Definitely trash apartments from front to back move people in without telling them that it’s roaches I’m just so disgusted maintenance is trash don’t fix anything ignoring your request they should be ashamed of they self. This whole apartment needs fixed ugh

We’re disappointed that you’re not having a stellar experience in our community. We strive to address maintenance requests in a timely manner, so we apologize for missing the mark with you. If you haven’t already, please submit a pest control request, and we will treat your home as soon as possible. Additionally, we ask that you give our office a call to discuss your experience in greater detail.
We were shown a 3 bedroom dump with permanently frosted windows, broken cabinets,metal shutter closet doors and the apartment was filthy from front to back. We chose not to live there and are now trying to get our $250 deposit back. Told that it's going to take 45 days to get that back. Management who handles the refunds wasn't in for the last two days. Giving me and my daughter the run around. Be very careful with these people and ask if the previous tenant had bed bugs bc they fumigated for something but it didn't kill the roaches. Saw those too.
I have been living out here since March of 2016. With the new management and ownership that place has done a complete 360. Office staff is very professional and maintenance is always quick to fix any issues I have. We finally have the heated year round indoor pool and brand new basket ball court! They are building a playground, dog park, and grilling area this summer! I am just thrilled to sit back on my brand new patio and watch all the exciting changes! I highly reccommed coming and checking everything out yourself!
These apartments are unsafe. Because of all the duck poo in side the building i know its unsanitary. There is so much viloence in in these apartments and the maintance sucks.

We are the Civic Center Plaza in downtown Peoria. We are sorry that you had an horrible experience with Legacy Park. If you are still in the market for an apartment, we have the most unique units in Peoria and would love to have the opportunity to meet all of your apartment expectations if and when you come visit to the Civic Center Plaza Apartments.
