Today I met with Ms. Johnson & Ms. Hines for my tour and they were amazing! Here’s what you need to know: 1. Maintenance clean the grounds daily. 2. They literally answered every phone call that came through. 3. The apts are spacious! 4. It’s 3 blocks away from Anacostia metro station // bus stops are at the end of the block. 5. It’s an overall safe community. Even though I was here for about 1.5hr, it was within the first 5mins that I knew that this will be my next home (fingers crossed). If you’re in the same boat as me, working class with ongoing high monthly expenses and the Navy Yard/Waterfront districts don’t fit your budget. This is the place for you. Living here I’m sure will ensure comfort, security, luxury & peace. Thank you ladies again! My wife & I appreciate you.

Rodents are an on going thing. Rodents, rodents, rodents everywhere!!
this is a horrible place to live. the office is unprofessional. nothing in your apartment is fixed in a timely fashion, If They Even Replace It From The Previous Owners. you'll have to get everything fixed. there are roaches and rats everywhere alley Cats everywhere the trash overflows and they rent is way to high for these stipulations. The Young Kids And Adults Hang Out In The Hallways Smoking Marijuana all day & if you come out to say anything there is a conflict that will not be resolved. you cant get in contact with anyone in charge and if they disrespect you then that is it. no higher power helps you to resolve problems.. WCSmith needs to do better with hiring people for there property. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
I just moved into the apartment in september. The apartment is a reasonable size half carpet and half hardwood. The hardwood starting to come up a little. The neighborhood is family friendly and it has the most beautiful view of downtown DC. I would recommend for the neighborhood view. The view gets 5star.
Best kept secret. View of the Monument. Close to metro, walking distance. Close to The Yards Capitol Riverfront. Where Friday night concerts are the highlight during the summer months with relaxing view of the Anacostia River. Great restaurants in the surrounding area and the wharf, for fresh seafood. Washington View is just like any other appartment complex. Just with a little less commotion. When I first moved it. I thought to myself, just another apartment. But its actually not that bad. Its close to the metro station just how a lot of people like it to be. I would recommend it to everyone .
I've lived in Washington View now for 13 years. It's a great community to live in along with a wonderful staff willing to always help. What I like most of all is that the landscaping is always clean and beautiful!!!!
This apartment complex id a slum. The grounds are well maintained thus presenting a nice property, but the units are filled with RATS and infested with mice, God help us.
