Been trying to get ahold of someone, literally anyone, at this property and can't. scheduled a virtual tour and was stood up. very terrible to deal with. doubt this will prompt a reply even.

We moved in almost a week ago and so far our experience has been amazing. Rosa helped us out every step of the way and answered any and all questions insanely quickly. The staff has also been quick to respond to any issues we were having. Everyone in the complex is friendly but also keeps to themselves. What we're super happy about is how quiet it is. There's currently some construction going on during the day and that has limited some parking availability close to our building, but there's still tons of options and even though I arrive later in the evening, I always find a spot a building or two away. The apartments are in a great area, tons of shopping, food and entertainment around in a short walking distance or short car drive. On the outside the apartments look a bit older, but inside everything looks more modern and updated. Again, big kudos to Rosa for being so kind and helpful! Would highly recommend moving here!
Maintenance is a joke they don’t fix anything I had to bring a video to the office after I called in and said my light needed fixed and the maintenance man came told me it’s fine and left I had to bring a video to the office to prove my point she set me a appointment no one came received a email saying work order completed how is it when no one ever came that was a 2 months ago lights still broken . Asked for my dry to be fixed at least 5 time still have to dry my clothes 4 time for them to dry. They are always turning of the water for hours . When it does finally come back on the pressure is so low you have to turn both knobs to get something. It’s always poop everywhere. My home was broken into had to call the police no one from the office even called to check in on us just added rental insurance to or lease . The staff in the office is rude and not helpful at all .
I've been living here almost a year and it was good when we moved because it was almost winter time so we couldn't see any roaches around or ants... this place is FULL of them small, medium, big, and flying huge ones! So I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.. the price is good but If you want to leave with roaches and ants everywhere around you then this is the place you want. Another thing is that they don't replace the batteries for your fire alarms you have to buy them. If you want to live on the aparments that are not renovated they are UGLY! The cabinets are horrible.. the floor is horrible. And they won't change the carpet from the past lease they had. Wich is HORRIBLE.. they are supposed to be color beige and it looks grey. They gym they have is only open when the office is working until 6pm so since last year that I moved here I haven't used it because normal people works on those hours... so is a waste having a gym where you can't use anytime. For me this apartment complex looks like the getto side of westchase. People from outside enter the aparments without being residents. There's been multiple robberies and they don't do much for changing that.. the only thing they do is crime prevention meetings and just let me tell you... Is not helping at all so you have to change your tactics to prevent crime around here Belvedere Westchase. Oh and don't waste your time telling me to call the office or write about it because I already did. And it's not changing anything neither.
When I first moved in there was a dachsund who used to run around terrorizing other dogs on walks and trying to bite people. Management had no idea about it, and never did anything about my multiple complaints about dog owners not cleaning up after their pets. There's still a stray cat problem, added to by unfixed outside pet cats, even though the lease explicitly forbids those. The gates are usually wide open, which has led to two breakins and a naked man running through the parking lot trying to get in people's cars as they drove past. Not sure if he was a resident or not, but even though EMS and police showed up management had no idea about that either. There was also a fire that destroyed twelve townhomes. The pools were out of order after being deemed hazardous by the city of Houston... For two and a half months. In the middle of the summer. Any time you ask management about a problem, they either have no idea about it or go straight to "We can't do anything about that." Don't waste your money here.
I wished I wouldn't have renewed my lease which was up in July, 2015. The leasing agents and maintenance service is lousy. Also they started this new valet trash service which is totally unnecessary all it has done is created more roaches to be in the living area or in front of your door.
The grounds are well kept for the most part it is very quiet . Be careful upon signing your lease make sure if you get an upgraded apartment that they specify what will be in the apartment . I was told my carpets would be upgraded and upon moving in I was put on the back burner due to a change in managers . they have yet to upgrade my carpet and I am to busy to even grill them about it . if you ever need anything done by them you will have to grill them.the water and trash is priced unreasonably sometimes my water bill is 50 dollars sometimes it is 20 ,mind you I stay in a one bedroom one bath with just me myself. the insulation is horrible be ready to have a light bill in the 120 to 150 range if you have a one bedroom. The trash pick up is very convenient and they are pretty consistent with it . The pool is very nice and never crowded . parking isn't bad for me they have reserved parking available but honestly you wont need it as long as you come home at usual times (not 3 am in the am when everyone is already home). you can only pay your rent online if you don't have a checking account get one this is the only way you can pay your rent for free . with a check via online. if you pay with any major credit card you will be charged any where from 20-28 dollars depending on which one you have . they are completely paperless. you can also pay with western union but the line is always ridiculously long if you are paying on the 1st 2nd or 3rd of the month. to sum it up this place is nice if you just need to move in pronto and don't really care about customer service .
Older community, decent condition. Dumpsters in each building need to be cleaned, the odor of trash can be smelled on the second and third floors. Maintenance issues after reprted but,take a lot of time to be handled. The pool was closed by the City of Houston until the end of July. The access gate is often broken and one one of the buildings the 1st floor door to the building does not close completely, it has been like this for several months.
We were give the keys to an apt that was not ready for move base on the problems we had since day 1. The apt had an ugly smell, leak in the closet, took 3 weeks to finally move us to another apt, they were not sympathetic at all. The rooms have no fan or lights. They want you to buy your own fan with light so you won't come to you bedroom in the dark (not safe) every apartment I've lease has had a light switch as you walk into the room. Management has poor communication skills w tenants.

Great location. Very convenient.The staff are nice and friendly. 4 star due to the only highway is tollway. And apartment is a little bit small. The patio is outside door and you can't actually utilized the space.
1.The parking sucks 2. The floor boards are rotten 3. There are cracks in the foundation by every window 4. I cant use the gym when I want to 5. ROACHES!!!!!
