Walton Westside

I hate that this is the only way to get this issue sorted. We came to tour this property on Oct 8th after living at another Walton property for 14 months. We met with Kyle, who is no longer here. We noticed that there were large commercial recycling dumpsters located right along the outside wall of the apartment. We asked how often they get picked up and were told that they pick up every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Kyle told us that the cans are put out before the maintenance team leaves for the day on a Tuesday & Thursday after 3 pm, Mondays before 8 am and, are collected before noon on collection day. We were told that they are brought back in by the maintenance team right after they are collected. We moved in on Oct 29th, immediately encountering problems. Our biggest problem was that the trash was and still is today, regularly overflowing. Trash is left all over the loading dock area and the trash cans are left right outside our apartment for days on end without being emptied. When we first raised complaints about this, we were told we were exaggerating the issue and numerous times accused of using old photos. We emailed again on Jan 1st, 14th, 18th, 21st, 25th, Feb 1st, 5th, and March 15th. MaryBob, asking us to stop sending emails on Mar 15th because there was nothing they could do about it, apparently. We did stop and instead set up our own camera. More emails on May 22nd, 25th & 26th, to no avail. All broken promises. On June 12th, we complained again because the trash cans had been out for 48hrs and would be out for 48hrs more. They were moved at 5:30 pm and put back out around 7:30 am on the 14th. The trash company is Republic waste and their driver broke 2 of the property's trash cans, left trash all over the road, and dumped the recycling as trash. Now the trash cans are left in the loading dock and the smell is unbearable. The property then came to us and asked if we could give them the footage from our camera so they could hold Republic accountable for breaking their dumpsters. There was no apology, no resolution, no goodwill, no nothing, just how we could help them! We recently lost our 12-year-old dog who passed away from a stomach infection which we have been unable to prove was not because he licked something off the grass outside that came off the dumpsters. We have constant issues with large flies and fruit flies all through the apartment and the smell is unbearable.

I literally never want to leave, Walton Westside is absolute perfection. Our apartment is so beautiful with SO much natural light. Amanda was the best at helping us out when we were first touring and learning about Walton Westside. Kyle has responded quickly and been SO helpful throughout our year of living here. The entire building and grounds are always so clean, the hallway smells good, the gym is always clean and beautiful, the rooftop is amazing, the location is everything.

I have lived in Atlanta for 16 years and it is the best apartment complex I have been in. Great community and excellent location.

Move in was a breeze! Ive lived here for about half a year so far and have had no issues so far. Amenities are beautiful and always clean, and the location is AMAZING. Steps away from restaurants, bars, and shops. Management is very kind and super responsive. Sends updates frequently. Same goes for maintenance. Ive never had a question or request go unhandled, and usually receive an immediate response. Such a gem!

Walton Westside truly creates a community environment. All of the staff go above and beyond to care for each other and serve tenants and each other. Fellow residents are friendly and respectful of each other and really take ownership of the community. I am so glad to call Walton Westside home!

I have never experienced community satisfaction the way I do at Walton Westside! The grounds are impeccable, the staff is like family, and I feel extremely safe and secure at all times! I could not recommend this residence enough.

Walton Westside is an incredible place to live. It's located in a great part of West Midtown with tons of great restaurants and shopping nearby. The amenities offered are greatthe terrace area on the roof provides an incredible view of downtown Atlanta. Everyone that I've met from the Walton team has been very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Although Ive only moved in, I have really enjoyed my experience thus far! The leading staff is very kind and accommodating, the location is great and the amenities are very nice. No complaints here!

Great apartment complex! Very minimal thing to fix like water pressure, washer and dryer included, and access to elevator for move in/out.

I looked at many apartments on the west side as well as near the beltline and Walton stood out head and shoulders above the rest. Great location and community with an excellent leasing staff. Amenities are great and lots of great dining nearby. So far so great

Walton Westside is a gorgeous community with everything you could ask for in West Midtown! The leasing staff is excellent and patiently help me as a very indecisive prospect. The amenities are amazing, and the rooftop view cant be beat. The apartments are in great condition and had no issues upon move-in. Youre walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops in west midtown as well, which makes it very convenient. Overall, I am extremely happy with my choice here at Westside.

