We've lived at Warren at York for almost two years. We are very satisfied with the service and attention of the staff. The maintenance requests are always responded to promptly!

Apartment quality is great in terms of layout, square footage, closets, etc. Management is also very responsive to emails and feedback.

Helder and Mike are great, both professional and quick to respond. However, their hands are tied with multiple issues that fall in the hands of poor management. There’s only so much they can do. At this stage, maintenance has done all they can to address the ceiling leak that’s causing fire alarm alerts, banging in the walls that has persisted since we’ve moved in. There are flies mysteriously coming in from the windows that can’t be solved. Additionally, we’re on our second washer/dryer because of the noise and gas smell that they emit. The leak needs to be fixed or else this apartment will be considered not livable for the next rainfall we have. Not to mention there is likely mold between the roof and our ceiling considering the first leak took months to be addressed. Samantha has given us 48 hours since yesterday around noon to determine whether we will break our lease or not. Because this is an unrealistic timeframe to find someplace to move to with an infant, I expect to hear back on when the multiple issues will be fixed, not patched up but actually fixed within this same 48 timeframe. Then, we can actually make an educated decision.

The entire staff are very friendly and professional. They respond promptly to any questions or concerns.

We've been living at Windsor for just under 1 month & so far it's been great. Amanda in the leasing office has been very attentive and the staff at concierge are always helpful. We also had a small maintenance issue on the Friday of a long weekend and within 1-2 hours of requesting assistance the problem was fixed very quickly by an helpful staff from maintenance/engineering.

The process of leasing and moving in was easy and the staff was always responsive. The concierge staff was very helpful all the time

Getting minor repairs done is always a breeze here at 120 York.

The maintenance man is very, very good. He responds to work orders quickly and is incredibly handy. I’m addition to his skill, he’s a nice person to have around. He’s friendly, personable, and nice to talk to.

Great location and superb staff keep the building running smoothly and tenants happy.

When my wife and I looked for apartments that could accommodate one of us working in Bayonne while the other attended graduate school in Manhattan, Jersey City quickly became the obvious location. After touring several local buildings, Warren at York stood head and shoulders above the competitors for value and quality. The efficient layouts allowed us to move from a nearly 1000 sqft home to a 734 sqft unit comfortably. The apartments themselves we found to be higher quality than others in the downtown area and at an equal or lower price.

Really like the apartment. Clean and well structured. Great location, quiet but not far away from city center.

The team in this building really is excellent. Incredibly prompt, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that the issue is resolved. They also take the time to explain to me what the solution to the issue is, and always follow up. I'm very pleased with the maintenance staff here.

The building is so well maintained and the staff are professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic place to live! The building is very clean. The apartments are spacious and gets lots of light. Would recommend anyone to live here.

Modern building with well thought out floorplans in a great location within Paulus Hook. Building is well managed and is overall very clean, and maintenance concerns are usually quickly addressed. Decent amenities including a 24 hour concierge, dog run, small fitness center and resident lounge and rooftop. One of the few buildings that does not have a pool, though.

The Warren at York staff is fantastic & makes this place feel like home!

Noticed that there are some noises every Thurday night, this is a bit annoying.

The staff are all fantastic with the exception of Jazz who very rarely acknowledges your existence and clearly does not want to be in her role. She makes it very uncomfortable when she is working. Rita and everyone else are such a joy to see everyday.

Living at warrem at windsor has been very pleasant, a familiar atmosphere, very responsive staff and well kept building and maintenances.

A great place to live. The building is maintained very well and all staff are courteous and helpful.

The location is great and community amenities are decent but many of the in-apartment features are old and need to be repaired. All of our ACs make extremely loud and unusual sounds and one AC continually freezes when in AC mode. Our oven makes noises and doesn't always turn on (often takes a few attempts). Many features/paints, especially in the bathroom, are wearing down and need to be redone. And we've only lived here for a few months, so we didn't expect so many things to need to be fixed.

Beautifully maintained building in a lovely neighborhood. Very efficient layout for our 2br unit. Easy access to garage. Very quick repair should anything happen in our unit, and maintenance/cleaning staff are very friendly and efficient.

It has been a nice living in Warren at York. There is nothing to complain. Staff are very nice and helpful. Well maintained, clean and peaceful living here. I would recommend this community.

Our experience with Warren at York has been a pleasure. Justin from the leasing office has helped us through the leasing process and continues to help us settle into our new home. We would reccomend this community to anyone who wants to live in Jersey City.

So far, so good. Moved in a month ago from the Windsor at Liberty House, and the great management team associated with the Windsor Communities continues to apply here.

I am always really impressed by this property. Everyone is so great!

We had such a smooth move-in at Warren. We hadn't been able to see the apartment in person prior to moving because of COVID. We only did a facetime call, but we liked what we saw there and relied on the reviews we saw for the building. We were a little nervous, but those all went away as soon as we arrived to the apt. on move-in day. Our unit exceeded all expectations-- so spacious, pretty finishes, convenient location etc. Management greeted us with some rosé on the kitchen counter which was a nice touch too!

We love our new home! The move in process was very smooth considering we had to move during lockdown. Everyone was responsive, helpful, and kept us safe. I am looking forward to being able to use the ammenities one day, but for now, our private terrace has been wonderful.

Great apartment community if youre looking to be in a nice place close to downtown - definitely cant beat the location. Apartment layout is well thought out and provides ample space and storage. Appliances and finishes are all new as well.

Warren at York is a tight-knit community with a super-friendly staff, making the entire building warm and inviting. Perfect size building to support amenities without being too large or impersonal. Have run into existing friends who are residents and made several new ones!

One of the best communities I have lived in Jersey City. Great building and amenities, reasonable rents, quite block, day care in building, close to excellent public / private schools and places to eat. What I especially like about the building is that it is not a high rise, so fewer residents for the same amenities high rise buildings offer.

The people at Warren at York are amazing, they are approachable and supportive, there couldnt be a better staff! The apartment was also amazingly clean at move in, I couldnt believe how spotless they were able to make it.

Our stay in Warren at York has been great, so convenient for school and work. Especially the kind of support provided by management, concierge and maintenance team is awesome.

Warren at York is a quality building. Very nice and well maintained amenities throughout and the apartments have very nice, modern finishes. The staff are terrific and deal quickly with any issues. The location is also very convenient being a 7 minute walk to either the Grove St or Exchange Place PATH stations making the commute into the city very quick and easy.

We moved here from Manhattan and are SO happy we did! Its the perfect transition community and we are loving it here.

1 yr old boutique style 145 apartments in a friendly comfortable neighborhood of Paulus Hook, but only 10 minutes to downtown Manhattan when we need an anxiety fix. Great staff and services. Great views of NY Harbor. We don't need no stinking pool or the $600 amenity fees that goes with it.
