The employees at Walnut Ridge has been nothing but kind and helpful to me. It was a smooth move in. My emails always been answered in a timely manner.

Walnut Ridge have great amenities the team that they have on site from the office to the maintenance workers are awesome! I love that they have a hub where your package can be delivered safe. I love how they have a portal where you can check for updates your account and more, Walnut ridge has offered a great app called next door to keep up what goes around in the community you can meet other residence and more .Great app!

Over the years it has been a great place to live. There have been a few changes down through the years but it will get better. The staff do their best sometimes you just gotta be patient and positive. the maintenance team works good but the job gets done and they’re courteous over all i love it here.

Walnut Ridge is a nice and peaceful place to live. Office staff and maintenance make you feel very welcome and take care of any issues promptly.

It's a nice quiet management always answer any questions I have and maintenance comes in a very reasonable time I love it here.

Walnut Ridge was fine when I first moved here in 2020, but now it's just very unpleasant to be here.

It's a good place to live people are friendly and to themselves, the apartments is very spacious, and the staff & Management is very kind.

I feel the maintenance man and office staff as well are doing a wonderful job. Especially for the things they have to deal with here. Very positive attitude and hard workers.

Walnut Ridge is a great place to live! The new management team as well as the new maintenance crew are amazing! They have turned this apartment community around is just the short time they have been here. The maintenance crew is outstanding, they get your service requests completed in no time! First time for that, and it kind of feels good to have a team like the one we have now!

Walnut Ridge is a nice and quiet community basically. That's a real plus! The grounds really provide a pleasant view. This is quite comforting. We're happy to be here!

Don’t live here unless you want to smell weed and smoke who is gun shots and possibly have your car broken into.

Walnut Ridge Apartments are nice and peaceful for the most part. I've always liked the location as well.

I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex. The staff are friendly but it’s clear the amount work needing to be done in apartments are getting properly done. It’s so rachet I won’t even let my children outside to play because I don’t feel safe here.

This place should be torn down. And And management right along with it. Iv had 5 gas leaks in the last 2 months 3 have not been fixed.

Maintenance was awesome at responding to my voicemail. I was informed by maintenance Office Staff and Property Mgr Dyanie what was been done. They all showed concerned. I love the communication and Team work !!!!!!!!!!! AWESOME crew! I’m all smiles Living at Walnut Ridge they make you feel welcome and although an apartment it still feels like a HOME inside MY HOME!

Dangerous and once you get in you will be left to fix your issues yourself. Believe I am a maintenance technician supervisor myself. This is the hands down the worst place on earth to live and I used to live in Ethiopia

My experience here at the community has been awesome great starting from the regional manager to everyone in the office from the Property Mgr Dayani The Asst manager down to the receptionist. Any issues questions or concerns even when you leave voice messages they will give you a call back or you will receive an email or a letter . they are awesome with communication they make living here at Walnut Ridge Apts a better place and a sound mind. As long as THE COMMUNTITY stick together cleanliness and how the Office have Something on going for the Community thats positive and upbeat like the always do .here it will Stay Home sweet home .

This is the worst apartment experience Ive ever had. It makes me never want to lease from this company again. They treat their tenants very poorly and office staff is so rude and doesnt care to hear our problems at all

This is the worse apartment complex to move in ! I would never recommend anyone to move here , they are understaffed and the apartments need to be updated .

When I first moved here everything was fine. I moved at the start of the pandemic so everything was clean and quiet. But as of today I wouldn't recommend anyone to move here. There are always people arguing and fighting cops and fire department constantly showing up. To many roaches. Upstairs neighbors are always loud and all hours of the day and night. The trash is always piled up everytime I go to take my trash out. I saw a huge raccoon one day.

I enjoy my apt, very spacious and people are pleasant and to there selfs, just wish they had a better trash system and trash cans near buildings

Walnut Ridge Apartments does not care about their residents. The property is absolutely disgusting. The trash compactor is either jammed or full. We have garbage bags piled up for days with raccoons and hawks eating during the day.

Overall I have no complaints the staff is quick to answer your concerns and help you with issues within the community. Maintenance responds in accordance to your work order. Patience is the key

There are parking issues. Guests should not be allowed in the front and management should check this. Loitering all day especially by the office. I hate saying excuse me just to drive out of the apartment complex...people everywhere. Fights are common. They never take noise complaints serious.

Even thought I've only lived here for 5 months, I know I picked the right place to live. It's quiet, has a lot to offer and the staff and very professional and respectable.

The property is very unclean. We get a powerwash to our building 1x a year if that. Yes Imma greatful to have a roof over my head but who want to live in a neighborhood that's has garbage behind buildings, the dumpster area looks VERY unclean and is piled with trash. This neighborhood or property could be taken care of a whole better than it is.

This is a beautiful community the staff are attentive and polite. I am definitely glad I picked this one out of many.

Overall am satisfied with walnut ridge,the management team have been awesome always responding as quick as they can to resolve any challenging issues in the apartments.

Walnut Ridge Apartments is a great community. The time that I have been here 2 yrs has been a great experience. I would recommend the community to friends, family and anyone thats looking to live in a great place they have a lot to offer Respectful and friendly , starting from the Office Staff , maintenance, and ground staff.

In the past 8 years I have enjoyed my stay living at Walnut Ridge. I have not had any issues or concerns while here. The maintenance team is awesome with all they have to do. Sometimes you may have to have a little patience they will get to you. The office staff keeps you on top of changes and things going on they are very polite and will help with issues and concerns, remember they're here to keep the community safe.

Living here at walnut ridge has been great . I have been here For 2 years. The grounds are clean I love the fact that they offer recycling for trash along with a compact that keeps trash inside. They have a nice playground area that when my nieces come over they are safe and safe from driving vehicles. They offer a safe place to work out and when in season a nice pop area with a guard on site. Last but not least the office team is great they make sure things get done in a timely manner they are always ready to answer any questions and concerns. When you walk in the office the team makes you feel right at home and always greet with a smile. I love living here at walnut ridge apartments.

Ive been at Walnut Ridge for 2 1/2 years my experience living there is wonderful I dont mind recommending anyone to live @ Walnut ridge a safe and respectful environment!!!

Walnut Ridge Management do and Awesome job in making sure that the Community stay Safe, and Clean as possible. When it comes to Maintenance they are friendly and quick to resolve any questions or concerns . They even offer activities for the community . Walnut Ridge makes you feel like they value your opinion.

Overall have had a pleasant time at walnut ridge and a good relationship with office staffs.
