The only utility residents put in their name is electricity, which is currently averaging between $25 - $55 per month / per unit. Pets are allowed for $45 / month and $400 additional deposit. Security Deposit is $300. With an approved application, paid deposit and signed lease we can reserve a unit for up to 45 days upon approval.
