Property Ratings at Warren Village Apartments
I’ve Been Here Less Than A Month And Already Regret It . Sure My Unit Is Nice , But Not Only Have They Reversed My $300 Holding Fee That Is Supposed To Be Credited Towards My 1st Full Months Rent, I Filled Out The Checklist For All The Things That Needed To Be Fixed Within My First 7 Days Of Being Here, They Never Came To Fix ANY Of It . Also Randy In The Office Doesn’t Answer The Phone . I Have To Call 10x Back To Back To Get Him To Pick Up , Told Him The Issue I Was Having, He Didn’t Care LIED To Me And Told Me He Wasn’t In The Office 20 Mins Later, I Left Out For Work & Saw Him Walking Out Of The Office . I Called Ivanhoe ( The Management Company) , They Did Absolutely Nothing , So Now I’m Out Of Any Extra $300 Unnecessarily . DO NOT MOVE HERE ! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!! If Things Change, I Have No Problem Editing This Review.
Ok I'd just like to state that I've lived in the worst of the worst places before moving here, all over the country. This is by far the BEST place I've lived. It has everything we were looking for. Dishwasher (brand new btw), washer and dryer in unit, pets allowed, 2 full bathrooms, and in a good area. It's close to everything and all the stores we want. The manager is so nice, willing to work with you and you can text him when you have problems and he actually responds! I've had plenty of managers who never did and never got to our work orders in a decent amount of time. Some people have their grievances about this place but I do not. I love it here and it was everything I wanted.
Walls are paper thin. You will hear everything from your neighbors. Trash all over the grounds. Icy sidewalks during the winters. Old outdated appliances. Outrageous electric bill. Lazy manager. I regret moving here. People are moving out all of the time.
Many problems. In need of major upgrades. Closets doors falling off, bad smells inside of apartment, old appliances. Grounds are filled with dead leaves and flying trash from the dumpsters. Manager doesn't fix things he puts bandaids on them. If you live on the 1st floor you will have a continuous problems with all sort of bug problems. I'm seeing people move in and move out despite the claim of a one year waiting list.
I'm a current resident and I love it here. I'm in a 1 bedroom. I love the washer/dryer in my apartment. The stove is outdated, but I have a fully equipped kitchen. Dishwashers are standard here. I've lived here for 3 years and I do not plan to move any time soon.
I honestly love these apartments they look spacious and comfortable, they are also affordable.. I think this is it.
