Hamilton Township sits on the east side of Trenton, roughly forming a triangle between the Delaware River, Mercer County Park, and the turnpike. Just over an hour’s drive from both New York City and Philadelphia, those choosing Hamilton apartments have convenient access to two of America’s most distinctive cities (rail service has made Hamilton a popular home base for commuters as well).
Hamilton is also home to one of the largest municipal parks in the state (the 350 acre Veterans Park) and borders the 2,500 acre Mercer County Park. Grounds for Sculpture on the northwest edge of the township is one of the community’s major landmarks, with dozens of works of art on display across 42 acres of parkland.

Property Ratings at Warner Village Apartments
for the way they treat you and their kindness
Do not make the mistake of moving here. These apartments are so outdated and DIRTY. They don't even replace the dirty carpet upon you moving in. You have to bring your own AC units. The neighborhood is no good either.( dangerous area) You hear couples fighting constantly (cursing each other out everyday) Invest your money else where.
Horrible quality apartments. Extremely outdated complex. Landlords do not care when you experience a maintenance issue and giggle on the phone when you call to report. If you leave your windows open the smell of weed comes through. Please, do yourself a favor and invest your money else where.
Can't believe how I was treated when I went into this rental office. I was approved for a 2br. I asked for proof that I was approved and was told that I had to pay the full security deposit and first months rent before I could see my own paper work. I haven't even seen the apartment, who h they will not allow until I pay them money. Honestly some people should stick to what they know best. This place is a joke.

The apartments are fine, but the maintenance service is disgusting, they treat you like animals, when you are the users of tTheheir apartments, who make them have a job.

We are sorry to hear your review on the maintenance staff. We have had the same people for quite some time. We pride ourselves in keeping the buildings in good condition. Please feel free to contact the corporate office at rentals@cjlombardo.com if you would like to discuss.
I am impressed with what I have seen on this screen by this apartment
Terrible place to live. Landlords are nasty and never fixes anything.
