This apartment complex are completely infested with RATS , completely unsanitary and just not safe for people or animals alike

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE ! THEY HAVE RATS AND MICE EVERYWHERE!!! LITERALLY THE MOST TRIFLING PLACE EVER! I HAVE NEVER SEEN SO MANY RATS IN THE COUNTY IN MY LIFE!

this apartment complex is absolutely disgusting and infested with pests. the rats run around the parking lots and chew the wires underneath the cars! I found tons of mice in my apartment and the leasing office does nothing about it but say they will follow up with “pest control”

So much trash in area and dog poop everywhere, pee comes down to my patio from upstairs neighbors and the management likes to screw people and keep them stuck here with an auto renew clause. There are several lawsuits against them for this and I might have to add to it just to get out of this hell hole.

Affordable place to stay ! This place is amazing! Stayed here for a year very unproblematic!!! Although the walls are thin I would definitely recommend!!

I’ve lived here a year never again. the last month of my lease the enemies management got fired and new management took over. I don’t know which was worse. They don’t solve problems, they scan you into a lease and they are rude and inconsiderate. After a year they forced us to stay another month. They are unprofessional. Even if you’re clean you’ll have mice and they don’t fix it

I moved into Walker Manor Apartments in March 2019. I chose to move here because of the convenience, lots of green space, and b/c the complex is pet friendly. However, moving here was the worst decision I’ve ever made. Here’s why: 1. The apartment has BED BUGS!!! When I first got bed bug bites and called the leasing office, they were rude, difficult, and not empathetic to the situation. Even though I told the property manager I saw them with my own eyes, he tried to say it could be fleas, mosquitoes or something else. They did this knowing another unit had a bed bug infestation. Not only did I experience stress from the bites, I had to fight with the office to get treatment done. I’m usually up each night at 4 AM getting feasted on by bed bugs. I’m tired at work and throughout the day and can not get sleep here. 2. The exterminator company they use is a complete joke. The units have major pest issues and residents complain their services are not effective. When they came out to do an inspection, they stated they did not spot any bed bugs. However, another company followed up and found them. The apt said the company they are contracted with had to do the treatment. They finished their treatment and guess what? I am still living with bed bugs! 3. The Apartment invests way too much money in maintaining the outside of the property while the inside is filthy. The hallways often smell, carpets are dirty, and lots of bugs. 4. The Apartment has terrible mice infestation issue! 5. The buildings are old and you can hear your neighbors moving above and below you. The water pressure is weak especially in the morning when others are showering. 6. Maintenance does not do a thorough job. There is space between my baseboards and flooring which makes it easier for pests to enter. I’ve submitted 2 work order requests and maintenance did not do a thorough job as I am still dealing with the issue. 7. My advice to you is, do not move here because it is convenient. This place will negatively impact your quality of life. For the price you pay, it is not worth it. The mice, bed bugs, and fighting with the leasing office will negatively impact your mental health. 8. Oh and if you do not pay your rent by the 7th, you will have a nice eviction notice posted on the main door for all of your neighbors to see.

My entire stay, I have dealt with roaches. I have kept my unit as clean as it can get, pest control treated a few times and it’s still an issue.

Walker Manor is a nightmare! Maintenance staff are very lazy and take weeks to fulfill service orders! They tow cars from parking lot every day! Staff are very rude and incompetent! They have mice! They try to find every excuse to evict you so they can keep your money. Too much noise and no privacy. Most office staff live right there on the property! Don't move here. Spend little more and move somewhere better.

Wonderful place to live for people who like Luke-warm showers and walls thin enough you can hear the angry ex-husband next door. The leasing office is helpful till you move in. Since then i have had Un-fulfilled maintenance orders and disappointment. Parking is an Issue and guest passes are 1 time only. if you lose your pass they do not help you. I like the location and the price point but warm showers are a must for most people and there is no warning or ability to test the heat prior to your lease.

This is a very quiet place. Management is okay. If you are a Towson student they have the school shuttle coming in every 30 minutes. I actually like the place since I never had any issues here.

I love living in Walker Manor Apartments. The leasing office staff are very friendly and helpful ! I never leave out the office without smile on my face. Maintenance is friendly and gets orders completed quick and properly. Apartments come with washer and dryer if asked for which is a plus in my book! I definitely recommend living at Walker Manor Apartments !

I have had the privilege of living in Walker Manor Apartments for over 3 years, and if I did not have to move for work I would still live there. When you first enter the community, you instantly notice how beautiful the exterior is maintained. The apartments are just over the city line, with easy access to Lake Ave, Northern Pkwy, and of course York Rd. It is an ideal place to live if you enjoy free parking, convenient location to awesome areas like Belvedere Square and Downtown Towson, outstanding leasing office staff, same-day maintenance service (with VERY few exceptions), and very spacious living areas. There are walk in closets, brand new appliances, hardwood or carpet, and some with washer/dryers in unit! Living there during the end of my time at Towson University (shuttle stop right outside of the leasing office!) was ideal for the quiet during the week, and the understanding and friendly neighbors on the weekend. With about 3:1 ratio of professional and family to student ratio, it is the ideal living area for someone looking for a nice quiet place to live who likes to have some fun now and then! The only downfall of the community is that it is a 15 minute drive to I-83 or I-695, which makes it a bit arduous for those who commute or travel. But with only a 20-25 minute drive to the Harbor, and 5-10 to downtown Towson, it is the perfect in-between location! With a grocery store, super-sized liquor store, many eateries, cleaners, and a movie theatre all within walking distance, Walker Manor Apartments is the ideal place to live for all walks of life. If I could give it 6/5 stars, I would.
