About Waldron Manor

Waldron Manor is the ideal apartment community if you are looking for quiet and comfort. Located on the southern edge of Waldron, we are only five miles from US 127 and a short drive to the Ohio and the Indiana border. Our one and two bedroom apartments are very good sized and offer a galley kitchen with an open pass through, great for entertaining or placing bar stools on the dining room side. The kitchen is fully equipped with a frost free refrigerator, electric range with a range hood and a double stainless steel sink with a garbage disposal. There are closets galore including a floor to ceiling linen closet in the bathroom and full wall closets in the bedrooms. Every apartment has a patio or a balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee. You will be able to hear the birds sing and you may see a deer stroll by.
