Total Additional Fees per month / per unit are $244 per month which includes: Sewer, Water, Trash, Gas, Trash Valet Service, 1 GB Internet with private router, one reserved, covered parking space, monthly positive credit reporting, access to 24/7 maintenance needs, Landscaping Service, Snow Removal Service. The only utility residents put in their name is electricity, which is currently averaging between $25 - $55 per month / per unit. Pets are allowed for $45 / month and $400 additional deposit. Security Deposit is $300. With an approved application, paid deposit and signed lease we can reserve a unit for up to 45 days upon approval.
