I renewed at Walnut Towers for another year this past March thanks to the wonderful fellow residents, extremely attentive maintenance staff, and excellent building amenities. For once in the last decade in this city, I don't plan on moving any time soon!

Great place to live clean, comfortable, up-to-date, quiet (other than the traffic noise from the Parkway), located in a wonderful neighborhood, and some of the best views in the city. Fixtures, floors, and surfaces are easy to keep clean. Parking is easy and free, and the parking lot is very well-lit at night. Elevators are fast and usually not too busy. Walnut Capital staff and maintenance are professional. I'm happy that I moved to Walnut Towers it suits my needs well and is worth what I pay in rent.

Complete Disappointment
We have lived here 6 weeks and have only had problems. This is not a luxury apartment at all. We have made 17 maintenance requests since moving in August 7th and it's September 23rd they range from flooding to cabinets falling apart. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms and they refuse to do anything about it. We will not be living here a second year. It has been nothing but a let down and a disappointment.
