Property Ratings at Warris Farms Apartments
I've had an apartment here since 2015. The property is well cared for. The unit is really nice and in good condition. The location is clean and spacious. I enjoy having the amenities provided such as having the laundry washing and drying machines, fridge, dish washing machine, balcony, storage room, etc. The view of the pond is beautiful. I like seeing it in the morning when I wake up and the fresh trees that surround it. The property is in a good location and I like it here. I'm really grateful for Nick who has always gone out of his way to help me and my family quickly with any needs at the apartment (water system, furnace maintenance, air filters, etc.). We've had a lot of great experiences with my parents and other family members that have visited here over the years. I'm very pleased here and I highly recommend other people check this place out as well!
I've lived in my apartment at WF for three years. The property is well maintained, the apartments are very nice, the in-unit amenities are great (in-unit laundry, balcony, etc.), and overall I'm quite happy here. The best part of being here is our property manager, Jackie. She goes WAY out of her way to make sure things are taken care of promptly. I've only ever had very minor things that I've needed, but any time I reach out to her, the response is immediate and the problem is resolved. Also worth pointing out: Our maintenance team is great, and gets things handled quickly as well. My only minor gripe about the property is the lack of other common amenities: We don't have a pool or fitness center, and both of those would be _incredibly_ nice to have. However, as I said, this is minor! My biggest test is of the quality of a property is: Am I comfortable having my mother over to my apartment. And, at WF, it's a resounding yes. Overall, I absolutely recommend folks check out the property!

This place is truly first class. The apartments are spacious, the grounds immaculate and the best part? IT'S IN LIVONIA SCHOOLS, so my kids get to go awesome schools! I've shopped around and these were the best apartments in the area that I found!

Today I’m sitting on my balcony looking across the street at the apartment across the street and it’s sad that it looks better over there than here. Never thought I would say this. I don’t understand why they won’t let the people come cut our grass once a wk like the other apartments. We pay a lot of money only to be looking so horrible!!! That’s the biggest complaint I’m reading is the grounds!!

Living in a beautiful apt view is a small pond.. 8 mins from work my husband and I are overwhelm with bills we don't know how we can make it I hope u can put us i. The contest we are Baby boomers seniors who are still working with 12 grandchildrens we would like to spoiled

In October 2014, I moved into my "house within an apartment". Never looked at my apartment until move in. And to my surprise 1200sq ft, Cathedral ceiling, 2 full baths, and much more. Feels like a house instead of apartment. And the maintenance and leasing team incredible. Not one complaint. One complex that apartment.com should offer. I actually found to property leaving a nearby property featured on your website. So I have you to thank for my incredible experience thus far. Thank you apartment.com.
