Great experience moving in and living here! Staff is always very helpful and put out some great activities throughout the year ?? Great area to live, staff is very helpful with getting information out about events in the area and it's a quick walk to just about anywhere in Dexter!

I would highly recommend Walkabout Creek to anyone looking for the perfect experience in apartment living! It’s close enough to anything that you would want to do!

Living here for 6 months has been a great experience. The staff and neighbors are not only helpful but kind & friendly. My husband & I definitely chose the perfect place to reside.

Amazing!! So helpful with all the information and very nice on move in day! Set us up with a welcome basket and was on time to give us our keys!

Very nice community and staff, great for families or anyone -- walkable to downtown Dexter and nature trails, Busch's, many schools and businesses. Love the pool and the exercise room. Maintenance is prompt and friendly.

Our welcome at Walkabout Creek has been an incredible experience, from the first moment you feel at home. The staff is very friendly, they take into consideration all the information you provide and the apartment was ready and in perfect condition.

I like living here. It’s fun. It’s from the walk around to downtown Dexter. The name was a nice. The border border Trail is close to walk. It’s fun.

When there are issues with the apartment they are taken care of in a timely manner and I enjoy the little occasional celebrations that the staff holds for us renters.

Most of the time it’s very quiet. When you request maintenance, they are very quick and responsive. I’ve been here for over 6 years and it feels like home and me and my boys. The summer is definitely the best part, relaxing by the pool!!

Walkabout Creek has been a great place to live the past 3 years. Arty and I are thankful for the community and fun staff. Thank you for making Walkabout a great place to live. We love it here in Dexter.

Overall our experience has been very good. The apartments are well maintained and in a great location. Neighbors are friendly and the community is fairly active. The floor plans have ample space and the two bathrooms are wonderful and not something you see in many apartments.

Great place to live! Would highly recommend for anyone who wants apartment living at its finest! Love it here! Walkabout Creek is close to anything that you want to do. A little country with a splash of city living.

Going on year two of living in this nice community. It’s quiet,I don’t hear my neighbors through the walls,just dogs faintly barking once in awhile. Maintenance is fast! Loved the pool/grills,and the grounds are lovely and well maintained. I really like being walking distance to the Border Trail and Downtown Dexter. The resurfaced parking areas are nice also.

Quiet, comfy place to live. The team communicates well with its residents. Good upkeep of the property season to season. Nice pool and common area with a firepit.

I have lived at Walkabout Creek for over 2 years. This complex is such a quiet oasis but still close to the hustle and bustle of Ann Arbor. I am so glad I waited on their waitlist and waited until the perfect townhome became available.

Very nice, quiet community within walking distance of downtown Dexter (via a lovely nature trail), helpful staff, a pool and exercise room. Having a garage and patio makes it feel very homey.

Great place to live. Pool, fire pit and grills available for resident use. During the start of covid when everything just shut down, they gave chalk to residents to help keep kids entertained. Easter egg hunts and Halloween treats too plus community events every few months (food trucks, taco bar, breakfast on the go).

Enjoyable pet friendly. peaceful surroundings & great community to reside in, well maintained by courteous staff & so close to downtown Dexter. This is my 6th year here

Very nice, fun and safe place to live.. There is a nice clean pool, a play area for kids, friendly neighbors and pet friendly. The staff is so nice and the maintenance people are exceptional . We are happy to be here at Walkabout Creek.

The scenery is beautiful and peaceful. The leasers are kind. Paying rent is simple. Any problems in the apartment get fixed in a timely manner.

I really had a enjoyable time living here. Great community and location is perfect. I would love to stay but unfortunately it is time for me to down size. Everyone that works at Walkabout is awesome!

We like living at Walkabout Creek. Each apartment has a garage and a private entrance. I love that there is a washer and dryer in unit, much more convenient than other apartments I've lived in. The pool/playground/entertainment area is very nice and a great place to relax. Staff members are nice, helpful, and easy to talk to. The complex is within walking distance to stores, the schools, and downtown Dexter. Definitely come and check it out!

My wife and I moved here from overseas. We were happy to find Walkabout Creek as it is a very welcoming community in a great location. We love the amenities and large apartment.

Very welcoming community. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Leasing agent has been responsive and helpful. We received a welcome basket in our apartment from the office team upon our arrival.

Very nice place to live. Quiet with a friendly atmosphere and close to everything fun to do around the area. Just two miles from the highway.

I love living at Walkabout Creek. Great staff and maintenance is A . Residents have children and they bring enjoyment to our older generation. Makes me feel still in the loop.

This place is great! Leasing was helpful, friendly & accomodating. Haven't needed them yet, however, I have heard great things about the maintenance crew.

The neighborhood is awesome. The quality of the apartment is similar to an apartment in any city in Washtenaw County, you are paying extra for the safety and the school district.

We love living here at Walkabout! Tremendous upgrade from our previous complex. Within just a couple minutes from all downtown Dexter has to offer and even closer to the beautiful B2B Trail

Nice, quiet community. We love the pool and exercise room, as well as our 2 story apartment. The garage is also a plus. Walkable area too, with trails nearby and downtown about a 20 minute walk. Friendly and helpful staff as well.

Nice and quiet place. Wish the windows would be replaced. Other than that, management really does a good job working with you on issues that you have.

Very happy to be part of the community! The property management staff are amazing and our neighbors are lovely. Dexter is a a cute little town and we are walking distance away from the town center :)

For the most part I feel lucky to have good neighbors. Got to take the good with the bad. In the 7 plus yrs I have been here I have seen a lot of them come and go.

My community is great! They are very attentive to my concerns and quick to fix any issues. One winter night I cam home to find my furnace was out. Called the after hours number and they were there within 30 minutes trying to fix the furnace.

Great place to live. So close to town, shopping and the highway. Staff is wonderful and reliable. They have some nice events for the residents too

Very clean and pleasant apartment community! Very friendly office as well. If you value feeling safe, this is definitely the apartment for you.

Maintenance has been very timely when responding to a service request. And if they were unable to fix the issue they made sure the correct action was taken. If an outside vender was needed they took care of it.

Very, very impressed about the management and Walkabout Creek extremely responsive to my questions and concerns. The property is maintained beautifully, always clean and manicured.

And not just because of this fun game we are playing lol. Staff is always nice and welcoming. Go out of there way to help and to make sure we get what we need. Also, the maintenance team is very friendly and get to issues in a good amount of time.

I love my neighbors! So friendly and welcoming since I’ve moved in here. The Easter egg hunt was fun to watch all of the neighbors go out with their kids and search for eggs. What a cute idea!

Hands down the best apartment community that I have ever lived! I have lived here for a around two and a half years and don’t plan on moving out anytime soon!
