Walden of Westchase

It is an older complex so more maintenance is needed. The plumbing is the most glaring issue. From day to day clogs or the water being turned off may pop up. Pest control is a further away second specifically stray cats and other critters. Last are the electricity issues where power goes off almost as randomly as the water. However, the management is making efforts. Reducing noise has made strides but that may be a function of the time of year. Internet access has been the star of this complex since it went up. AT&T and Comcast have their best offers here and the rooms are Ethernet and cable wired.

Estos apartamentos me encantan, por su seguridad, no hay gente deambulando por doquier, ni gente bebiendo ni peleando, son muy estrictos en ese tema ! El parqueo es seguro, la piscina y el spa ahora con la nueva manager, funciona de maravilla ! Llevo 10 años viviendo aquí y asta hoy no me he dado cuenta de robos ni nada, si algo se te daña en el apt ! Llegan en el mismo día a ayudarte con los arreglos o reparaciones! Como todo nada es perfecto pero les doy un 90% de calidad ?? son excelentes para vivir solo o con ninos los vecinos son encantadores 10 años llevo y jamás tuve un problema con alguno ! Solo respetemonos unos a otros , no hagas lo que no desearías te hizieran a ti . Y respeta en espacio de puertas de cada vecino sin invadir su puerta y espacio.

It's a great place filled with plants and rocks from around the world, providing a unique experience. The only issue is the new neighbors, who have made everything dirty and are consistently loud.

En realidad venía para estos apartamentos como medida momentánea,pero fue tan genial el trato de la gerencia de los trabajadores lo acogedor del condominio q volveré a renovar el contrato acá lo recomiendo a cada amistad q tengo

Excelente atención muy recomendable muy buena calidad y muy recomendable el mantenimiento y los beneficios excelentes. Llevo un año qui y es muy recomendable

I have been here 8 yrs. Love the safety and community of the property. Love the valet trash pickup. Small tight knit community very close proximity to stores and freeways.

Exelente lugar para vivir en familia. Tranquilo, agradable buen ambiente. Lo recomiendo 100%. La realidad es que la paz que se respira en este lugar vale la pena quedarse aquí.

Es exelente seguro para familias con niños los trabajadores siempre están a la orden es limpio agradable la piscina está en perfectas condiciones es uno de los mejores sin dudas

Apartamento con excelentes condiciones en un lugar bastante céntrico, cerca de varias tiendas y restaurantes . Lugar tranquilo y acogedor con una hermosa vegetación. Personal de oficina muy amable y atento.

Nice apartment. Great location close to many shopping and dining areas. Nice gardens. No noise. Highly recommended for single or families. Pet friendly and overall a nice place to call home

Apartment was clean when we moved in and staff was helpful when figuring out leasing questions. Have lived here for a year and a half at this point and maintenance requests are answered quickly. My toilet leaked and I had towels all around trying to hold back the water and staff cleaned up water for me despite me just expecting a repair.

My apartment community well it has been really nice so far the best apartments in the area that I know about very clean no problem with them plus there is security at night which is the best part about the complex

I have been living at The Walden of Westchase for a few years now and I can honestly say I feel very peaceful here. The front office staff is very friendly and extremely helpful.

Mostly quiet. Definitely an oasis in the neighborhood. And older property that is a shade above similar aged apartments. Doesn't have the amenities it started off with but still a solid place to stay.

I've lived here for a few years now and it's truly one of the best apartments in the area. The community is nice and peaceful plus I feel safe coming home late at night.

The maintenance service at this apartment complex is definitely top tier! As soon as I put in a request they take care of the issue. I’ve lived in many apartment complexes and none compare to the attention they give to the residents. 10/10

Very safe and quiet property. I have lived here for almost 8 yrs. Location is amazing. I wish they would do something about the feral cat population but other than that highly recommend.

There’s a few things that need to be worked on for example landscaping needs some work. It’s not horrible but it could be a bit better. The stray cats usually bring a stench of urine when walking around the buildings. Maintenance is pretty good, manager is awesome. Neighbors are pretty chill too I appreciate that.

People from the office are nice and they take care of the property well. And it’s quiet community. Laundry room is always clean. I really recommend this apartment. Any issues, they will fix it within 48 hours.

