I don't always get to attend, but love the monthly events. Staff is always welcoming and nice, very helpful if I have a concern and quick to respond to questions. Lease renewal is easy and the obvious answer. Looking forward to another year plus at Walden Legacy.

Great location and quality of homes. Staff and maintenance are great and timely! Love having an accessible garage for my vehicle, and during winter storms, staff already has salt ready for the drivers.

Nice and quiet apartment complex - clean and good neighborhood lived here for almost a month - the only downside is everyone is fighting for places to park

Place has been nothing short of great, still think we could use a basketball court for sure but they’re always doing events and the maintenance team is very friendly and helpful as well

I'm super happy with my move in experience and the first few weeks at WL- despite the snow, ice and bad weather! Love my apt location and the set-up, and don't mind the steps up to the 3rd floor!

The one negative thing is when things would break or need fixing it was not done or took long to do. Amenities were good. Office staff could be a little friendlier.

Living here is great. The neighbors are friendly, the staff is helpful, and the ammedities are great. Maintenance usually answers very quickly, as well. Great place to live.

Not a bad place to live. Quiet and amenities are great. Have had some plumbing issues and some bug issues but usually gets handled rather quickly.

Samantha is so kind, she gives me all the information I need, and goes above and beyond. Maintenance has been awesome too! They arrive usually hours after submitting a ticket.

The staff is beautiful staff can't complain. The maintenance crew works really fast and I can always count on them. The office staff is reliable in my opinion.

It’s been fair. I was quite surprised with how fast the Snowy hill was cleared and safe for us to be able to travel on when leaving for work and school.

Office staff friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and well lit. The location is perfect for getting most anywhere in Knoxville in short order. Quiet country living near everything you need.

I’ve lived here for eight years and I’ve been satisfied with my experience so far! Parking can be frustrating at times but I started renting a garage back in April this year and I’ve been very pleased.

For the most part, I have had a good experience living at Walden Legacy. I never hear the neighbors connected to me by shared walls. However, loud noises from outside are frequently an issue due to poor window insulation. I have multiple noisy neighbors below me that I can hear through my windows while they are out on their balconies. I have had wonderful experiences with the maintenance team. They are always quick to respond to any issues I have and have been kind and respectful when in my apartment working.

It’s been ok. Half the reason why I chose to live here is because it’s a gated community and it seems like the gates are often open for no reason which is a huge negative.

Walden Legacy is a great place to live. It's safe, convenient, clean, well maintained, and rules are enforced so that the community is a pleasant place to live. The pool is beautiful and features a calming fountain, the work out room is clean and kept in order, gated and parking passes means safety and no parking hassles, and it is conveniently located with no traffic hassles.

I’ve lived at Walden Legacy for 8 years and I still love where I live. All of the staff are kind, courteous, and friendly which is definitely a plus. The parking can be a problem but worst case scenario you have to walk a little further to get home, I rent a garage so I don’t have to deal with it anymore.

I have lived here for 3 years and I am pretty much happy here. Most of the people in the office are very nice. Maintenance is always nice and quick with their work. The community overall is nice. I will say they try to keep everything updated. It being a dog friendly place is an added bonus!

It's ok. I like that they added a light in front of my apartment building because I leave around 5:15 in the morning. The one thing I will say is that they take care of the community surroundings.

I am moving tomorrow, but not because I didn't love living here. I have moved to another state, but I would stay here if I could. The buildings and apartments are lovely. The grounds are well taken care of. The staff is very nice and willing to help. They have fun little activities that makes it feel like your own community. They are very friendly. Overall, I didn't have any bad experiences here. The apartment was move in ready when I moved in. It is gated so it feels very safe. It feels like the location is in a rural area which is nice, but then if you drive a few minutes down the road your in a nice big city. So, you get the best of both worlds. Cedar Bluff is a great area to live in too. I would highly recommend these apartments. The best thing about this place was the pool area. It was always kept clean and pristine. The waterfall is around all year long as is the pool filled. The gym is great. I loved it here!

The whole process from the initial tour to the signing of the lease was so smooth! They made it an easy and enjoyable experience! The units are a great size as well!

I enjoy everything Walden Legacy has to offer so far, and I think anyone would be happy with how respectful the staff is as well as how on top maintenance is anytime you have a problem

There is Never any parking when you get home after 6pm. The Showers back up and water doesn’t stay hot long enough to take a hot shower .the Vacuum at car wash is broken. But everything else is ok I guess

The office staff is top notch and easy to work with. Our resort style pool is second to none. The apartments are spacious with plenty of storage and closet space. Maintenance staff are professional and efficient. Awesome place to live.

I have been treated so well by the Walden Legacy leasing office. Any issue that I have had has been taken care of immediately. I would recommend living here to anyone.

Walden Legacy takes care of our community and the people of our community. It is conveniently located yet not in a congested traffic area. The admins make an effort to provide plenty of opportunities to meet others and socialize.

I am very pleased to be apart of this community. It is well kept and they are constantly doing projects for its upkeep. I wouldn’t trade living here for anything. Thank you, office staff.

I enjoy living here. Pretty quiet and most people are friendly. I love the fact that it is super dog friendly. The maintenance team is great! What little issues we have had in 3 years have always been resolved pretty quickly.

The community was great when we moved in. Rents have gone up significantly in the last 4 years and the level of service has gone down. Parking is difficult to find, more frequent trash pick up’s are needed.

Great service by staff , a smooth move-in experience and friendly neighbors. The dog park is a good bonus, too. It’s very quiet here with beautiful scenery…

Still wish they had a basketball court because I feel like it would bring a lot more of the residents together but otherwise no bad things to say

We absolutely love living here. Wonderful staff and very clean grounds. This complex is close to everything. We would def recommend Walden Legacy as a place to live!

Location is good but it is expensive and they go up quite a bit every year and no upgrades. If you want anything updated you have to pay for it.. like ceiling fans etc.. parking sucks so you need to be home early if you want a parking place. Very out of date apartments

Very helpful with all my issues I’ve had maintenance wise. Although it was kind of stressful having issues with only a few days here, it was swiftly taken care of.

My experience has been very positive. My husband and I are ready to buy a house, but the market is not. Walden Legacy feels more like a home than any other apartment I have ever lived in. Their maintenance staff is incredible!

We feel welcome and look forward to a good year here. The apartment is cozy and feels safe. It’s also quite convenient to several areas of Knoxville and Oak Ridge. Pool area is lovely and look forward to having a restful pool day!

I’ve been a resident here for a few years now, and the staff always goes above and beyond to help solve my problems while being so kind to boot. Parking could be better, but for that being my only issue, I’d say this is a wonderful place to live
