seems so friendly and welcoming, including the staff. The property is gorgeous and offers fantastic amenities (car wash station specifically).

Love it here. Been here going on 3 years. Everyone is pretty nice and my dogs are happy here also. Pretty quiet and they do stuff for the tenants.

This is a great place to live! The structures are kept updated and clean. The rules are enforced to be sure all families have a clean, safe, and peaceful community.

My time here at the apartment has been wonderful. The floor plan is very beautiful for my 2 bedroom home. The staff are always friendly. My pet is fully welcome here. NO one bothers you unless necessary and neighbors are great. The pool is spectacular. The community is safe. I walk my dog at night and am never afraid. I love these apartments.

This apartment complex is like the Toyota Camry of apartment complexes. She's got some quirks, but she is all in all a good choice. We've lived here for almost a year and would describe it as a 'pretty good choice' Maintenance: Staff is timely, so so kind, and helpful. Neighbors: Everyone is really friendly, with a great mix of people in all different stages of life. (It's so cute to see kids riding their bikes around) Staff: Some staff members are really great (Samantha is an absolute gem), but some are pretty rude. Apartments: The buildings are mid. I don't love when apartment complexes try to brand themselves as "luxury" when they aren't, and this is no exception. The walls are super thin, you can hear all your neighbors through the ceiling, the showers/tubs creak excessively and have bad water pressure. Amenities: The pool is great! Also, there seems to be almost always some upkeep around the complex (pressure washing, gardening, etc.) which is great!

We desperately need a basketball court and some of the gym equipment is kinda dated but overall this place has been good and outside of one staff member they’re all great

I’ve lived here for about four years and it’s OK no upgrades when you renew your lease so you still live in the old place you moved into. Nothing special it is convenient and the pool is nice. But no special upgrades but your rent keeps going up so be aware of that, when your rent goes up, they don’t offer you any type of upgrade. They just request more money.

It’s been good so far great staff and easy to talk to the staff are friendly and are open for advice or if your in a bind they help out as much as they can

I have lived here for 3 years and I still enjoy it. Majority of the tenants are nice, it’s quiet and dog friendly!! Parking is an issue but typically after 8/9 pm.

It’s quiet here and I’m glad I can have my cats. The only downside would be that on weekends it’s hard to find parking but other than that there is really zero complaints. The pool and gym are a good bonus.

We love this complex! Everyone we've met is super nice, we love the apartment, and the pool! I would happily recommend this complex to anyone moving to this area.

The community is secure, located conveniently to 80% of the retail services I use the most, the maintenance and preventive maintenance are first class.
