Property Ratings at Walton's Landing Townhomes
The management is non-existent. The building quality is poor and infested with roaches. Not enough parking and loud neighbors. My family will never live like this again!!! Terrible!!!!
This community doesn’t really care if you move in or not. If you can get to the approval part you will be ok but there is no sense of urgency to earn your business. Good community once you get past the initial set up.
Everything about the property sucks, employees, as well as how the property was built. You cannot get a hold of anyone in the office to do anything, take your money else where

Workmanship in townhomes is very poor and not luxury or close. Suggest anyone wanting to lease bring an inspector along so not surprised after move in with no one who cares and wants to help, only make excuses. Environment is like living in low rent district , never lived in one but have visited low rent areas when did government work. Rates go up and down since they had trouble leasing. Incentives are not offered to those who already live here. Tenants are only a number to Greystar, sad but true. Better living choices in this area to chose from.

Professional and friendly team from the time you walk in the door. Everyone is educated on the property and helpful with any questions. Very quiet townhomes, well lit sidewalks and property clean and beautiful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a secure, quiet life. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping.
