Property Ratings at Warren Wood
Everything is perfect! I highly recommend this place, especially for the family :) I love three beds on the first floor so I can play and barbeque with my family anytime.
management and services are doing great job. Recommended
Moved in this past summer and love where I am. The women in the leasing office are always available and happy to answer any questions and help with anything needed. The apartments are kept well maintained by a just as awesome maintenance team. They welcomed my dog and I with open arms during this crazy pandemic. You won't be disappointed!

Thank you so much for the kind words! We work hard to make everyone feel comfortable in our community! :)
They do not respond to service repairs in a timely manner, forcing tenets to live in unsanitary environments for a long period of time. They also do not allow you to view the unit you are leasing prior to signing the lease. I felt duped between the pictures shown and the unit I have to live in.

We appreciate your feedback. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, our team hasn't been allowed to enter homes unless it is an emergency. We apologize for this inconvenience, however, it is out of our hands. We thoroughly clean and sanitize the apartments before move in and it is resident responsibility to keep the home clean. We give our current residents privacy by not showing their home to future possible renters. I am sorry to hear you are not happy with your apartment. Please reach out to us so we can learn how to make you more comfortable in your home. Our team works extremely hard to keep everyone in our community happy. We look forward to hearing from you. Warm Regards, Warren Wood Apartments
I moved into Warren Wood Apartments after my home was destroyed by a fire. I lost everything, and the staff were extremely helpful as I navigated the chaotic weeks which followed. Since arriving, I've found the staff consistently communicative, responsive and considerate. I love the apartment itself, which has a very nice view and is a substantial upgrade to the one I lost in the fire. It's got lots of closet space, easy-to-clean wood-tone flooring, and plenty of light thanks to its many large windows. I'm actually moving to a larger apartment in the near future -- but I'm extremely satisfied here at Warren Wood, and am not even considering moving to a different complex. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much for the kind words! We work hard to satisfy our community's residents!
We have been living in 2 bedroom apartment for 4 months now and it is perfect for families. My 2 kids love to play in the playground, play soccer on the huge grass area, and enjoyed swimming in the private pool in summer. 15min to Cornell by bus. 3 min to a shopping mall by car.
We lived at Warren Wood apartment for 3 years and we liked it a lot. If you have several kids as we do (three young kids) this place is really good for you. First of all, it is a beautiful place and very green with small grass areas where kids can play. Secondly, in summer times there are a lot of kids playing outside in the playground areas. For us, that was great because our kids spend most of the afternoon outside and didn't get stuck to the screen all the time. The complex itself is very close to Northeast elementary school or De-Weit middle school which both of them are ranked very high, and there are 3 major bus lines to take you to the university. In my opinion, our apartment was very good with big bedrooms and a lot of space for storage. I especially liked the living room which was bright and very large compared to other complexes that I have seen, with dedicated space for a dining area which I think is really important. Overall, I can't really complain about anything serious. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, the management was kind and very helpful and took care of all our problems, there is a good maintenance to the apartment (serious problems will be fixed right away but if it is not an emergency call you can wait a couple of days until they will come to fix the problems), and the winter maintenance (snow removal) was good and efficient.
Cons: The floor is not sound proof and doesn't block the noise from upstairs. I live at a one bedroom apartment on the second floor and a young couple lives on the third floor upstairs. I hear their walking steps and whatever they do on the carpet. I hear when they pee in the bathroom, the fan, and the toilet flush. They also saw in their apartment. In addition, the floor generates the noise of shaking when they walk. I doubt that the floor is not solid concrete. Pros: The staff are friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. The surrounding including the lawn, the trees, and public space is well taken care of.
Comfortable and warm through-out the winter months. Enjoyed the beautiful trees in spring and summer months. Thank you for a friendly, helpful welcome and stay. Front office and maintenance people are very helpful and dedicated to making a pleasant living space. Mr. & Mrs. Mahon
I had a one-bedroom last year, which had a spacious living and bed room. The environment was great, and supper-great Asian supermarket and Target nearby within walking range!
I moved into Warrenwood for the sole purpose of having a pool in my backyard, but ITS NEVER OPEN. Even when the landlord sent out a pool schedule saying it would be open everyday in the summer, it has never been open at the scheduled times WITHOUT any further notice. So if you're choosing warrenwood over the many other apartment complexes because of the pool, don't bother, you won't get to use it anyway. Even after calling and complaining, and finding it really funny that the landlord didn't even know it was closed (so the lifeguard was just probably leaving without saying anything and getting paid) nothing has been done. Very frustrating when you want to come home from work on a hot day and take a quick dip. I wonder where my rent money is going if it's supposed to be going towards the pool.
Super clean when I moved in...staff is so helpful...close to school and shops...plenty of space...nice and quiet too! I guess you do get what you pay for.
Well located, near shopping and Cornell University. Staff is friendly, and facilities are well maintained. Large spacious apartments with park like atmosphere.
Pros: this is a good place for a professional or family to live, as the complex is quiet and the units are clean. It is on 3 bus routes. Cons: maintenance is the slowest of any place i have ever lived and they DO NOT plow to remove snow. If you don't have an SVU you are basically trapped in the parking lot.
I found this to be very acceptable place to live. It will be my place for a home in the near future.
