Walden Ridge has been my home for ten years and each has been a pleasure.
Walden Ridge is very conveniently located to stores and restaurants in the Kennesaw and Acworth areas.
The office Manager Cassie is attentive and respectful. I have lived at this property since 2017 and anytime I have come to the office to talk to Cassie or call her for any reason she always is polite and respectful. There are times that she has called me just to check on myself and my sons. When I had/have an issue Cassie is quick to resolve it also she is very upfront with me about good, bad or indifferent news. I have enjoyed her as my leasing Office Manager. I know her job is NOT easy and sometimes she has to make tough calls for the tenants, however anytime we had to speak for any reason Cassie shows compassion and also offers to help however she can. Thank you Cassie for just being you!!
It is large, well maintained, safe. Above all when we moved in Romae helped us every step from the computer filling in the application to getting into the apartment. She always goes above and beyond to help us. I am glad people like her make the difference. Over and all one of the best apartments. Very good parking. Best schools. I am glad we chose this apartments.Close to shopping. Tenants are very nice. Peaceful and calm.

The staff at Waldenridge is awesome. They handled maintenance issues in a timely manner and were so friendly and kind. It's a quiet place with nice neighbors.
I researched many, many apartment complexes in the area and a bit further. I was looking for a great price while also not having to compromise on community and quality. The folks at Walden Ridge (especially Jessica whom I spoke with most frequently) were extremely helpful and put up with my thousands of questions. They were so friendly, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have been very happy here so far! The apartment is great - updated, perfect size, clean. The complex is very quite and peaceful - at all times. I love the valet trash service and the fact that water service goes through the company and the price for the service is extremely low. The one maintenance request I put in (bathroom vent fan wasn't working) was fixed the next day - no questions. They provide pest control each week - you just have to sign up ahead of time. The grounds are very well-maintained, and the complex is filled with lots of hard wood trees, shade, etc. I'm very happy here thus far and hope to stay here for quite a while.
My experience moving in the apartment seems that maintenance rush to get the apartment ready and overlooked some basic problems that should be fixed before having the tenant moved in.
The staff at Walden Ridge goes above and beyond to make a comfortable living community for its residence. From the office staff, to maintenance they are awesome!!! This is why we continue to stay!!!
I only moved in a few days ago; however, I am extremely pleased thus far. The office staff has been incredible throughout this entire process!! I contacted them a TON, and they responded very quickly and answered all of my questions. Special shout-out to Jessica! She is a gem! The apartment is just what I need, the rent is very reasonable, and the community is very peaceful and quiet. I'm very happy here so far. :)
Everything excellent
We moved from another state and found many apartments that were nothing more than closets with a kitchen but we found Walden Ridge and found a new home. We absolutely love it here. The area is nice, maintenance is quick and friendly and the apartments are very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone.
I live in WALDEN RIDGE because of the excellent service. I'm handycapt on a walker and I cant say enough about your staff. They are above excellent. The office staff gracious and kind ALWAYS and I can imagine what they deal with on a daily basis is not easy. Chris is the best. His kindness and his work is above excellent. There isn't enough space here to brag about him and his staff. I'm glad I have this chance to brag about all of them. Please share this with everyone. Judy DeFay
My parents and I both reside her at Walden Ridge. We love it here. The office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and are very concerned with the well being of all the residents. Your needs are met quickly and with professionalism.
great place to live since i been here since 2002.
I was a resident there and both my cars were vandalized. The staff they have now is totally clueless and seem to not care about anything. The cameras don't work and they claim zero responsibility for what happens there. I really should have read the reviews before moving there.
Please do not pick this property. We only picked this place because the reviews on management. Since we have moved in mannagement has changed and the apartments have gone down hill. The new management company couldn't care less. The property manager is completely awful. No idea how a human can be so rotten. We can not wait till our lease is over. If you are deciding between this complex and another PLEASE choose the other. This is no longer a safe community
Walden Ridge Luxury Apartment homes is luxurious in one aspect, the price. Other than that I can't see where else. Like many of you guys my top concern when choosing an apartment is safety and location. Little did I know, Walden Ridge is surrounded my lower income housing and across the street from section 8 housing. I found out after I was robbed by an armed suspect and had my identify stolen, my car, my wallet, cell phone, really the full works on a robbery. Now robberies do happen but I expect a luxury apartment home such as walden ridge to be vigilant however the days leading up to the robbery I had complained about someone peaking through my window and absolutely nothing was done on their behalf. I was treated like I was making it up. After the robbery, the staff came to my house and was more concerned about my "aggressive breed dog" (lab Dane mix whose afraid of ceiling fans etc and didn't even attack the intruder) then the fact we were robbed. They pursued no legal action against the suspect and I had to really do all the work myself. I even caught the suspect because I traced my stolen phone who is currently serving 13 years in jail. Walden Ridge didn't even provide security footage to assist in the case. After becoming extremely agitated about the situation rather then make things right and let us leave as we felt our lives were threatened since we caught the suspect, they kicked us out out the grounds of having a dog. Really it was an attempt to keep us quiet because we were extremely fustrated when there attempt to alert the community of the dangers present was a flyer with a similar tone to a letter declaring teenagers were stealing stuff from peoples front porch. How can any reasonable person give someone 5 days to leave after they were robbed really just to keep them quiet? I paid on time etc and had just rescued the dog not knowing the implications and at the time was more concerned about the robbery and assumed they too would be since it affected multiple tenants. In further research I learned that a tenant in the same actual apartment was also robbed a couple years before. If they were as attentive to my issue with someone peaking through my window as they are about calling me expecting me to pay $5,000 after they kicked me out over this situation. This situation was very very serious and rather then deal with the actual problem, they planted more flowers and trees and made the community appear more secure on the surface.
When we were looking for a new apartment, the major features we were looking for were: proximity to a Good high school, friendly and safe community, spacious rooms, and an efficient community staff. We got all these, and more! It is 15 minutes close to one of the best high schools in the County, neat grounds, courteous and helpful staff, and very friendly neighbors!
I've only been living here a short time, but I must say I am incredibly happy that I found Walden Ridge. I'm even more lucky, because I had such a small window to move here before my new job started. I felt so at home the moment I met the staff in the office when I came to look for an apartment. Even now, I go by and have conversations with them about their day, and I know my questions will be answered immediately. I just love that I they are so friendly. The last place I lived the only time I saw my landlord was to pay rent. Now, I just feel so comfortable. The buildings and grounds are also amazingly kept and up-to-date. I was able to get the exact type of apartment I wanted, and I love it. I really am enjoying living here as it's close to work but for enough away that it's still so quite and peaceful when I get home. I honestly just love and am thankful that I got this apartment.
High cellings makes the apartment light and much quieter than others I have encountered. My 2 bedroom is a nice size and is private for my daughter and I. We have a car wash with vaccume a dog walk play ground and tennis courts as well as a gym and pool with gas grills. The people here are nice people and the office and mantainance group are quick and get the job done in a timely mannor.
Walden Ridge is one of the few apartment complexes in Kennesaw, so you feel as if you don't have much choice. However, you don't need any other options because this place is amazing! I only realize now ,that I am moving after 3 years, all the things i took for granted. The on site storages are extremely convenient, and after looking for an apartment near the city, this place feels like a mansion with 9 ft high ceilings, and spacious kitchen, and living room. I will truly miss this place, but fully recommend it to anyone looking for a great, safe place to live.
