Stockton is a small neighborhood about three miles east of Downtown Camden and Rutgers University-Camden. Although there are rental options for every budget here, renters are attracted to Stockton’s affordability. Stockton mainly consists of brick apartments and two-story houses. The neighborhood is a great option for commuters with Downtown Philadelphia located just five miles west. U.S. Route 130 sits nearby and allows for easier trips into Philly and other parts of Camden. There are several restaurants and stores along Federal Street, but residents flock to Market Place at Garden State Park for more shopping and dining options. If you’re looking for affordability, commutability, or convenience, Stockton is a great choice.

Property Ratings at Washington Park Apartments
I moved in wirh my child 3 months ago. Within a few days, i noticed a mouse. Then a few days after, there were roaches. There are eveb bedbugs. The exterminator came but was no help! Now the hot water doesnt work. There is a 200 dollar fee to turn on heat and electric that they fail to tell you about. There is no internet access. If i had the money to move today, i would!!!!! Every type of critter lives here. I can't stand the roaches! Dont waste ur time or money. If ur a clean person, this is nor the place. I was literally in a rush to move sunce my last place was selling and needed us out within that month. I wish i had more time to look because i wouldnt have moved here had i seen the negative reviews about bedbugs, roaches and mice. Its all true!
Property Manager at Washington Park Apartments, Responded To This Review
We are sorry to hear that you have not been happy with your stay at Washington Park Apartments so far, and that you don’t feel your concerns have adequately been addressed by our team. We understand that your water heater went out earlier this week, but it was apparently replaced the same day it was reported to us. The $200 fee you mentioned is actually the deposit that PSE&G often requires to turn on any new gas or electric service, we have nothing to do with that. We also know that you had a temporary extermination problem that did not include bedbugs, but our understanding was that your problem was resolved quickly, and we have not heard from you since. If you are currently experiencing a problem with extermination or anything else, please be sure to report it to the office as often as necessary. If you would like to meet with our Rental Manager, Charlene, to discuss your concerns in more detail, please feel free to contact her at 856-963-7052, or you can send us an email at residentservices@corsamanagement.com at any time. We hope you will give us the opportunity to address these issues and make your stay a more pleasant one.
It's a busy area and there's always people meandering about. One thing I can say they do keep their lawns manicured. The apartments are dated. The bathroom is part 60s 70s tile with modern points here and there (old and ugly). The kitchen appliances are well old and dated too.

The place is trash it takes their matenance along time to fix up something theres rotches mice and bedbugs right after you move in . The place is ratchet theirs laundry room is small and disgusting the machine doesn't really wash your clothes they never work . dont move there if you're looking for a clean and healthy place
Washington Park apartment are very cozy, nice neighborhood... public transportations are 5 minutes walk from my house ; It's actually easier than i thought. The same bus that takes me to school actually goes to the mall and also there's a lot of restaurant, blowing spot close by the pennsauken Merchantville area. I don't have a car so living there is the right spot for me. Again i said thanks to Rent Apartment. Com app. For helping me find this area i am now living there for 5 years so far
