Property Ratings at Washington Towers
When they present this apartment to you they give you the grand tour and sugarcoat how great it is here but what they fail to tell you is how it’s infested with roaches. They won’t even bring up the roaches. They’re EVERYWHERE!! it’s disgusting !!!!
Mice, roaches, leaks in ac units that never get fixed, horrible neighbors with loud obnoxious music at 8am. I've spoken to property management and police. Nothing is ever done about any of these issues. Been here 3 years and cannot wait to leave. Moved here in a pinch and was convenient at the time but younger and rowdier young adults keep moving in and It's really made living here unbearable. Loudness, lack of consideration, garbage is piling up everywhere oh and did I mention the mice and roaches in every nook and cranny? I have had to do my own patchwork behind the stove just to keep mice out. Nothing works for roaches. Look for somewhere else. This isn't worth it. Half star rating .
I lived here for + 5years. This complex should be condemned due to ongoing issues with pests (mice and roaches). The neighbors are wonderful. The management and landlord are difficult at times. Maintainence isn’t reliable. I had major issues with plumbing which resulted in the flooding of the kitchen and bathroom on multiple occasions. This is a difficult place to live in with annual rent increases guaranteed. Love, love, love the school district and laminate floors!
Mice running around my livingroom. Roaches. That's it.
Ever since I moved in there have been constant roaches. I call the landlord and she has her handyman lay a gas trap, but it never fixes the problem permanently. There are now mice as well (on the 3rd floor). They climb up inside the ovens and crawl out onto the burners, then crawl across the counters. Disgusting. I've reached out multiple times about the rodents but they don't fix them. Landlord is incredibly rude, and so is their "handyman" (who is also apparently the plumber, landscaper, exterminator, personal mechanic for the landlord, etc.). Also expect regular fire alarms, and waiting until the fire department comes to give the okay for everyone to go back inside.