I love living in this environment it's so peaceful and relaxing .... we never had a bad experience while living here. I look forward to renewing my lease.

This is my 4th year living at Walden at westchase and its been a good experience I went from a two bedroom upstairs to a one bedroom on the first floor, I don't have issues with noise and that's a plus, love my 1/1, the new neighbors and the closeness to the washing room and the leasing office!

Great place to live, management team is extremely helpful and listens to all of your concerns. Also the maintenance crew is very efficient about repairing anything that is broken.

Very nice and quiet community. Love the landscape. Close to many grocery and retail stores. The maintenance are quick to fix anything. The apartments are spacious.

Been here 6 years It’s been quiet and peaceful. Love the ambience even though the pool area gets noisy at times. Overall nice place to stay. Especially love door to door pickup

We love it here , so far everyone here in the community’s been amazing , the office staff are always so helpful and we love how much they take care of the community

I truly like this small community. I feel very safe when I come home late and I have not had any negative encounters with residents or employees.

It's not bad. It's cheaper than most other places in the area, but everything is expensive. Everyone is nice and helpful. One of the better apartments I have lived at.

Beautiful area with wonderful neighbors! Lots of mature greenery that is well kept and speedy response for any maintenance request. Everyone that comes to visit instantly falls in love.

My husband and are new to this residence. We are enjoying living here. Everything is conveniently located. The apartment has a great layout. Everything seems to be well kept and maintained..

I love living here, it's peaceful and close by ti everything I need. The office staff is always so polite & helpful. They truly care about their residents. The maintenance team is on top of everything & when needed they come & fix anything that is needed. I truly recommend them to anyone.

Great place to live, Great staff collectively overall. It's near the bltwy, restaurants, shops etc. They maintain the landscaping once a week, also has trash pickup three days a week, maintenance is very efficient with any apartment problems you have.

I've lived here for about 3 years now and I've had no problems. If you need something fixed, the office is really quick on sending the maintenance guys to fix the problem. It's a nice complex to live in.

Great experience. Been here close to 6 years. There is a feral cat infestation but other than that it’s very safe, maintenance is quick to fix, valet trash pickup. Clean property besides the enormous amount of cats here.

I have been living at Malden at Westchase for the last three years and I find it very calm, safe and located in an very convenient area where you can find restaurants, car wash, stores, and supermarkets, close by my work place. The grounds are well kept by the maintenance Staff who are extremely prompt to arrive after a call has been place for any issue at the department and take care of. The leasing office Ladies are always very professional, nice and prompt to assist you as well, love Rimsha! I do appreciate and enjoyed the time lived at Walden of Westchase.

Es buena y super tranquila, solo hay algo que no me gusta que los espacios de visitantes son muy pocos y las pocas veces que e necesitado ocupar un lugar todos están llenos y estacionamos el carro en un lugar NO techado y en donde la administración me dijo que también podía ocupar y se lo llevo la grúa y te qué pagarle a mi visita 300 dolares del corralon

Hidden gem for sure! Very quiet place I be getting home late and I feel so safe I love how it’s far from other complexes and it’s gated! Beautiful pool and very clean laundry area, very well kept landscape.

Since we moved to Walden of Westchase we habe felt comfortable & safe. The neighbors are very friendly. The front office staff is very nice & caring!!! The maintenance guys are very helpful. We are very happy we picked these apartments.

Is a great place and clean and secure all the time and also have a a nice place to spend time with your kids and family and the people that works there is very nice

Happy to live here. Friendly neighbors and crime free complex. Would not want to live anywhere else. Recently upgraded the area in front of porch with landscape timbers, so I can plant some flowers once this heat streak ends.

I like this apartment because everyone is nice and they do everything they maintenance guys they do good job the peoples in the office they are nice

I still love Iiving Walden at Westchase where I feel safe all the time, something that its not the rule in many apartment complexes in the Houston area nowadays. The property is been taking care of by Management and specially the front desk Staff, very efficient and promptly to take care of anything that needs to be fixed, changed, or replaced, characteristic that is hard to find in many apartments as well. All in all, I am happy and please here. GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

This is my 3rd time living here, I always love living here , it feels like home, everyone is always so nice. The staff is always making sure that things are good with your apartment and that if you need anything is taken care of right away. Gary Adams