Walton is AWESOME! I have had such a good experience living here and cannot recommend it enough to my friends. Kevin is amazing and such a pleasure to have around the community. He is always thoughtful and goes above and beyond to assist the residents. I have never lived in an apartment community that I loved so much.

Walton Westside feels like how "home" should be: from the initial contact with Kyle, to our move-in day experience, and every day after that, I have felt very "thought of" and honestly, cared for, here at Walton Westside. This has been especially important for me personally: I was a little nervous about moving back to Atlanta. The entire team at Walton really helped make the entire process easy, hassle-free, and enjoyable. I've never had a move-in experience feel so intentional and helpful! It's only been about a month since my partner and I moved in, and we have loved being here from the minute we hopped out of the Haul to meet Kyle in person. So so thankful for Walton and the staff that makes this place such an amazing place to live. TLDR; the amenities slay, the staff is amazing, and it's the best spot to live in Atlanta. Seriously.

Walton Westsides amenities, bedrooms, and bathrooms are clean, sleek, and modern. The leasing staff truly cares about their tenants and is easily accessible. The location is fabulous and is right around the corner from your favorite restaurants, shops, and bars.

Walton Westside is wonderful! THE best apartment complex in Atlanta. It's so nice having a community that cares about each other and the property and wants nothing more than to see it continue being a beautiful and clean place to live.

Walton had the best reviews out of any complex I researched before taking a tour. I immediately fell in love with the views, amenities, and how respectful and dedicated the staff is. My move-in process took less than two weeks and the management was exceptional in addressing all of my concerns. In addition, any maintenance issues were addressed within 24 hours. The location, amenities, and staff can not be beat.

Kevin goes above and beyond to provide an excellent service. He even takes care of non- related issue which I love. for example, while he fixed the bathroom leak, he changed a bulb in my kitchen and now thats a service.

The leasing office staff are so incredibly helpful and sweet. Amanda, Kyle, and Mary-Bob always welcome you with a smile and build relationships with each and every resident. The grounds are beautiful and I always feel safe at Walton Westside.

Walton Westside is a lovely community with friendly staff and great amenities. Being able to walk across the street to the goat farm and get some fresh air has been a life saver during this pandemic. Chattahoochee Coffee building built into the community is an absolute dream.

I just requested a light bulb for the track lighting in my kitchen, and they left one outside my front door. I was able to change out the lightbulb without any issues.

Walton Westside stands head and shoulders above the other apartment complexes in which Ive lived over the years. I cant say enough good things about the staff and their willingness to go above and beyond to help their residents.

We live in the Walton Westside building and are incredibly happy with our experience here. We have a great view of the city and are in walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants and ice cream shops. The community events are a nice time to meet our neighbors especially since we just moved here and dont have a lot of friends around. Im so glad we made the decision to live here!

I love living here. Kyle, Marybob, and Amanda are great. But we have not been pleased with maintenance. This is the second time my apartment flooded in the past two months. I understand that an upstair's neighbor's leaky washer cannot be helped--but it seems like the issue was not full investigated when reported. Kevin was here and gone within ten minutes the first time. Thus causing us yet again to call emergency maintenance later in the evening. Ronald and Justin have been the most helpful throughout any of our issues. Just VERY inconvenienced by having to run fans day in and out and pay for that power bill, have no wifi for my job, and NO lights in major thoroughfares of our apartment coming on two days now.

Walton Westside is a beautiful, convenient, and clean community! The customer service from the staff, the many amenities, and great floor plans are some of the reasons we love living here. The location is also a huge perk - walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars, and shopping in Atlanta.

Walton Westside is the best apartment building in / near Atlanta Midtown. Not because they are cost effective, in a great location, or next to so many great restaurants / places to walk. Walton Westside is the best because of the people that work here. For me, they have set a new precedence for exceptional customer service.

Walton Westside has a fantastic location since it is walking-distance to many of the restaurants and bars in the area. The staff is exceedingly warm and friendly with maintenance being very responsive. This has been my first experience living in an apartment complex and Walton Westside has in many ways exceded my expectations!

After moving from an apartment complex that went through 3 different groups of management staff in 4 years, quality had significantly gone down, after experiencing Walton and seeing staff memebers who have been around over 6 years I knew right away this is where I wanted to live!
