Surrounded by mountains to the south, east and west, Midvale and its neighbors maintain an isolated haven from an often tumultuous world. Small towns with big personalities, these communities give the city a run for its money in both convenience and sophistication. Residents have access to a wide range of public services and amenities, as well as outdoor recreation and a thriving art scene.
Just 12 miles north, Salt Lake City is a short commute away; an easy half-hour of driving gets you downtown. Close proximity to Interstate 15 takes the hassle out of driving to the city and beyond.
Safe streets and impressive schools attract families, while the enthusiastic spirit of the area appeals to young professionals. Regardless of their differences, everyone appreciates the ample employment opportunities, fine dining and nearby ski resorts.

Property Ratings at Wasatch Club Apartments
During emergency situations I am thankful Wasatch club apartments have an Emergency Contact line during closed business hours. It has come in handy on a couple occasions. I appreciate the work the staff put in. I don’t know them all by name aside from Tyler. He’s been the hero on call during those times and he was excellent. Thanks again man

Hi. We’re so sorry that your experience did not match your expectations. Please help us to improve by providing more information on your experience.
There are cigarettes and dog poop littered all throughout the property. Neighbors screaming at their children in the common area, they had transients camping inside the complex walls. They don't charge a security deposit but are more than happy to drum up fake charges on move out. When I asked for an itemized receipt I was instead delivered the same receipt with a threat to send the bill to collections and harm my credit. I am disgusted by how this company treats their loyal residents that made payments on time consistently and took good care of their property.

We’re sorry to hear that your transition out of our community did not meet your expectations. If there were parts of the lease agreement or our move-out policies that were not comprehensively communicated to you we apologize, and encourage you to reach out to us directly so that we can provide clarification and assistance. Our team truly values hearing feedback from our residents, nevertheless, we're concerned about your perception and characterization of our community. We strive to maintain the grounds fully and while we hope residents communicate with the office if they become aware of an issue, we do apologize if our community has fallen short of your expectations.
Wow...The pictures they show on their site DO NOT match what you see in person. Also the price you see online, is suddenly not available anymore when you arrive to the property. "Oh yeah that price was yesterday, it's now $75 more than what you saw". Good thing I drove 25 minutes to see it. The term "bait and switch" could not be more true, because I got Cat-fished big time! The apartment I was shown was not what you see in the pictures, it was dingy, depressing, small, it smelled musty and did I mentioned SUPER depressing. The carpet was gross... Felt like I needed a crucifix to enter it. I mean YUCK!! Don't be fooled by the "Show Room" units they must put on the apartment sites. You're going to be very disappointed you drove all the way out to see what's not there. Oh and again, the price increase trick to get you out there to see the property, what a crummy move...BIG thumbs down.

While we certainly understand your frustrations, we want to assure you that we do extensive research to make sure we are providing our residents with fair rates, and all of our rental prices are based on current area market values. Prices are subject to change based on availability and several other factors, and we apologize that your experience touring our community left something to be desired. That said, if you still have an interest in our community or have any additional questions or concerns, we'd be happy to speak with you further. Thank you for your feedback
We were told several times by both the maintenance manager and office manager that our leaky ceiling was due to the wood floors and the lady upstairs dumping water on her bathroom floor. They ignored us every time we expressed that ceilings are not supposed to leak when water hits the floor upstairs. They also charged us upon move out for an oven that was broken before we moved in. Don't live here, you'll save a lot of money and headache by living in a better community with higher rent.
This apartment complex is extremely unsafe. Cars are constantly being broken into, the laundry room was recently broken into and destroyed. Neighbors have tried breaking into my apartment while I am home. Property management is unwilling to provide a safe living environment or pay for on site security. I am genuinely concerned for the well being of myself, my girlfriend and my neighbors. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Nick, We are disheartened to hear that your experience at Wasatch Club has not met either of our expectations. We strive to give 5 star services in every situation, but we have fallen short and we apologize. Please feel free to reach out to our manager at 801.562.2017 or come to the office at your earliest convenience so that we can make this right moving forward. We appreciate your feedback
I've lived at the Wasatch Club Apartments for a year now and LOVE it. I've signed again for another year. It's a real community here. The neighbors are all friendly and we watch out for each other. If there's ever been an emergency, say someone is ill or someone is injured, you can bet that the neighbors are going to be there to make sure you're ok. When I first moved in I was a bit apprehensive about living in down town Midvale, right off of State Street. However, the apartments are tucked quietly around the corner, covered with trees and I never hear the street or see people walking around town. I live on the back side of the apartments, and there are a few families that live over on this side, but I've never had children screaming or making a ton of noise. I have occasionally heard kids out playing, but if they're tool loud, you can easily tell them to quiet down or go play at the park on the complex. People are easy going here and are willing to work with you if you are willing to work with them. :) The yards are nicely kept and tidy. I have a service animal and the complex honors ADA compliance. I also live on a bottom floor with wood flooring which was extremely helpful when I first moved in. The staff is wonderful and very friendly. My only complaint is probably with maintenance. If you have to call emergency maintenance, depending on who's on call they have terrible customer service skills. They've been switching out maintenance people recently and doing a lot of updates on the buildings, so if there's someone who's on maintenance now that's not great, I'm sure they wont be working there long. LOL! Over all, this is a good place to live. Be willing to make friends if you want friends. Talk to your neighbors and they'll open up to you. If you want to be a hermit and left alone, people will gladly give you what you request.
Since moving in here eleven months ago, I have had both good and bad experiences. Good: The area is kept nice. They resurfaced the old tennis courts into soccer and basketball courts. The apartments are priced fairly. Bad: Kids will run up and down your stairs screaming. The killer is that you have to stand next to your washers and dryers in the laundromat that you have to use or your neighbors will steal all of your laundry. They don't even have a camera, I asked. There are lots of bugs. Overall, you have to decide for yourself. There are lots of happy people, but I am definitely not one.
